Last Saturday evening， all my family had dinner in a resturant.

We enjoyed ourselves while we were at table. However， some teenagers

sitting beside our table began to talk and laugh loudly. What’s worse， they

began to smoke in the restaurant， which made us angry. After a while， I stood up

and advised them to stop smoking and behave themselves. To my surprise， they

didn’t follow my suggestions. Instead， they laughed at me， saying that I was too

young and too naive.

In my opinion， it’s wrong to do that in public. The future of our courtry

lies in teenagers， who should not only obey the rules in public but also make

contributions to the society.

I have a good friend, and her name is Lucy. We have known each other for

more than five years. When I am in trouble, she will be the first one to give me

a hand. I am so thankful to her. So when she feels unhappy, I will accompany

her. Lucy is a true friend. I hope our friendship can last forever.

I feel very happy since I started working in this company. I have been

getting along with everybody here. I am very grateful to you, an excellent boss

who have been so helpful and understanding. I might have done a lot of things

wrong or have made you unhappy once a while. I promise you that from now on, I

The weather of these days is really bad. Its foggy and there is haze in

the air.So， we cant see the things very far.Every morning， when I pull back the

curtain， I only can see the building dozens miles away.When I go to school， I

must be very careful when I go across the street.Besides， the air is dirty

because of the haze. I even feel hard to breathe.My mother tells me to wear a

respirator. I do as she tells.Because of the bad weather， car accidents happen

more frequently. I hope drivers can drive more carefully and keep safe.

Last week, when I passed a clothes shop, I was attracted by the

beautiful dress, so I asked my mother to give me money to buy one. But she

refused me and said that I could collect some money by helping her to do little

work. I agreed. So I started to clean the house and the dishes. Sometimes washed

my father’s car. Finally I got enough money.

On the top of the mountain hill there lived a little boy called Marlin. He

was a jolly fellow that helped people when they were in need.

The only problem was, whenever there was somebody in need, he would give

them something to eat and to solve their problem. The people in his country soon

became sick of this, and so wanted him to stop. But Marlin just won’t; and went

on helping and helping and helping… nobody knew when he was going to stop, or

when they were going to let him know that they didn’t want him to bother all

day. Ugh, but Marlin wouldn’t stop; all day long he helped this and that, the

problem was that people don’t want to mordacity him, and so said that he was

very kind.

One day, Marlin saw a boy crying, and said, “Hey there little one; don’t

cry, I, the super Marlin is here! And I am going to solve your problem!” “I want

a music box,” at these words, Marlin was astonished, “A-a music b-box?” “Yes,”

replied the boy jumping happily, “But my parents won’t buy me one. It is at the

shop near Sunshine school. I hope to get me one! Wahoo!” Marlin said, “I

couldn’t afford a music box! It is worth $100!”

Marlin was very sad, but also wanted to try, for he was the king of

everything, and helps save the day. He ran to his house, and counted his money,

but found out that he only had $10. He was now very, very angry. He had decided

to earn more and more money, and so to help that poor little boy. As he had

promised, he worked very hard to earn money. Although he was juts a little boy,

he ought to do what he had said; for those are the rules. And when he had enough

money, he would buy the music box, and hand it to that poor boy.

Marlin did anything he could to earn money: Sweep the floor, clean his

room; grow plants, water them, and cut flowers for the house. When he had

already $90, he had decided to help other people. When it was already winter, he

took a shovel and helped his neighbors, friends to shovel snow; and they paid

him a great deal of money.

At last, Marlin had got enough money; he was so excited that he hopped here

and there ten times! Finally, he went to the store near Sunshine school, and

bought the music box, and then handed it to the same boy at his home. Marlin

soon became famous, and he was called, ‘Marlin Blavatsky.’

The way of life that a group of people builds up over a long period of time

becomes the peoples culture. Culture includes the peoples values and beliefs

as well as their technical competency. Some aspects of culture are learned in a

formal setting, such as a school, while other aspects are learned informally in

the process of day-to-day living. A culture is always changing. Changes in s

culture often come about by borrowing form another culture and by invention. To

enrich the culture of our nation, we are constantly adapting new inventions and

new ideas into our way of life.

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last! ) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions.

There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school uniform. I pack my bag for school and I leave. I never miss breakfast,so

I either eat at home or eat on the way to school. But I always eat hurry. After

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

for the day. Finally,I go home and I take a break. I have dinner with my

family,watch a little TV. I am usually in bed by 9:30.

I like holidays because I have enough time to relax. Last year, my

father and I went to Singapore by plane, there is a beautiful place, the four

there are lots of Chinese food, like noodles, dumplings, rice, very delicious,

we shopping there, watching the scenery, and taste a lot of delicious food. It

was a very enjoyable

现在母校的学生人数很多，有2000多人，但教学楼却十分窄小，这样即容易出不安全的事故，还影响了同学们的学习环境。您想，七、八十人坐在一个50多平方米的教室里，同学们挤坐在一起，连个讲台都放不下。到了夏天，同学们释放的热量传播不开，那还下得中暑啊!就算教室小，过道楼梯总该宽一些吧!有一次，下楼做课间操，说来也巧，几乎几个年级是同一时间下课，顿时过道楼梯上都挤满了人，挤在中间的同学还好，靠墙的同学可就遭了殃，差点把脸都挤变形了，还有的同学不小心摔倒在地，后面的同学像多米诺古牌一样也摔倒了。造成了严重的拥挤事故。因此我建议把教学楼扩张或重建，尽量修大些，不要再让此类事故在这和谐的校园中上演。

第二个就是注重同学们的身体素质，一般来说儿童每日应锻炼至少40—60分钟，这才能起到健身的作用，但现在每周只有两节体育课，而且运动用具还要自己准备，有就有，没有就没有。很多人都把体育课当成自习课，从来不运动，久而久之，身体素质就下降了，连绕着操场跑一圈都叫累。我想现在的小学生70%都达不到这个标准，因此我建议多增加体育器材以及用品，并适当增加体育课的小学生!

希望您能接受我的建议，将母校办得越来越好，让孩子们在一个好的环境下学习、成长!

always make some mistakes. Such as annoying others when they are talking, which

is very impolite. My mother doesnt punish me, instead, she tries to disturb me

1.“最差学生”评不得!转化后进生,是学校教育中一项非常复杂的工作。武汉市某中学一位教师在班上评选“最差学生”，使得当选的“五大恶人”整天情绪低落，个别学生甚至想转学逃避。陕西省安康市某初中的一名初三男生，由于被评为班级“最差学生”之一，不堪忍受巨大的心理压力而服毒身亡。然而事实，这种做法是有百害而无一益的：首先，它是对学生的一种歧视，是对学生人格和尊严的伤害!孩子毕竟是孩子，是受教育的对象，每一个教育工作者有义务对他们进行耐心细致的教育。同时,还必须保护他们的健康，尊重他们的人格。一个合格的教师，首先要有一颗爱心，平等对待每个学生，决不能有所偏爱或者歧视。有的学生成绩不好，有的学生调皮，这都是正常现象。我们教师的职责就是要教育他们、转化他们。试想，个个孩子都听话懂事、聪明伶俐，要你教师干啥?把成绩不好、调皮贪玩的学生视为“差生”，本来就是错误的。而公然评选什么“最差学生”，让他们在同学面前亮丑，就是错上加错：它只会严重伤害学生的自尊而已，打击他们的积极性。

2.关于军事化管理每个周军训的问题;众所周知，我们学校在社会里的名声并不是很好，学校领导希望用军训锻炼我们，使我们的学习的氛围和学校的风气得以改善。您知道我们学生的想法吗?一听到军训，可能女生们都会叫苦连天，甚至有些男生也会对这种强度大的训练方式所惧怕。学生们并不是像您所说的缺乏锻炼，没有吃苦耐劳的精神。不知您想过没有，在军训期间的各种因素都会导致这种管理形式适得其反的效果;比如，意外事故发生。这种军训严重影响了我们的课余休息时间!一天的学习生活并不是老师一个自导自演的，学生听课思维活动也是很累的。

3.关于手机的问题;学校为杜绝上课玩手机的现象做出了很多的措施，如：加强上课期间的值班巡查，限制充电时间，晚上就寝不能关门等。我想说，手机就只是有害无益吗?如果这样会比以后我们上课毫无生趣的死气沉沉的无质量的课堂好吗?想在我们的只是来自于社会、来自于媒体、来自网络。学校里的微机室并没有对我们开放更多的空间，甚至都没有课程，那么我们的知识面必定很窄，如果连手机都要过度的限制的话，那么我想，我们一定会赶不上社会的进度的。仅靠书本上的只是能满足当今我们的求知欲和丰富我们社会的见识吗?手机作为一种通讯工具，能让我们和父母说说话实在是个好东西，尤其是远在外地父母，和我们说上几句话已经很是欣慰了。我不知道别的同学是怎样的，反正我是每天定时和母亲发短信打电话聊学习和生活的，如果照学校这样的安排势必会影响我们和亲人之间的沟通。想必您也是为人父母，能体会到不能和自己的子女说不上话的那种酸楚。

4.关于每次活动外出表演的问题;学校的舞蹈对已经多彩代表学校外出表演，虽说不上给学校增添了多少光彩，但是舞蹈队的同学们没有功劳也有苦劳吧!每次表演无论大小，结束后学校老师从未给过同学们一些奖励或者是聚餐。表演完之后同学们都是很饿很累的了，难道代表学校表演的同学们还要自掏腰包解决就餐问题吗?更别提牺牲休息时间排练时的艰辛了。希望校长您能重视这条建议。

5.关于食堂的问题;据说食堂的老板换了人会有少许的福利和改善。可实际情况并不是这样!食堂的菜品不新鲜和食品不是很卫生的情况，这个问题学生们已经反应过多次。味道不怎么样我们都可以接受，毕竟大锅伙食不像小灶那样精细。食堂的工作人员还是很辛苦的，在此我表示感谢。食堂菜品太少了，几天都是一样的菜品!吃不烦都总会吃腻的。我自认为我的适应能力还是很强的，连我都受不了更何况其它同学呢?食堂的问题我们向学校反应不是一天两天了，但是每次都是石沉大海，没有得到落实，希望这次不会让我们失望。您曾在动员大会上说过：“赚钱的食堂不是好食堂，让学生满意放心的食堂才是好食堂!”望能得到改善落到实处。

6.关于小卖部的问题;小卖部本是以学生为服务对象，以“服务学生为主，让利给学生”的原则，而学校的小卖部的东西比外面的总是贵那么五角一块的，擅自更改价格，没有严格按照规定的价格出售食品。据说以后从学校外面购买的副食品水果糖类等都不允许带进学校了，可是学校的小卖部品种又那么少，让我们怎么保证每天的营养供给?在此，我建议学校要不取消不能在外购进食品的规定，要不把小卖部扩建为超市，至少品种要齐全，让学生得到更多的便利。

我们离开父母身边来到学校生活，自然是希望得到家一样的温暖，想必我们的父母看到我们学习生活不好等等不好时，也是不忍心看到的。熟悉新媒体的我们并不是不会使用电视台、网络等手段来“闹改革”，只是我们不想让我们的学校成为大家茶余饭后谈笑的内容。希望您能理解我们的心思，能得到很好的改善。
