二月的天气怪异的很，在十五的春节之前还冷的很，但是自军训开始，天气便好的不得了。大概是知道我们要出门运动了，所以天气变好起来了吧。

我们的教官是一个看上去斯斯文文的人，皮肤被晒的有些黑。虽然教官给我的感觉是很温柔的，但是事实证明，我们的教官对于我们还是很“狠”的，为了我们三天之后的会操，教官与我们一同在进步。

军训的第一天练的是军姿，而我经历了“每逢佳节胖三斤”的魔咒之后，连站个军姿都累的不行，时不时就趁着教官不注意的时候弯下腰来喘几口气。而此时的我终于知道了每天坚持锻炼的重要性，这不仅提升了我们一个好的体能，更能给我们一个健康的身体。

第二天练的是一些基本的站立蹲下的姿势。从小的时候爸爸就告诉我，军人和兵是最值得尊敬的，所以我从小时候就特别佩服他们。特别是在看见教官教我们这些动作，亲自示范的时候，满脑子只有“好厉害”这三个字。

在本学期中，我逐步尝试将“目标导向教学”理论应用于我的初中生物教学课堂中。我认为，“目标教学”简单来说就是师生在课堂中的一系列教学活动，依据简单、可操作的一系列教学目标，最终绝大多数学生达到预定教学目标为终点的教学管理过程。

“目标教学”的大框架是“导标——导学——导练——导评——导结”五段式，但是我们不能简单地、不分对象地、机械地，甚至生搬硬套地将其应用于具体的课堂教学中去来说。比如说，导标这一过程也许在高中生能够很容易让学生跟着教学所呈现的目标去学习，在练习、讲评中检验三维目标是否达标，但是在初中生物教学，我发现这样的效果并不是太明显。初中生在学习方面有以下几方面的的学习特点：(1)学习的自觉性、主动性都比较弱，而学习依赖性强，尤其是七年级学生表现更明显;(2)思维特点上起主导的还是形象思维，随着年级的上升抽象思维迅速发展(3)学习上容易对教师生动形象的事例介绍感兴趣，对严密的理论分析和逻辑推理厌烦。因此，有一部分学生看到分解的许多小目标后，容易产生视觉疲劳，有时还会感到厌烦，就开始慢慢走神、不感兴趣，因此在学习动机不强的情况下，试想一下练习的效果会怎样，达标效果也不言而喻了。针对初中生这些特点，我觉得目标导向教学在初中生物中可采用这几个环节，即“引趣——尝试——反馈——总结”。

第一 引趣——激发学生的求知欲

兴趣是学习的动力。在教学过程中，教师可采用多样化的教学手段，引发学生的学习兴趣，激发学生的求知欲望，使学生在学习过程中产生愉快的情绪，并且随着这种情绪体验的深化，产生进一步学习的需要。教师可通过生动有趣

的生物演示实验或是设计简单的学生实验，讲述生动的生物学史，列举学生生活中常见的生物学现象等，多种方式设疑，激发学生的学习兴趣，引发他们解释生物现象、探索新问题的求知欲。当学生产生了疑问，有了解问题的需要后，再让他们自学教材，他们才能专心研读，使自学获得好的效果。例如，笔者在讲“环境对生物生活的影响”一节时，先课前让学生分组捉鼠妇，分发一系列的讨论题给他们，如“一般在什么地方容易捉到”“什么会影响他们的生活”“你怎么跟别人验证你的结论是对呢?”等问题，通过这样的一个探究实验设置了疑问，激发了学生的学习兴趣，自然而然地导入了下一环节。

第二 尝试——让学生学习自学

教师分发自学提纲，即分解后的学习目标，由学生按自学提纲，个体独自阅读教材，或四个人一组小组讨论的形式，有时用老师将学习目标用问题的形式来引导学生掌握。教师作巡回点拨，对自学中出现的问题，诱发启导，但不能包办代替，主要在于了解自学情况。

比如在介绍《生物对环境的适应及影响》这一节时，可简单地将目标呈现给学生：

第三 反馈——尽可能了解学生

目标教学是通过教学信息的反馈来实现的。在课堂教学中，教师应及时检测学生的学习情况，并根据检测的情况采取相应的措施，使绝大多数学生达定预定的教学目标。检测的形式一般采用提问形式或书面练习检测，当然尽量可多用一些书面检测，这样涉及的学生比较多，效果更为有效。在每一个知识点讲解完毕，可适当选择一些“小、精、活”的练习加以检验，以确定学生掌握知识的情况，并根据检测中暴露的问题，有针对性进行小组或个别辅导，使绝大多数学生达到教学目标的要求。教师比较全面地了解了教学中反馈的信息，实现了对教学过程的最优化控制，这样有利于巩固学生所学到的知识，提高教学目标的达成度，从而提高课堂教学质量。

第四，总结——化零为整以保证教学质量

为了保证教学质量，目标教学中必须保证实施小结这一环节。这样有利学生把各个小目标达到整合，最终实现总目标，有利于学生系统地掌握知识，并且有利于学生在以后的学习中知识的再现与提取。

“让”，是中华民族的传统美德。“让”，不仅仅是对个人的要求，更是对社会的要求，这个社会也因“让”而更和谐美丽。

“奶奶，车子还有多久才到呀?”稚嫩的童声传来，原来是一位三四岁大的小娃娃。她身旁站着一位年过花甲的老人，老人笑着说：“小囡乖，再等一下。”老人嘴上这样说，心里却不免担忧。正巧，公交车来了，老人刷了卡，牵着小孩的手上去。“小囡，快去找个位子坐着吧!”奶奶说道。小囡穿过人群着急地找着座位，回头有些失落地对奶奶说：“奶奶，位子没有了，可是我好累啊，我想坐着。”奶奶闻言，一脸心疼地看向孙女：“小囡，我们去问一问别人可不可以让个座。”

小囡来到一位中年妇女面前，带着期待的神情问道：“阿姨，您能让个座吗?”妇女不耐烦地看了看眼前的孩子说：“没看到我拎着这么多东西吗?哪有什么位子让给你啊?”小囡的大眼睛闪了闪，似乎在说没事，再问一问别人。她又想去问旁边的叔叔，还没等她开口，叔叔就先说话了：“哪来的小屁孩?走走走，没空理你。”小囡再次受到拒绝，她备加受挫，闷闷不乐地去找奶奶，扯着奶奶的衣角说：“奶奶，我还是不坐了吧!他们都不让座。”奶奶皱了皱眉，深呼一口气，拉着小囡的手，两人一同蹒跚地走向一位十四五岁的女孩身旁，问道：“小姑娘，你能让我们坐一下吗?我们刚刚赶路都很累了。”女孩挥挥手说道：“这位奶奶，很抱歉，我也很累，你还是去找别人吧!”

终于，小囡原本红润润的小眼睛湿润了，她忍不住哭了出来：“奶奶告诉我……做人要……懂得让……，可是……可是……呜呜呜!”在小囡的哭声中，所有人都思考着。
