1.“最差学生”评不得!转化后进生,是学校教育中一项非常复杂的工作。武汉市某中学一位教师在班上评选“最差学生”，使得当选的“五大恶人”整天情绪低落，个别学生甚至想转学逃避。陕西省安康市某初中的一名初三男生，由于被评为班级“最差学生”之一，不堪忍受巨大的心理压力而服毒身亡。然而事实，这种做法是有百害而无一益的：首先，它是对学生的一种歧视，是对学生人格和尊严的伤害!孩子毕竟是孩子，是受教育的对象，每一个教育工作者有义务对他们进行耐心细致的教育。同时,还必须保护他们的健康，尊重他们的人格。一个合格的教师，首先要有一颗爱心，平等对待每个学生，决不能有所偏爱或者歧视。有的学生成绩不好，有的学生调皮，这都是正常现象。我们教师的职责就是要教育他们、转化他们。试想，个个孩子都听话懂事、聪明伶俐，要你教师干啥?把成绩不好、调皮贪玩的学生视为“差生”，本来就是错误的。而公然评选什么“最差学生”，让他们在同学面前亮丑，就是错上加错：它只会严重伤害学生的自尊而已，打击他们的积极性。

2.关于军事化管理每个周军训的问题;众所周知，我们学校在社会里的名声并不是很好，学校领导希望用军训锻炼我们，使我们的学习的氛围和学校的风气得以改善。您知道我们学生的想法吗?一听到军训，可能女生们都会叫苦连天，甚至有些男生也会对这种强度大的训练方式所惧怕。学生们并不是像您所说的缺乏锻炼，没有吃苦耐劳的精神。不知您想过没有，在军训期间的各种因素都会导致这种管理形式适得其反的效果;比如，意外事故发生。这种军训严重影响了我们的课余休息时间!一天的学习生活并不是老师一个自导自演的，学生听课思维活动也是很累的。

3.关于手机的问题;学校为杜绝上课玩手机的现象做出了很多的措施，如：加强上课期间的值班巡查，限制充电时间，晚上就寝不能关门等。我想说，手机就只是有害无益吗?如果这样会比以后我们上课毫无生趣的死气沉沉的无质量的课堂好吗?想在我们的只是来自于社会、来自于媒体、来自网络。学校里的微机室并没有对我们开放更多的空间，甚至都没有课程，那么我们的知识面必定很窄，如果连手机都要过度的限制的话，那么我想，我们一定会赶不上社会的进度的。仅靠书本上的只是能满足当今我们的求知欲和丰富我们社会的见识吗?手机作为一种通讯工具，能让我们和父母说说话实在是个好东西，尤其是远在外地父母，和我们说上几句话已经很是欣慰了。我不知道别的同学是怎样的，反正我是每天定时和母亲发短信打电话聊学习和生活的，如果照学校这样的安排势必会影响我们和亲人之间的沟通。想必您也是为人父母，能体会到不能和自己的子女说不上话的那种酸楚。

4.关于每次活动外出表演的问题;学校的舞蹈对已经多彩代表学校外出表演，虽说不上给学校增添了多少光彩，但是舞蹈队的同学们没有功劳也有苦劳吧!每次表演无论大小，结束后学校老师从未给过同学们一些奖励或者是聚餐。表演完之后同学们都是很饿很累的了，难道代表学校表演的同学们还要自掏腰包解决就餐问题吗?更别提牺牲休息时间排练时的艰辛了。希望校长您能重视这条建议。

5.关于食堂的问题;据说食堂的老板换了人会有少许的福利和改善。可实际情况并不是这样!食堂的菜品不新鲜和食品不是很卫生的情况，这个问题学生们已经反应过多次。味道不怎么样我们都可以接受，毕竟大锅伙食不像小灶那样精细。食堂的工作人员还是很辛苦的，在此我表示感谢。食堂菜品太少了，几天都是一样的菜品!吃不烦都总会吃腻的。我自认为我的适应能力还是很强的，连我都受不了更何况其它同学呢?食堂的问题我们向学校反应不是一天两天了，但是每次都是石沉大海，没有得到落实，希望这次不会让我们失望。您曾在动员大会上说过：“赚钱的食堂不是好食堂，让学生满意放心的食堂才是好食堂!”望能得到改善落到实处。

6.关于小卖部的问题;小卖部本是以学生为服务对象，以“服务学生为主，让利给学生”的原则，而学校的小卖部的东西比外面的总是贵那么五角一块的，擅自更改价格，没有严格按照规定的价格出售食品。据说以后从学校外面购买的副食品水果糖类等都不允许带进学校了，可是学校的小卖部品种又那么少，让我们怎么保证每天的营养供给?在此，我建议学校要不取消不能在外购进食品的规定，要不把小卖部扩建为超市，至少品种要齐全，让学生得到更多的便利。

我们离开父母身边来到学校生活，自然是希望得到家一样的温暖，想必我们的父母看到我们学习生活不好等等不好时，也是不忍心看到的。熟悉新媒体的我们并不是不会使用电视台、网络等手段来“闹改革”，只是我们不想让我们的学校成为大家茶余饭后谈笑的内容。希望您能理解我们的心思，能得到很好的改善。

It is natural that difficulties hide in every corner of our life,so we have

to face them at times.Whatever we have undergone in our life, we shouldnt

complain about it. We may get a lot or lose so much in our life journey, but

keeping a positive attitude should always be together with us. Nothing can

defeat us if we are confident and diligent. Just as saying goes, God is equal to

What an impressive drawing it is in revealing different attitudes toward

life!A persons attitude towards life is very important, it determines your

life, which path you are taking and how your life will become. if you are a

person with very strong positive outlook, no matter what difficulties you

encounter, you will always look at the bright side of life and never give up

easily. Take Thomas Edison as an example.Before inventing the electric bulb,he

had tried thousands of materials for lamp filament,but failed.Despite others’

laughing at him.he said,”I am not a failure,at least I have proved these

materials are not fit for filament.”Before long he invented electric bulb.

The most frequent example you see are those patients or people that are

handicapped or suffering from some type of illness like cancer. They do not give

up any glimpse of hope and continue fighting till they their last breathe. Even

those very determined handicapped,they do not blame the world for their disable.

Instead, they are contented and blessed with all the rest the have, their family

, friends and those who support them greatly. Those handicapped with negative

attitude towards life will feel that the world is unfair and they life in misery

and always feel that they are unless and unwanted.

All in all,it is our attitudes that have changed everything in our life and

help us to pull through all hardships.So we should strive to develop a positive

attitude toward life and the world.It is convinced that only when we are

equipped with optimism and confidence can we achieve success in the future.

Today, I look out of the window, outside a snow-white, the original snow,

Laba rice porridge was first introduced to China in the Song Dynasty about

A little boy wanted to read a book, but he had no money; he decided to earn

some in return. But he had nothing to do, and so he just had to stay at home

just like usual life; he was very sad.

Suddenly, a strange thing took place, and he began to make use of something

that he wanted to try. After a short time, he came back from the basement with a

ruffled shovel in his hand. When it was time to finish the work that he was to

earn money, he smiled happily.

His work was to shovel snow for the other neighbors in the winter, because

most of the times when snow was very, very big; some of the house doors got

block, and they need to pay $100 for a builder to come and shovel the snow out

of way. But now the boy will help shovel the snow, and they need only to pay $10

in return. At first the boy was not good at it at all, but soon he got the use

of it, and earned lots of money. When it was time to use the money, he figured

that he didn’t have enough to pay for the grammar book that he wanted for

school. It was not that big of a deal of very much; but was not quite things of

time.

He kept on this work for 4 years, until he had finally got enough money to

buy the grammar. He was so very excited, that he jumped about in the room from

brick to brick. When he went to the store, he figured it was closed; all the

grammars are sold out, but in the other hand in opened because he shoveled the

snow away which let him get enough money to buy another grammar in another

store.

It was almost summer and the snow melted away, a statue of him was made up

in the town square where he lived; for making the snow disappear. He was also

the first in the class every morning, because he was willing to learn some

identities to learn grammar. He loved grammar. And when it was time for him to

head home and buy another harder one; he used the same plan just a little

better.

And when people saw his statue shimmering in the morning sunlight, they

would remember his gratitude for everybody in the town.

It was a “Magnificent” day; it was already beheld the shoveling day.
