早上，我出门寄信。一封普普通通的信：署名，日期，还有邮票。

Dear Tom,

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school uniform. I pack my bag for school and I leave. I never miss breakfast,so

I either eat at home or eat on the way to school. But I always eat hurry. After

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

for the day. Finally,I go home and I take a break. I have dinner with my

family,watch a little TV. I am usually in bed by 9:30.

从上课后的第二天你就开始践行“对不起，请原谅;谢谢你，我爱你”这两句话，收获很大吧，你也感受到他的力量了，我知道这两天你好像都没找到什么机会讲这两句话，对着别人讲这两句话感觉怪怪的对吗?你相信自己，你对老公和儿子，都可以很自然的讲得出来，为什么对公公婆婆就讲不出的，我发现你是明明很想讲，前天晚上吃饭的时侯，你话都到嘴边了，结果又缩回去了，我知道你好像还是放不下什么。我想你今晚回去一定能讲得出来，他们是你爱人的父母，也就是你的父母，跟你生活了8年了，从你怀宝宝开始他们就过来照顾你,帮助你,每天做饭给你吃,还帮你带宝宝,虽然中间有些隔阂、磨擦,但你要相信,那都是过去的事了,而且是因是观念的问题。我相信你们以后一定会更亲近,好了那就坚信他，晚上就回去跟他们好好说.“爸、妈对不起，因为我过去的无知，经常顶撞你们，请原谅我犯下的过错，谢谢你们为我做了这么多，我爱你们”。怎么样，很感动吧，那就去践行，慢慢的你就会养成讲这几句话的习惯了。

我知道你很想把力量之源也传递给你自己的父母、你弟、弟媳，特别是你弟媳与你妈妈的关系处得不是很好，你希望他们也能像你和你的公婆一样。那你就去做吧，虽然你现在心里有很多的顾虑，但我相信你可以用你的行动去感染他们，我相信他们会收到的。

你学习了六识、六根、六尘，明白了六识对六根的影响，所以更要学会舍识用根，坚信只要不起分别心，就能善分别相，一切不要执着。

你通过这几天的学习，了解了“种子”的意义,明白了种子起现行,现行熏种子，所有的起心动念就是种子起现行，现行越多种子的信息就越丰富，所有的情绪都是种子起现行。你现在有个更大的功课要做，你很想清掉自己身上的种子，可是种子有无明种子和有明种，有明种你要全找出来都难，更何况还有无明种，要如何清呢，你开始茫然了，但你相信力量之源，相信包老师，想清掉自己的种子你就开始用包老师教的方法：1、把自己带到开心喜悦的状态。2、让爱传出去。3、继续深入学习心理教练的课程，绿带班、中阶班、高阶班、导师班，很冲动，很想马上就有个究竟，你会等到的，包老师说，所有的课程以后都做公益，太棒了，真心感谢包老师。

还有你这两天你一直在想素渡餐厅的事，想开智心馆的事，以前你也有过很多的梦想、目标和追求。你确定素渡餐厅、智心馆是你真正想要的梦想吗?我知道，你有时想有时又不想，因为你心中也在犹豫着。你有很多的担心和顾虑，那是因为你还没找到感觉，给自己一些时间，等你心理教练的课程学完了，我想一切就顺其自然了。呵呵，我给自己的信写完了，但好像还没有3000字。不过不要紧，通过这封信，又一次的疏理了一下我这几天的收获，感觉到自己又一次获得了“新生”。
