开幕式时，我喊着口号，我们班绕场一圈后，站在操场中央，听刘校长讲话。

交换跳的战术，但欲速则不达，还没跳几个呢，就啪的一下坏了。于是老老实实地使用了最原始的方法。过了一会儿，比赛结束了，我怀着忐忑不安的心情向裁判老师打听我的成绩。裁判老师却说：“你跳得不错呢，100多个。”哦，太好了，过了100就万岁了。
接着我又继续参加了跳大绳、踢毽子等项目的比赛。在跳大绳比赛中，我把膝盖磕破了，但我没有退出，而是带伤继续比赛。虽然我们班没有获得第一，但是队员们没有一个生气的，比赛一结束就询问我的伤势，啊，太感动了!
这次运动会不仅锻炼了我的体质，也磨炼了我的毅力，更让我明白了一个道理：欲速则不达。
