I study at Beishan Primary School. I like my school very much. Our school

is small， but it’s very beautiful.

When you go into the school gate， you can see a big tree in the middle of

the small playground. If you turn left， you can see a playground. It’s our

little world. We often play games there. In our school， there are many trees.

They grow well. There are one buildings on the right side of the playground. We

have classes in the building.

1.“最差学生”评不得!转化后进生,是学校教育中一项非常复杂的工作。武汉市某中学一位教师在班上评选“最差学生”，使得当选的“五大恶人”整天情绪低落，个别学生甚至想转学逃避。陕西省安康市某初中的一名初三男生，由于被评为班级“最差学生”之一，不堪忍受巨大的心理压力而服毒身亡。然而事实，这种做法是有百害而无一益的：首先，它是对学生的一种歧视，是对学生人格和尊严的伤害!孩子毕竟是孩子，是受教育的对象，每一个教育工作者有义务对他们进行耐心细致的教育。同时,还必须保护他们的健康，尊重他们的人格。一个合格的教师，首先要有一颗爱心，平等对待每个学生，决不能有所偏爱或者歧视。有的学生成绩不好，有的学生调皮，这都是正常现象。我们教师的职责就是要教育他们、转化他们。试想，个个孩子都听话懂事、聪明伶俐，要你教师干啥?把成绩不好、调皮贪玩的学生视为“差生”，本来就是错误的。而公然评选什么“最差学生”，让他们在同学面前亮丑，就是错上加错：它只会严重伤害学生的自尊而已，打击他们的积极性。

2.关于军事化管理每个周军训的问题;众所周知，我们学校在社会里的名声并不是很好，学校领导希望用军训锻炼我们，使我们的学习的氛围和学校的风气得以改善。您知道我们学生的想法吗?一听到军训，可能女生们都会叫苦连天，甚至有些男生也会对这种强度大的训练方式所惧怕。学生们并不是像您所说的缺乏锻炼，没有吃苦耐劳的精神。不知您想过没有，在军训期间的各种因素都会导致这种管理形式适得其反的效果;比如，意外事故发生。这种军训严重影响了我们的课余休息时间!一天的学习生活并不是老师一个自导自演的，学生听课思维活动也是很累的。

3.关于手机的问题;学校为杜绝上课玩手机的现象做出了很多的措施，如：加强上课期间的值班巡查，限制充电时间，晚上就寝不能关门等。我想说，手机就只是有害无益吗?如果这样会比以后我们上课毫无生趣的死气沉沉的无质量的课堂好吗?想在我们的只是来自于社会、来自于媒体、来自网络。学校里的微机室并没有对我们开放更多的空间，甚至都没有课程，那么我们的知识面必定很窄，如果连手机都要过度的限制的话，那么我想，我们一定会赶不上社会的进度的。仅靠书本上的只是能满足当今我们的求知欲和丰富我们社会的见识吗?手机作为一种通讯工具，能让我们和父母说说话实在是个好东西，尤其是远在外地父母，和我们说上几句话已经很是欣慰了。我不知道别的同学是怎样的，反正我是每天定时和母亲发短信打电话聊学习和生活的，如果照学校这样的安排势必会影响我们和亲人之间的沟通。想必您也是为人父母，能体会到不能和自己的子女说不上话的那种酸楚。

4.关于每次活动外出表演的问题;学校的舞蹈对已经多彩代表学校外出表演，虽说不上给学校增添了多少光彩，但是舞蹈队的同学们没有功劳也有苦劳吧!每次表演无论大小，结束后学校老师从未给过同学们一些奖励或者是聚餐。表演完之后同学们都是很饿很累的了，难道代表学校表演的同学们还要自掏腰包解决就餐问题吗?更别提牺牲休息时间排练时的艰辛了。希望校长您能重视这条建议。

5.关于食堂的问题;据说食堂的老板换了人会有少许的福利和改善。可实际情况并不是这样!食堂的菜品不新鲜和食品不是很卫生的情况，这个问题学生们已经反应过多次。味道不怎么样我们都可以接受，毕竟大锅伙食不像小灶那样精细。食堂的工作人员还是很辛苦的，在此我表示感谢。食堂菜品太少了，几天都是一样的菜品!吃不烦都总会吃腻的。我自认为我的适应能力还是很强的，连我都受不了更何况其它同学呢?食堂的问题我们向学校反应不是一天两天了，但是每次都是石沉大海，没有得到落实，希望这次不会让我们失望。您曾在动员大会上说过：“赚钱的食堂不是好食堂，让学生满意放心的食堂才是好食堂!”望能得到改善落到实处。

6.关于小卖部的问题;小卖部本是以学生为服务对象，以“服务学生为主，让利给学生”的原则，而学校的小卖部的东西比外面的总是贵那么五角一块的，擅自更改价格，没有严格按照规定的价格出售食品。据说以后从学校外面购买的副食品水果糖类等都不允许带进学校了，可是学校的小卖部品种又那么少，让我们怎么保证每天的营养供给?在此，我建议学校要不取消不能在外购进食品的规定，要不把小卖部扩建为超市，至少品种要齐全，让学生得到更多的便利。

我们离开父母身边来到学校生活，自然是希望得到家一样的温暖，想必我们的父母看到我们学习生活不好等等不好时，也是不忍心看到的。熟悉新媒体的我们并不是不会使用电视台、网络等手段来“闹改革”，只是我们不想让我们的学校成为大家茶余饭后谈笑的内容。希望您能理解我们的心思，能得到很好的改善。

Everybody loves reading right, well here is a story that tells you how a

little boy didn’t like reading; at last became so nervous in his show that he

had to read a book that soon became a famous writer.

There was once a little boy that loved to play, but the only thing he

didn’t like was to read a book. When he was bored of playing, he did not go to

read a book, but to play video games. One day his parents became sick of this

habit and so thought of a plan to make him like reading.

And so one day when school was over, the boy’s parents went to his school,

and found his teacher and said, “Dear teacher, I am wondering if by any chance

you could help us with a little small problem.”

The teacher agreed, and so they told them their problem. The teacher

remembered all that she needed to do, and waited until Friday arrived. When it

was the last class of the day, she told the whole class that each one of them is

going to put on a show for the whole school. The little boy thought that that

was a great idea. After he had finished school, he immediately ran home to get

materials which were toys and prepared the other things too. When he was ready,

he began to make up a routine. But he couldn’t think of anything except playing;

when it was the day before it was time to put on the show, the little boy still

didn’t come up with any routine; and so he thought and thought. When his parents

said that it was time to go to school to put on the show, the little boy was as

nervous as a chicken in a forest with a wolf beside it.

His parents said that if he couldn’t think of any routine then he will just

have to read a book. The boy had no choice, when he finished he came up with a

routine he went to school just in time for the show.

He loved making a routine by then, from that time on he loved reading, and

when he was bored of playing he began to read.

After and few years he became famous and was very proud of that day’s

lesson.

Housework? Honestly speaking I never do houseworks. My mum does all of

them. I hate doing houseworks because it is boring and tiring, and Learning

English is boring and tiring enough for me. Whenever my mum ask me to wash

dishes for her I shout to her "No Way! Study is already impossibly hard for me

and more housework can only drive me closer to madness." Thats all I know about

housework.

Every night before going to bed， I have to drink a glass of milk， which has

become a habit. Mother said that its good to drink milk before going to bed and

sleep soundly. Its also good for my health. And every night before going to

bed， I send me a cup of fragrant milk. I began to take it for granted： "When I

was in junior high school， I should supplement more nutrition."

Until one day， I found that my mother came home from work every day and

said she was tired， and her legs ached from time to time. I advised her to go

and have a look. But she always said for a few days， when she was not busy. But

I havent seen it yet. I was so worried about my mothers health that I wanted

to find a time to go to the hospital with her.

and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station. To get to my place in the

eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the

train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right

at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my

place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you

will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian

will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my

flat. Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some

exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is

only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window. Cheers and looking

Recently, I read a book about the history of the Spring Festival, and I

would like to recommend it to you. The book is called "festival customs". This

book is very interesting. Every story has a picture, and each story is easy to

understand. This book tells us a lot about the customs of Chinese festivals,

such as Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Mid Autumn Festival and so on. But

there are many stories about the Spring Festival in this book. It happens to be

the winter holiday for the Spring Festival, so Ill tell you the story of the

Spring Festival!

Spring Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals in our

country. There are many customs, such as picking up the God of wealth, stepping

on the new year, setting off firecrackers and so on. Well, lets choose one to

talk about! Lets set off firecrackers!

The starting point of setting off firecrackers is the same as that of

lighting up lights. But the lights only have light, but no sound. Light can ward

off evil spirits, and sound can ward off evil spirits. It is said that the

setting off of firecrackers was related to Jiang Ziya. It is said that Jiang

Ziya helped King Wu of Zhou exterminate King Zhou of Shang Dynasty and went to

Fengshen platform to confer gods. All the meritorious officials were sealed off,

but his wife Ma came. When Jiang Ziya was fishing in the Weihe River to wait for

King Wen of Zhou, his wife thought he was poor and stamped off. Now that Jiang

Ziya is fighting for the worlds deities, she came to ask for the throne. Jiang

Ziya said angrily: "you can be a broomstar. You can only go down to the world in

30 nights. You can drill where it is dark.". Later, firecrackers were set off

during the Spring Festival to break the broomstar, leaving her nowhere to

hide.

Speaking of setting off firecrackers, I think of my father and I set off

firecrackers together. It was the night of the new years Eve. The red lanterns

in the community had already been hung high on the trees. My father and I

secretly bought some firecrackers and set off firecrackers at the designated

place. We took a very large board and padded it under it to avoid making a big

hole in the floor. The board is about two meters long and one meter wide. We let

the people around us get out of the way, and then we started to set off

firecrackers. I hold a lighter in my left hand and a firecracker in my right

hand. I slowly light the firecrackers. The sound of gunpowder makes my heart

thumping. Im so scared! As a result, the firecrackers exploded in a few seconds

after I threw them out. I jumped up happily and succeeded in setting off

firecrackers for the first time! "Crackle, crackle, crackle" firecrackers are

more and more loud, as if even the mountains are shaking up! What a fun night

that day!

我是中南大学一名普通的本科生，想提一些关于本科生教学的建议。我觉得：教务部门的老师们应该走出办公室，来到学生的课堂和学生一起听课，以达到督促讲师们提高教学水平的目的。

为什么这么说呢?因为我觉得，如果一个学生成绩不好，那他自身一定存在原因的，但是，个别老师的授课水平实在太差也是原因之一。

我曾经就遇到过样两种让我感到很无奈的老师：一种是普通话说得很糟糕的老师。一个课堂，几十人，几乎就没有人能听懂老师在讲什么，于是该科目只好自学(事实上，那门课程全班的成绩都比较糟糕)。虽然中南大学有教授必须参加本科生教育的规定，不过我真的觉得，对于一个年纪比较大的老师来说，要想改变自己的口音、练出标准一点的普通话确实很难。我觉得这些老师可能更适合搞科研、带实验。

第二种是“PPT老师”：上课就开始念PPT，念到下课结束，完全和学生没有互动，真的没有达到课堂教学应有的目的。其实这还算好的，最近遇到一位老师，他连自己PPT上的内容都不熟悉：一次，他看到不会的地方，还要底下的学生提示才搞明白。这真的是教学态度出现问题了。

不过教得好的老师还是有的：比如化工院主讲《物理化学》的向阳老师，讲课可以用一板一眼来形容，条理十分清楚明白，坐在下面一听就会!还有讲《生理学》的罗老师，也是讲课的条理十分清楚，感觉课上的十分充实。(强烈建议校长给这样的老师加工资!)

所以我觉得，主管教务的领导真的应该走出办公室，来到课堂中，来亲身体验一下老师们的教学工作做得怎么样，督促那些讲课水平差强人意的老师想办法提高自己的授课水平。我觉得，对于中南大学这样的“985”“211”副部级重点高校，更应该把自己的水平体现在日常点点滴滴的教学之中，让学生们从中受益。
