由于爸爸一再使用高压的手段逼迫孩子，所以”父亲”、”钢琴”、”音乐”、”压力”等…，这些东西对贝多芬来说，都是恶梦，只会带给他痛苦而已。不过，有没有兴趣是另一回事，经过了五、六年的锤炼，加上自己的优异资质，贝多芬的琴艺倒也一天强过一天；而且，在十岁那年，贝多芬的爸爸已经没办法再引领他进入更高的境界了。于是，他爸爸只好委托歌剧团的指挥尼富先生担任贝多芬的音乐教师。
