初中生物实验教学实施素质教育的目标是培养具有较高的科学素养、具有科学的思维和研究方法、具有创新意识和创新能力的人才。生物实验教学是培养学生观察能力、动手操作能力、推理分析能力和创新能力的重要途径。那次，在教学中，可以通过实验强化学生思维意识和动手操作水平，从而达到培养学生的创新和创造能力的目标。下面就一下几方面谈一下关于生物实验及创新的认识。

一、认真备课，掌握步骤和要领

教师在备课时应先做好实验，分析实验步骤。实验步骤是学生动手规范操作的要领,只有理解、掌握才能规范操作,实验才能成功。因此实验前指导学生预习,将实验步骤由繁化简,抓住每一步的关键词语串通于实验步骤之中，可以收到好的实验效果。

例如，显微镜使用过程中的“三个一”:一、安放距桌边一掌(5-7cm);二、对光要目(目镜)物(物镜)通光(通光孔、光源)一直线,光强用平面镜,光弱用凹面镜;三、观察时标本对孔正中距离物镜一厘米,视野中出现标本颜色或杂质时观察目标即将到位,微调粗旋镜升降,细旋校象清晰,找不到目标时缓缓移动玻片标本即可找到。操作时用左眼观察时,同时右眼睁开,转动物镜时，应扳动转换器。这样学生很快对好光,观察到标本在视野中的图象。用完显微镜擦干净外表。转动转换器,把物镜偏两旁,放回镜箱原处。

再如，制作临时装片的实验,将实验步骤概括为擦→滴→取→展→盖→染。然后强调注意事项。滴一滴清水,太多易外溢,太少易出现气泡。取材薄而透明透光易观察,展平防重叠,轻盖防气泡。气泡与细胞的区别,气泡呈圆形，边厚黑,中间亮白,轻压变形。这样学生很快掌握步骤、要领,在显微镜下观察到自己制作临时装片中的细胞,认识细胞壁、细胞质、细胞核(细胞膜紧贴细胞壁,在光镜下看不见),然后绘出细胞结构图。这样学生就达到了实验的目的要求,兴奋不已,终生难忘。

二、指导实验，及时反馈和调控

在实验中，教师通过巡视，随时纠正学生的操作错误，及时表扬规范操作快而且准确的学生这是实验过程中的及时反馈与调控。例如，有的学生在实验过程中，急于观察，但未按课本的有要求操作，他们或用高倍镜对光，或光圈反光镜未调好，就急于调整粗准焦螺旋，眯着眼睛看目镜。这时，教师应启发学生对照课本的操作要求，检查自己的操作错误并纠正。学生在独立进行实验操作时，往往心理负担较重，动作技能还没有熟练，出现一些错误是正常的，教师要耐心的支出并给予及时的纠正。实验结束后，对表现好的学生要及时给予表扬，对普遍存在的失误应给予分析和纠正。让学生吃一鉴，长一智。整个过程要处分发挥学生的整体作用，也要充分发挥教师的主导作用。

三、正确处理规范与创新的关系

中学生物实验大部分属于验证性实验。而要提高学生的科学素养，除了掌握课本结论外，还应提高学生的创新与探索意识。教师在实验过程城中，既要要求学生严格规范实验操作，又要引导学生的创新思维。例如，在“练习和使用显微镜”的实验中有些学生会对显微镜感兴趣，除了完成教师规定的操作外，还会放一根头发或一张纸在显微镜下观察，这种做法是对显微镜无损的，。却反映出学生的求知欲，教师不但不应制止，还应当因势利导，让学生说说实验结果，引导学去理解“所观察的材料必须是薄而透明的”。在这一实验中，一些学生会转转目镜、物镜等，此时教师可以提出“如何判断视野中的污点在哪里?”以此来培养学生的发散思维。

四、将某些验证性试验改为探究性试验

探究性试验与验证性实验相比，更能发挥学生的整体作用，克服思维定式的束缚，更有利于学生的探索精神和创造性思维的培养。因此要鼓励学生不迷信权威，大胆探索，大胆创新。例如在“验证人体呼出的气体中含有较多的二氧化碳”时，我就鼓励学生把它变成探究性实验。人体呼出的气体有二氧化碳吗?人呼出的气体有二氧化碳吗?人呼出气体中二氧化碳与空气中二氧化碳含量相同吗?提示二氧化碳能使澄清的石灰水变浑浊。在这一实验中可将打气筒变为吸耳球，考虑到学生没有使用过吸耳球，在实验前向学生出示洗耳球并简单介绍他的作用。然后学生经过讨论、分析制定了下列实验步骤：①取甲乙丙三只试管，分别注入10毫升澄清的石灰水;②用玻璃管向甲试管中吹气，重复几次，一段时间后，发现甲试管中澄清的石灰水变浑浊;③取一只玻璃管插入乙试管中，不断用吸耳球向玻璃管内压气，与向甲试管中吹气的时间相同，发现澄清的石灰水变浑浊;④以丙试管作对照，比较甲乙两支试管，发现甲试管石灰水变浑浊程度深;⑤得出结论;人呼出的气体中含有较多的二氧化碳。

今年我家也不例外，爸爸带大家去附近的农庄吃团圆饭。大人们高兴地喝酒、聊天，小孩边吃着香喷喷的烤羊排，边认真地听爷爷讲嫦娥奔月的神话故事：相传，小人逢蒙趁后羿外出狩猎，逼嫦娥交出仙药，嫦娥情急之下吞服仙药奔月。后羿归来后，只能仰望夜空，对着月中身影呼唤爱妻，并摆上果品，遥祭嫦娥。就这样，中秋节这天祭拜月亮的习俗世代相传。听了这个故事，我觉得嫦娥为了不让小人得逞，宁愿牺牲自己的幸福，我非常佩服她的勇气。

第一项工程是扫地。我拿出扫帚，眼睛在家里看来看去。呀!沙发下面好多灰啊!我就从这里开始吧!不过，这要把风扇关掉，不然扫出来的灰尘会“长了翅膀”的哦!如果还会有灰尘四处飞扬，那就洒点水应该可以了。

我拿着扫帚，趴在地上，一点一点把里面的灰尘向外扒着，灰褐色的灰尘就一点一点被我赶了出来。我真没想到，沙发下面居然藏了这么多不速之客。说实话，灰尘它们真像一群小魔鬼，一会儿在地上，一会儿在天上，一会儿飞起来，一会儿落下去，甚至空气中都还有肉眼看不到的灰尘。最后，这些灰尘“偷渡者”一起住进了它们的住所--垃圾桶。

第一项工程完成了，接着是第二项工程--拖地。我先把拖把放入卫生间的水池中，让它浸湿，再踩干一点，拖把似乎怕痒，每踩一下，都“咯吱”笑一声，等拖把不滴水了，我就将拖把拿出来，从客厅开始拖起。我从门口开始工作，我推磨一样，推一下，扯一下，一直拖到最后一个地方--副卧室的电脑桌那儿。在电脑桌下面，有一块黑黑的东西，不知道是什么，我得好好地拖一拖。不过，我用拖把在上面碾了好几下，发现处理它很困难，因为它粘在地面太紧了。不过，再难我也要试试，我可不想半途而废。我把拖把放在黑色东西上面，用脚踩在拖把上，死劲用脚蹭了蹭，终于把黑色的东西蹭掉了。我仔细一看，居然是一块口香糖!这是谁干的好事啊!我猛然记起，这不是我上周吐在地上的吗?我立刻脸红了。

干完这一切以后，我已经汗流浃背了，而且手臂酸痛不已。原来做清洁那么辛苦，我才做了一次清洁就累得像狗一样，可妈妈几乎每天都要做清洁，妈妈啊妈妈，您为了这个家付出了多少劳累啊!以后，我一定要多帮妈妈分担家务，让妈妈减轻负担。

爸爸妈妈回到家，眼前一亮，看到家里那么干净，给了我一个灿烂的微笑和大大的拥抱，我的心里也暖暖的!
