It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. announced a general decision and surprised the world. Mark told media that he

would donate 99 percent of his fortune to the charity organizations. Some people

wonder why he did not save the heritage for his offspring. In fact, in western

countries, for some rich people, they dont trend to leave much fortune for

their kids, instead, they use the money to educate their children and cultivate

them to be the wise persons. The rich people leave the invisible fortune, which

is their fame. Their children can have more chances to do their business or

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

Environmental protection, there are many problems at present. The most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. Air pollution is very harmful to human health. Polluted water causes pain, resulting in death. Whats more, with the rapid expansion of modern society, vegetation greatly reduced.

In order to protect the environment, governments have done a lot of work. My view is that, in order to protect the environment, the government should take more concrete measures. First of all, should by the methods of education make people fully realize the importance of environmental protection.
