I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. My advanced-level subjects are History, Economics and English Literature. 尊敬的曾校长：

您好!我是经济与管理系国贸1103班蒋华福。现就20__年__月__日下午三点半左右，我在行政楼一楼监控室所看到的一些问题向您反映。

本人于20__年__月__日晚丢失自行车，次日早上向保卫处报案，保卫处老师备案后，让我去行政楼一楼监控室调取监控画面。下午我便去了监控室。值班室同学打开三台显示器(桌面上共四台，第三台已坏无法显示画面)，每台显示器有16个小监控画面，第一台和第二台约有四个画面失去信号，无监控画面显示。我询问值班室同学有没有松园新村(荷园羽毛球旁那一栋)的监控画面，当时找到了荷园篮球场云台的一个监控器，很不幸，这个监控器所在的图像就是在第三台显示器上，由于第三台显示器无法显示图像，所以就失去了最重要的线索。我打开其他监控画面，发现有些监控器已经被树叶遮蔽了画面，部分监控因为安装角度不对，根本起不到监控的作用。

值班室同学说，这些问题已经向相关部门反映，但是迟迟未得到解决。校园监控在一定程度上能抑制校园犯罪率，并且在事情发生后能提供很重要的线索。我知道这些设备安装和维护需要一定时间，但我相信，早发现，早解决就能避免以后出现类似情况，为全校师生的安全得到一份保障，我也斗胆的将这个事情反映给校长，希望校长能抽出宝贵的五分钟去行政楼一楼监控室了解情况。本人愿意对以上所述情况承担责任。再次感谢曾校长能阅读这封信，祝曾校长身体健康，工作顺利!
