One day in this summer vacation, my mother solemnly said to me, "child,

暑假里，我和我的朋友还去玩了几次密室逃脱，让我收获很多。也让我明白了团队合作十分重要。暑假中运动也十分的重要。我每天都会去和朋友一起去打篮球让当天的烦恼随着汗水流泄出来。

时光总是那么的短暂，但在短暂的时光时我们不是都在学到十分多的道理，希望时间能过得慢一点，这样我们就能学到更多的道理。

I had a busy summer vacation. I did my homework every day . I went to the library to borrow some books and went to the shops to buy some books and I read books almost every day .I did sports such as playing table tennis, swimming and so on. 下午，张老师带着我们去教室开始上课，限时我们的胡图图教练(其实他是叫胡帅威，他就让我们管他叫胡图图，因为这样也就显得亲切一点嘛!)给我们上了第一节课，给我们讲了泡泡的故事，还给我们变了一些有意思的小魔术。之后是我们的邱腾老师给我们上英语课，我们一般都叫她的英文名字morning，。晚上，我们看了2个小时电影就累了，大家回去洗洗澡就睡了。今天是我们所有同学在一起生活的第二天，上午，我们先去上了morning的英语课，她太有趣了，不时惹得大家哈哈大笑，我特别喜欢这位老师，她的课一点也不枯燥无味，比我们的英语老师有趣多了。

中午，我们吃完午饭就去休息了。下午，我们上了图图老师的活动课，图图教练带我们去做了一些拓展活动，开始，我们在胡教练的带领下做了一些小游戏，目的是集中我们的注意力，我们玩的开心极了。之后，我们便开始讨论我们的队名、队训、队歌，同学们都非常用心。吃完晚饭后，我们举行了一个开营典礼，我们听说还要举行开营典礼，开心极了，开营典礼开始了，同学们兴奋地坐在座位上，通过这次典礼，我们的友谊更深了，最后，我们的营长和教练们都讲了话，而且助教老师们还跳了一曲《最炫民族风》，开营典礼在我们的欢笑中结束了。回到宿舍，大家开始聊天，渐渐的就都熟悉了，大家有说有笑，十分融洽，洗澡之后，我们就入睡了。今天真的是可以说“累，并快乐着!”昨晚睡的好早，今天六点就起床，我一个一个地把她们叫起来。

面试的结果令我满意，我和伙伴们开开心心地玩了起来。6：00，开始了晚上有趣的户外活动。晚上，美国老师给我们定下了规则，一共有四个游戏，每个班玩两个游戏，15分钟一个游戏，生日快乐歌是集合铃，15分钟集合一次。于是我们玩起了第一个游戏——找字母。规则是：一共有三个沙坑，每一个坑都有26个字母，每个字母都要放在相应的拼板上。美国老师喊到：“3、2、1、go!”

听到了口令，大家蜂拥而上、扑入杀坑、奋力挖掘，一下子就挖到了几块字母。只用了不到一分钟的时间里，大家就找到了四块字母，就连几个平时十分懒惰的同学，在这个游戏里表现十分勤快。我在一个地方一下子发现了两块字母，美国老师十分的高兴。大于过了十分钟大家已经筹集了十九块字母，字母越来越稀少，

字母也越来越难找了我们大家奋力挖掘，最后，经过了大家的努力，我们一共挖到了二十二块字母，这个游戏真是有趣。

我们又来到了另外一个游戏场地，在这个排球场旁边居然放着一个蓝色的巨球，没有错，这个游戏就是打巨球。游戏规则是：在规定的时间里，双方要把这个蓝色的巨球扔到对方的地区，就可得到一分，出界，对方就可得到一分。开始比赛，我们发球，只见，我们的一个队员把球一扔，重重地扣到了对方的场地，好的!发球得分，我们的队员高兴地唱起了歌。后面的比赛越来越精彩，越来越激烈。例如这个球：我们把球扔了过去，他们几个居然抢了起来，几个人抢到了篮筐下，真是有趣。
