对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

很感激有一个这么善良的老师引我英语入门，更重要的是那些品行影响我至今。阎老师，好久不见了，你还好吗，希望你幸福。还有，阎老师，知道吗，你笑起来比凶的时候美多了。

如今人们都倡导“低碳生活、环保生活。”可是我们又为低碳做了些什么?有些人口头喊着环保口号，可是却不知道该怎么做，甚至连什么是环保，什么是低碳也不知道。

我认为低碳生活，就是在生活上一些小小的细节上注意节能消耗，千万不要好高骛远。平常一些不起眼的习惯，可能就会污染环境。我们只要在生活中注意节约环保，注意小地方的消耗，这样就能有一个不一样的低碳生活。下面就让我介绍几种节能消耗的小技巧吧!

(一)节水小窍门：

1、洗完脸后的水可以洗脚，洗完脚后还可以冲厕所;

2、淘米水可以用来洗脸，这可是美容的好方法，可以建议妈妈这样去做;

3、用盆和桶接水来洗东西，这样比直接用水冲洗更省水;

4、剩余茶水可用来擦家具。洗餐具时，应先将餐具上的油污擦去，再用热水洗一遍，最后才用较多的净水冲洗干净。

除了以上方法，还有很多节水小窍门呢!水是生命之源，生活中离不开水，大家一定要节约用水，提高水的利用率。

(二)节电金点子：

1、用节能灯代替白炽灯，可节电百分之七十至百分之八十;

2、电器不用时应拔下电源，尤其是电脑、电视机;

3、食物应冷却后放进冰箱，尽量减少冰箱的次数;

4、把洗好的米放在锅里用热水浸30分钟，可节电30%。

我们现在生活用电主要以火力发电为主，家庭节约用电，也意味着节约用煤，也就减少了二氧化碳的排，同样也就减少了对环境的污染。所以家庭节电很重要。

低碳生活只是一种态度，而不是能力，我们应该从节电、节水、节碳、节油、节气这种小事做起。

从我们身边的一点一滴做起，选择低碳生活，做一个环保小卫士，其实很简单。只要记住，随时随地尽可能地减少生活时所耗用的能量，你就是标准的“低碳一族”。
