I have read the book called Readaholic recently. I can know a lot through reading. I can learn some foreign culture and habitude . It is really interesting. Most of my classlates are interested in it.

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is

rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had

no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken

place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals,

cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is

greatly improved.

I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard

so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

in my view, leftover children should be encouraged to live with or near their parents, which is very helpful for them to be loved and concerned, they also can have a simple and good life.

Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival. It falls on the

fifth day of May in the lunar calendar. A day before this festival, my mother
