炎炎夏日，做什么既健康又凉爽？叹空调？吃雪糕？NO!NO!NO！炎炎夏日既健康又凉爽的活动当然非游泳莫属啦！

穿好泳衣，走出更衣室，走向泳池。马上眼前就是一片五彩缤纷，碧蓝碧蓝的池水、五颜六色的泳衣、晶莹剔透的水花、悠闲自在的“游人”、还有小孩子的欢声笑语……这一切的一切瞬间就会让你感染上快乐和凉爽。

迫不及待地跳下泳池，哇！凉津津的水瞬间就包裹住了你，那种清凉舒爽的感觉啊，真是沁人心脾呢！感觉燥热马上就开始一寸一寸地从每一个毛孔里退去……再在水中随意地舒展几下身姿，更是感觉自己的筋骨都得到了放松，仿佛与水融为了一体，浑身上下有说不出的舒服。

深吸一口气，伸手、蹬腿，开游。这时感觉自己就像一条快活的鱼儿，被温柔、甜蜜的水包裹着、拥抱着。于是，忍不住玩性大发，时而象离弦的箭，破浪前进，挑战自己的游速极限；时而不停地变换泳姿，独自快活地与水嬉戏；时而又憋住一口气，像闲懒的大乌龟，慢慢地沉下泳池，享受池底的宁静……如果碰巧在泳池碰到了同学或者同龄的朋友，那就更是快乐无比了，打水仗、比赛游泳、追逐嬉戏……比岸上的玩耍更多了些乐趣和凉爽。

终于，感到有点累了，于是就翻身平躺在水上休息，只需脚微微地蹬着。身下的水这时就宛如一床温柔的棉被，轻轻地、温柔地托着你，让你舒服得想睡。闭上眼睛，静静地感受着水的清凉和温柔，舒服得真希望自己永远都这样躺着。再睁开眼睛，

望望头顶的蓝天、白云，又感觉自己是躺在一朵轻柔的白云上，慢慢地在蔚蓝色的天幕下缓缓漂移……

最后，不得不离开泳池，回家去，这时被水浸得透凉的身体还能久久地为你抵挡夏日的暑气……
