星期三是个美好的日子，这一天，天气格外晴朗，空气十分清新，我们实验小学全体师生，迎来了一年一度的冬季运动会。运动员们一个个生龙活虎，在充满欢声笑语的操场上摩拳擦掌，准备大显身手。

运动会开始了。按照要求，每班只能选出三十名同学参加第一场——比赛，拔河比赛。我们班选了我在内的三十名力气比较大的同学，有的摘下帽子，有的解下围巾，还有的干脆脱下棉衣，准备大干一场。

比赛快开始了，我们都叉开双腿，紧紧地握住绳子，脸绷得紧紧的，全神贯注的听着裁判的号令。

虽然我们在这次运动会中并没有取得好成绩，但是我们不会沮丧，因为失败是成功之母今天的失败就是明天的成功，这次失败会一直激励着我们前进的。

冬季运动会在热烈的气氛中结束了，可那热闹的场面还浮现在我的脑海里，同学们的欢呼声也萦绕在我的耳际。这真是一次难忘的冬季运动会！

真好！今年我们学校开展了体育俱乐部，学校开展这项活动是为了让全校师生走向操场，走向大自然，走到太阳底下，积极参加体育锻炼，掀起全民健身运动的高潮，促进每一名学生身心健康和谐发展。

在一个热辣辣的下午，参加了体育俱乐部的人纷纷到自己的领地，开始了积极的体育运动，“瞧”武术班，他们一个个肌肉肥美，身体强壮，个子不高不矮，像李小龙似的，再看看篮球班的男孩个子那么高，身体粗壮有力，那投篮的动作简直让女孩们羡慕死了，再瞅瞅羽毛球班吧！虽然他（她）们不很高大，可是身体非常的敏捷，身手也不凡。还有一群坐在教室里下棋子的那些同学，你看他（她）们身体瘦小，个子也不高，但是如果你跟他们比智慧的话肯定比不赢。

我参加了篮球班，老师先教我抓球方式；球要放在右手上，但要注意手掌不能碰到球，手弯曲要形成3个90度，再用左手扶住球，让球保持中心平衡。老师示范完后，就轮到我们了，谁知看似这么容易的抓球方法，但实践起来却很难。我先学着老师的样子将用手指撑着球，手撑不碰到球，手指形成3个90度，我再用左手扶着球，让球保持平衡。刚开始还可以，可是后来渐渐手酸了，不一会儿就不行了，老师让我们回家练习，我经过每天的努力之后，终于能把球投进去了。从此之后我不仅喜欢上了篮球，身体还强壮了不少，个子也长得很快。最重要的是我认识了好多不同班级的队友好开心呀！

在最后一次运动会中，我们取得了第一名的优异成绩给大家留下了一个美好的回忆。

With the rapid process of modernization, computer becomes more and more

popular. Nowadays, almost every family has a computer. Because of computers, our

daily life is improving.

Computer has a great effect on our daily life. In the first place, computer

has so many functions. As we have computers, we neednt buy books, radios, TVs

and any other things, because computer can take place of them. Secondly, surfing

on the Internet must be very interesting. Through the Internet, we can do

everything we like. Thirdly, thanks to the Internet, we can get the further

education at any time, so we dont have to get up so early in winter days.

However, a coin has two sides, because its new doesnt mean its always

good. At present, most students spend too much time on computer games. I dont

think its a good phenomenon, because it will do great harm to our eyes as well

Different countries have different customs and different ways to celebrate festival. In our China, we have a variety of festivals, of which celebrating way is different. OnMonday, I went to school by bike and played computer games.

我印象最深的是拔河，我们班级很努力，齐心协力，第一轮我们2：0战胜了对手，但是第二轮我们输给了对手，我们都摔在了地上，有的小朋友哭了，但是我们真的很尽力了，爸爸说没关系，只要努力就好。最后我们获得了拔河比赛第二名，集体的荣誉真的很棒!
