Failure exists in every stage for everybody. As students, I think the most common failure would be failing in the exam. Yes, I have failed in the exam for many times. It is very common, because on one can keep the name of ever-victorious generals forever. But some students do not figure out this. 今天上午第二节课，我们都坐在位子上等着英语老师来给我们上课，没想到，英语老师拿着一叠厚厚的卷子进来了，我以为老师是发给我们今天的作业，便又坐在那里，乖乖听老师发言，但老师的一句话把我心中的石块提了起来：“下面我们要进行第五单元的考试。”同学们的嘴巴一个个都张成了“O”形。

“当……当……当，”下课铃打响了，我心中的石块也安然落地，我匆匆交上试卷，心中还是有无数的疑问：我能考满分吗?还能保持第一名吗?

今天第3——四单元考试(是突击考试)，我觉得今天的考试会考的不好。开始考了，我粗略看了眼试卷，还行，不是很难，还是比较简单的，我蛮有信心的开始了考试。

第一部分：听力。

我慢慢的的有一点听不懂，但是我还是勉强听懂了。我正好一抬头，看见张子涵正愁眉苦脸的思考一题，我估计他心里想“这题怎么做?”我看了心里暗暗偷笑。

第二部分：笔试。

笔试一题的火车“train”我忘了怎么拼，并把它留到了最后。终于写完了，我便思考这一题，我怎么思考都想不出来，想啊，想啊，想啊。。我后来不想了，就1分，我不管了。在我检查的时候，突然看到听力一题有train，便仔细一看，“哈哈哈哈，真是天助我也!”我立即把它填上去。便慢慢检查。

希望这次考试能考一个好成绩!

对于这次英语考试，我并不是很满意我自己，在语、数、英这三科主课中，我英语算是最好的，但这次只考了85.5分，在语、数、英三科成绩中占居第二。我一开始还很有信心拿90分的好成绩，但考好之后，我就有点慌了——我有一种不祥的预感：这次准考不好。结果我的感应“显灵”了——90分都不到。

拿到试卷后，我大略地看了一下我的试卷，扣分主要扣在听力、基础和阅读。听力好像扣了4、5分（忘了扣了几分了），基础扣了5分，阅读扣了……（貌似是在3到5分之间）。

我这次听力之所以扣了这么多分，我想有两个原因：一是因为喇叭出了问题，声音很轻，听不清楚；二是因为我没有仔细地听，有一道题就是因为没听出应该是填什么单词，所以导致白白扣了1分。

我的基础题么，扣的也是比较厉害的，有一道题我把“exhibition”拼成了“excibition”，使得我又白白扣了1分，看到我这拼错的单词时，我感觉好压抑：起初我为什么不好好背单词呢？这样就不会扣分了。

阅读题我感觉有一点点的难度，对于在外面补过课的同学来说那是“小菜一碟”。至今我的英语成绩70%的几率比那些补过课的同学高，所以我并没有怨恨我当初为什么没上补习班，而且我也不想上，逼迫一个人去干他（她）不想做的一件事又没有任何意义，搞得父母忧心忡忡，又搞得自己闷闷不乐，不仅累着自己，还累着父母（话是这么说，不过我也得在阅读上下下功夫了，不然我的成绩要像“乘电梯”一样滑下来了，呵呵）。

通过这次检查、认识自己的错误后，我在学习上有了一定的目标，以后我要更加努力地学习！我相信经过我半年的努力，期末考试一定能取得好成绩！

Examinations also lower the standards of teaching. Anything that promises quick returns without much work is a sure trap. Stay alert and protect ourselves。

1)做模版：拿几片范文，找几句比较拽的结构型句子，拼凑出一个你自己顺手的框架即可。不用到处找，也不用找很多，一个框架即可，当然，准备一些可以替换的词：比如recommendation替换conclusion.漂亮句子很多，但若水三千，我只掬一瓢饮。

2)找出主要的错误类型，每种写出一道两句经典的表述即可。

3)考时30分钟分三个阶段：一)12-15分钟，写出完整的第一段，三个征文段的topic sentence，和完整的末段。写第一段的同时就构思topicsentence,末段无非是重复结论和三句topic。这样的好处是结构已经完整了，你不用慌了。。二)13-10分钟，完成三段正文。我以前觉得这个很困难，后来想通了。无非是把这层意思说清楚就行。3句话就够了。也够长了。三)5分钟check.还一个作用时，是在前面没有完成，还有一个buffer,也不至于弹尽粮绝。

4)非常措施：考试万一时间不够，首段就抄原句;如果时间还不够，末段就cut-paste首段和topic 的文本，稍加修改即可。但是，结构是完整的。

5)ok作文法的精髓和适用范围：精髓：看上去很美。适用范围：不想得6分的人(因为想的6分的人追求的是实际上也很美。如果运气好，可以的5分，运气不好，可以的4分。

“下午第一节课全年级英语抽测！”一大早，英语老师就来到教室告诉了我们这个重大消息。

“啊，又来考啊！”我们班马上就沸腾了，突击检查是老师的常用伎俩，但这么大的考试还是第一次。俗话说得好，“考考考，老师的法宝；分分分，学生的命根。”我们怎能不紧张呢？所以只好抓紧时间复习。由于是教育局抽测，所以肯定会很难。

第二天，成绩下来了。我考了99分，错的那一分就是那道改过的听力题，答案是A，而我居然把对的A改成了C，就这样与满分擦肩而过了。但幸运的是，英语我还是再次考了全年级第一。我心头的那块大石头终于落地了。

虽然这次英语考试很突然，我也取得了不错的成绩。但我真的不喜欢这样的抽测啊！

对这次考试进行了一次彻底的分析，这次月考没有考好，总结原因如下：

一、学生对英语考试的态度不端正，遇到难一点的题不是去分析而是瞎做，遇到不会就不做。

二、作为教师缺少了在学生心中的威信。回想一个月以来我一向定位错误没有把自我定位于学生的老师而是学生的朋友，很少对学生严厉的惩罚，以致于学生敷衍了事，课上瞬时记忆，课后缺乏落实，根本无视英语考试的严肃性与重要性。

三、教师与学生都没有处理好兴趣与知识学习的关系。作为教师过于注重学生的兴趣，导致学生有兴趣就愿意学，没兴趣就不想学。

语重心长地说了这么多，我明白这些远远不够，最重要的还是今后工作中该怎样做：

首先，今后在教学过程中对学生要严格要求，和学生建立亦师亦友的关系，重新建立在学生心中威信，让学生从心里佩服尊敬自我。

其次，适当地多做题，是学生养成良好的解题习惯。

最后，教师与学生都要调整心态，正确应对考试，尽快从失败的阴影中走出来，为期中考试做好充分准备，争取打一场悲壮彻底、问心无愧的战役。
