中秋节这天，我早早就起了床，看到爸爸、妈妈正在忙碌着，我跑去一看，原来是往盘里放水果，有桔子、桃、梨、苹果、菠萝，这些水果真让人垂涎欲滴呀！

◆认真听课

首先，同学们在课堂上要认真观察老师所做的每一个演示实验的操作和实验现象。化学实验是很生动、很直观的，实验中千变万化的现象最能激发学生的兴趣，但如果同学们只图看热闹，光看现象，不动脑子思考，看完了不知道是怎么回事，无助于学习的提高，所以，观察要有明确的目的，目的明确了才能抓住观察的重点。

其次，要上好学生实验课，课前必须进行预习，明确实验目的、实验原理和操作步骤。进行实验时，自己要亲自动手，不做旁观者，要认真做好实验内容里所安排的每一个实验，在实验过程中要集中注意力，严格按实验要求操作，对实验过程中出现的各种现象，要耐心细致地观察，认真思考，准确如实地记录。

记忆中，奶奶的老屋缩在村角的一隅，青砖黑瓦，简朴到毫不起眼。屋檐上、瓦楞间，长着青绿的草，浅浅地覆盖着一层从光阴里积淀下来的薄薄灰尘。

The summer vacation had come round again。 I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while。 Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation， I made a plan as to how to spend it。 First， I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them。 Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise， such as walking， running rowing， to keep me physically strong。 It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time。 I did， because I lived up to what I had planned。

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe. So I had a bottle of beer. My face

turned red but I was not drunk. I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student.

主题队会宣布开始，队旗随着少先队队歌入场，歌声嘹亮，气氛热烈周围彩带飞舞“海宝”伴随，今天的场景，多么美丽。

接着是阳光小队出场，他们小队朗诵世博小诗一首，队员们神采奕奕，表情丰富，慷慨激昂，赢得了一阵阵热烈的掌声，水晶小队也不落后，小队长曾曦路一步跃上讲台，拿着话筒，宣布他们队的节目是“世博知识抢答”。接着像连珠炮似的提问上海世博会的起讫时间，吉祥物是什么，代表什么?世博会的会徽含意?及世博会的主题是什么，等内容队员们踊跃抢答，得分率100%，他们捧着手中的奖品个个沉浸在欢乐之中。

最有趣的，最精彩的节目是恐龙小队的小品《在车上》我扮演一位老爷爷，下巴粘了一些棉花，头戴一顶毡帽，身穿一件长袍，手拿着拐杖，躬着腰，巍巍颤颤地一副老态龙钟的样子走上前搭车，大家见我这副打扮个个捧腹大笑，嘴里嚷着：“老爷爷也来参与世博会啦!”一位志愿者看见了，连忙迎上前，搀扶我上车，并把座位让给我，我连忙致谢，并夸奖他是个尊老、敬老好少年。正在这时，又上来一位青年，留着长发，一边上车，一边吃着香蕉，随手把香蕉皮扔在车厢的地上，这时一位小女孩连忙弯下腰，拾起了香蕉皮，说：“叔叔，请你保持车厢内的整洁，做到垃圾不落地，世博会马上要举行了，我们应从小事做起”。说得那位叔叔无地自容，连忙道歉。小女孩的话不但教育了年青的小伙子，更教育了大家。队会在热烈的气氛中进行着……最后我们在迎接20__年的优美歌声中结束。

通过这次班队会，我深深地体会到文明的环境来自文明的素质，源自于美好的心灵，世博让城市的生活更美好，世博使我们更文明。

真是一次令人最难忘的班队会啊!

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

盼望着，盼望着，终于盼来了一年一度的学校运动会。

这天，阳光和煦，操场前，一个像月亮似的充气气球高兴地随风摇曳，上面赫然写着几个大字——“第十六届运动会开始啦!”秋日的凉爽浇不灭大家的激动和热情，我们搬着小椅子，背着五颜六色的背包，迫不及待地向操场走去。我的心也因为激动像小鹿一样跳个不停。

悦耳的《运动员进行曲》在操场上空响起，一阵阵的加油声，如雷贯耳。顺着声音望去，原来是运动会的第一个项目——400米长跑开始了。运动员们站在各自的跑道上整装待发，有的紧张地不停地搓手，有的看上去轻松自如，骄傲地仰着头，仿佛他已经得了第一名似的。我们班的种子选手小蔡则显得十分冷静，颇有大将风度。

随着一声清脆的枪声响起，运动员们脚下像踩着风火轮一般飞奔出去。短短几秒钟，运动员之间已拉开了距离，大家你追我赶，场面异常激烈。我们班的小蔡奋力地在操场上飞奔着，坚持着，脸因为疲惫变得通红，步伐也慢慢变得沉重起来，我们的心也跟着悬到了嗓子眼上，离终点越来越近了，可小蔡脸上的表情却越来越痛苦。30米，20米，10米，眼看就要到终点了，突然，小蔡脚下一滑重重地摔倒在地上，我们的心情也像溜滑梯一样掉了下来，不知所措地呆在原地。

这时，不知是谁喊了一声“加油”，随即操场上响起了有节奏的加油声，在同学们的鼓舞下，小蔡勇敢地站了起来，一瘸一拐地向终点走去。她顽强地到达了终点，尽管已名落孙山。

时光总是如白驹过隙般，匆匆而去，但它总会给我们留下些什么，或许美好，或许难忘，或许成功，或许失败，就如这次运动会般令人记忆深刻。

I watched television late last night so I woke up late. My mother asked me to go to the market to buy some eggs for her. 前几天，我挨了一顿打，不是一般的用手打，而是用棒往死里打。我恨不得一下子喊出来————“痛”，我在心中呐喊。

我被打的原因是因为我要看电视剧《宝莲灯》，可是妈妈不让我看，让我复习功课。我呢?就是赖在电视机旁不走。妈妈一气之下就拿起鞋子向我扔来，我机灵的一闪躲，逃过一劫。我以为妈妈是和我开玩笑呢?谁知妈妈接着拿起另一只鞋子向我走来，抡起鞋子照我的头狠狠的一扔，我想闪躲，但因为距离太近，鞋子不偏不倚地打在我的头上，我没有哭，嘟着嘴倔强地抬起头看看她。

妈妈接着拾起鞋子又打，我就是不哭，而且越打越不哭，心底想我就要坚强，不哭不哭就是不哭，看你怎么着。可是我虽然表面不哭，但内心还是想哭，因为打的太痛了。于是我走到沙发边，一屁股做在地板上，还象妈妈翻了翻白眼，心想：我就是不服!妈妈气的也做到沙发上，等看完《天气预报》后，走到我的面前说：“过去看书!”赖在沙发边的我就是不走，妈妈气的伸手扭住我的耳朵把我拽起来，我疼的终于忍不住地哭了，但是我没有求饶。

过了一会儿，我终于忍不住了，就地求饶。要不是她的大刑伺侯，我再长时间也不会求饶的。但后来我想一想，妈妈是为我好呀!我也有许多不足之处啊!我为什么不为妈妈想想呢?于是我向妈妈认了错，请求妈妈原谅。妈妈原谅了我。我向妈妈发誓今后一定听话，但每想到这件事，心就感觉到寒颤颤的发抖，永远记住了狠打孩子的妈妈!同时也记住了孩子要听妈妈的话。

“现在生活好了。该享受享受了，还要艰苦奋斗干什么呢?”有一些同学在说这句话的时候，显得非常轻松，似乎也是真理，但是自从我看了洪战辉的故事后就改变了这种想法。

洪战辉出生在一个贫穷的家庭，他的爸爸精神病突发，把他的亲妹妹摔死了，而妈妈也在这时候离家出走了。当天，爸爸又捡来了一个被人遗弃的小女孩，家里的负担像一座大山一样压在了洪战辉那稚嫩的肩上。1997年洪战辉考上了重点中学，又要花一大笔钱，他趁着暑假去打工。洪战辉以他不畏艰难、勇于奋斗的事迹，走上了“2005年感动中国人物“的领奖台上。

每当我看到这里，感动的泪水就情不自禁地从眼眶中流下来。洪战辉十三岁的时候，不仅只是照顾弟弟妹妹，而且还要照顾有精神病的爸爸。我也是一个十三岁的小男孩，奶奶出门的时候千叮咛万嘱咐叫我照顾妹妹，可是我把奶奶的话当成了耳边风，左耳进，右耳出，我只顾做别的事情而让妹妹自己哭。现在回想起来真是惭愧。洪战辉从不乱花一分钱，总是能省则省，早上只吃一顿免费早餐，中午甚至连饭也不吃，晚上只喝一点稀饭。

而我却大手大脚地花钱，有时给我几十元钱，一天不到就花光了。洪战辉在家里、在学校总是自食其力，就连周末时候也赶回家种8亩田地，而我呢?在家里是衣来伸手，饭来张口，也不帮忙做一点家务事，遇到不好吃的饭菜就不吃，改吃零食;在学校的时候，不好吃的饭只吃一口就倒掉了。我跟洪战辉相比，简直是天壤之别。

我常常问自己，如果我家也像洪战辉一样，我还会乱花钱吗?如果我家也像洪战辉一样，我还会挑食吗?如果我家也像洪战辉一样我还会衣来伸手，饭来张口吗?我一定要改掉以前的坏毛病，学洪战辉做一个艰苦奋斗的人。

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they

can buy everything they want， including time。 Do you think so? No。 I don’t think

so。 Because when money is spent， we can get it back。 However， when time has

gone， it will never return。 Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put

off today’s work till tomorrow。

In fact， time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone

or anything。 For everyone， time is so limited that if we waste our precious

我的学校是西安市东元路学校，座落在古城西安的东北方，毗邻大明宫国家遗址公园。

在我们学校门口的左侧大理石墙面上，有一组宏伟的浮雕，它象征着学校的东元太阳文化，夸父逐日精神;在右侧的大理石墙面上悬挂着许多金光闪闪的奖牌，它是我们学校往年所获得的各项荣誉，象征着我们学校的实力，还刻有东元颂，东元者，一元复始，万象更新。

走进校门，映入眼帘的是道路两侧高高的银杏树，春天，嫩绿的银杏叶，犹如一把小扇子，随风轻盈;夏天，树叶的颜色更深了，风妹妹一来，“小扇子”热情地跳起了舞蹈;嘘……你们继续听，秋姑娘静悄悄地走来了，哎哟!她的黄色颜料不小心撒到了银杏叶上，叶子很快变黄了。它们正焦急地盼望着风妹妹来做客呢，恰逢此时风妹妹来了，银杏叶翩翩起舞，为我们校园铺出了一条“黄金大道”。

“黄金大道”的右前方是绕着紫藤的长廊，藤蔓上缀满了朵朵淡紫色和粉色的花，花香四溢，阵阵清香扑鼻，花瓣一簇一簇地凑在一起，又按顺序排列，像一群群时不时变换舞蹈队列的小姑娘。这个长廊也是我们的避暑之地，夏天坐在长廊下，仿佛感觉整个炎热都从你身边逃走了，你听到朗朗的读书声了吗?

“黄金大道”的右侧是学校的操场——健园，那里有篮球场、足球场。操场的四周分布着音乐室，乒乓球室，计算机室，图书室。操场的西侧，是休闲广场，广场中耸立着一座亭子，广场的周围正是我们小学部的教学楼——育心楼。

“黄金大道”的正前方依次是初中楼(育知楼)、高中楼(育志楼)、在育志楼的西侧是美术馆、生化实验室、地理科技室，教学楼广场正中央耸立着白色的雕像，雕像上的人物代表着求知的学生，学生手上托着象征着太阳和月亮的科技之星，整体寓意着：我们会遨游在知识的海洋里，茁壮成长，成为学校的荣耀，成为明日之星，为国家和社会增光添彩。

每当同学们路过雕像时都会在心里默默鼓励自己：加油!奋进!拼搏!

这就是我们美丽的校园——西安市东元路学校。
