可是，我总觉得还缺了点什么。

高尔基说过：书籍是人类进步的阶梯。我也不反对，书籍能扩宽我们的视野，是我们学生的第二课堂。我们学校也有一个图书室，里面书虽然不多，但是里面什么类的书都有。同学们要查什么资料，只要查找有关书籍就能解决问题了。可是，同学们有时去借书，图书室的老师说今天不该我们这个年级借书，该我们借了图书室的门却紧关着，那么有了借书证又有什么用呢?所以，我希望校长能让图书室的大门全天开放，什么时候借书都行，这样我们就能在书的海洋里遨游了。

还有道路边那个花坛，我本以为以后清晨会有不少的同学在花坛里面读书，可是学校根本我让我们进去。我知道不能践踏花草，但花坛里有一些用石子做的小道，它本来就是让同学们在里面玩的，可现在不能进去，难道那些小道只是用来做学校的装饰吗?

至于塑胶操场，有一个意见是我最想说的，不止是我，可以说是全校有一半以上的人都有这个意见。瞧，明明是课键时间，操场上为什么空无一人呢?那是因为操场旁的栏杆。原来，校长您怕我们损坏操场，所以在操场旁建了栏杆把操场围住，同学们想去活动也没办法进去，这样不塑胶操场用来代替以前那个操场，又有什么用，如果真是那样，那我宁可选择一前那个操场，我相信其他同学也会这样想的。

夜深了，望着天上的星星，我想校长您会采纳我的建议吗?明天的母校会是我想象的那样吗?也许会吧。

以上几条是我给校长的建议，如果有什么冒犯，请多多包涵，也希望校长能够采纳我的意见。

三：还有我们一个星期就只有一节信息，我们每个同学都渴望着可以上信息课。老师却说：“学校不让我我们到电脑室去上，只在班上，你们自己看看书吧。”有时，老师连我们的信息课都占了，不上，上正课。你叫我们还怎样学啊!本来，光看书不去实践是不行的，还连我们在课堂上看书的机会都没有了。我建议可以让我们真正到一次电脑室去上一堂信息课。

My grandfather likes to play Ping-pong so much. He will play it for an hour

everyday. Sometimes he asks me to play with him, and I refuse because I want to

play computer games. But recently I want to experience this sport, so I practice

it with my grandfather. I find that I fall in love with Ping-pong. It makes me

One sunday afternoon when I was learning to ride my bike, I fell down and

hurt my arms badly. As soon as my parents heard this, they took me to the

您好!我是江南职中的一名学生，来学校也快两年了。明年我们就要离开学校进入社会实习，很有幸，我们能在毕业之前看到学校的改变。但是，这些改变真的对我们管用吗?在这里，我仅以一名学生的心里话的形式和您提几条建议。

1.“最差学生”评不得!转化后进生,是学校教育中一项非常复杂的工作。武汉市某中学一位教师在班上评选“最差学生”，使得当选的“五大恶人”整天情绪低落，个别学生甚至想转学逃避。陕西省安康市某初中的一名初三男生，由于被评为班级“最差学生”之一，不堪忍受巨大的心理压力而服毒身亡。然而事实，这种做法是有百害而无一益的：首先，它是对学生的一种歧视，是对学生人格和尊严的伤害!孩子毕竟是孩子，是受教育的对象，每一个教育工作者有义务对他们进行耐心细致的教育。同时,还必须保护他们的健康，尊重他们的人格。一个合格的教师，首先要有一颗爱心，平等对待每个学生，决不能有所偏爱或者歧视。有的学生成绩不好，有的学生调皮，这都是正常现象。我们教师的职责就是要教育他们、转化他们。试想，个个孩子都听话懂事、聪明伶俐，要你教师干啥?把成绩不好、调皮贪玩的学生视为“差生”，本来就是错误的。而公然评选什么“最差学生”，让他们在同学面前亮丑，就是错上加错：它只会严重伤害学生的自尊而已，打击他们的积极性。

2.关于军事化管理每个周军训的问题;众所周知，我们学校在社会里的名声并不是很好，学校领导希望用军训锻炼我们，使我们的学习的氛围和学校的风气得以改善。您知道我们学生的想法吗?一听到军训，可能女生们都会叫苦连天，甚至有些男生也会对这种强度大的训练方式所惧怕。学生们并不是像您所说的缺乏锻炼，没有吃苦耐劳的精神。不知您想过没有，在军训期间的各种因素都会导致这种管理形式适得其反的效果;比如，意外事故发生。这种军训严重影响了我们的课余休息时间!一天的学习生活并不是老师一个自导自演的，学生听课思维活动也是很累的。

3.关于手机的问题;学校为杜绝上课玩手机的现象做出了很多的措施，如：加强上课期间的值班巡查，限制充电时间，晚上就寝不能关门等。我想说，手机就只是有害无益吗?如果这样会比以后我们上课毫无生趣的死气沉沉的无质量的课堂好吗?想在我们的只是来自于社会、来自于媒体、来自网络。学校里的微机室并没有对我们开放更多的空间，甚至都没有课程，那么我们的知识面必定很窄，如果连手机都要过度的限制的话，那么我想，我们一定会赶不上社会的进度的。仅靠书本上的只是能满足当今我们的求知欲和丰富我们社会的见识吗?手机作为一种通讯工具，能让我们和父母说说话实在是个好东西，尤其是远在外地父母，和我们说上几句话已经很是欣慰了。我不知道别的同学是怎样的，反正我是每天定时和母亲发短信打电话聊学习和生活的，如果照学校这样的安排势必会影响我们和亲人之间的沟通。想必您也是为人父母，能体会到不能和自己的子女说不上话的那种酸楚。

4.关于每次活动外出表演的问题;学校的舞蹈对已经多彩代表学校外出表演，虽说不上给学校增添了多少光彩，但是舞蹈队的同学们没有功劳也有苦劳吧!每次表演无论大小，结束后学校老师从未给过同学们一些奖励或者是聚餐。表演完之后同学们都是很饿很累的了，难道代表学校表演的同学们还要自掏腰包解决就餐问题吗?更别提牺牲休息时间排练时的艰辛了。希望校长您能重视这条建议。

5.关于食堂的问题;据说食堂的老板换了人会有少许的福利和改善。可实际情况并不是这样!食堂的菜品不新鲜和食品不是很卫生的情况，这个问题学生们已经反应过多次。味道不怎么样我们都可以接受，毕竟大锅伙食不像小灶那样精细。食堂的工作人员还是很辛苦的，在此我表示感谢。食堂菜品太少了，几天都是一样的菜品!吃不烦都总会吃腻的。我自认为我的适应能力还是很强的，连我都受不了更何况其它同学呢?食堂的问题我们向学校反应不是一天两天了，但是每次都是石沉大海，没有得到落实，希望这次不会让我们失望。您曾在动员大会上说过：“赚钱的食堂不是好食堂，让学生满意放心的食堂才是好食堂!”望能得到改善落到实处。

6.关于小卖部的问题;小卖部本是以学生为服务对象，以“服务学生为主，让利给学生”的原则，而学校的小卖部的东西比外面的总是贵那么五角一块的，擅自更改价格，没有严格按照规定的价格出售食品。据说以后从学校外面购买的副食品水果糖类等都不允许带进学校了，可是学校的小卖部品种又那么少，让我们怎么保证每天的营养供给?在此，我建议学校要不取消不能在外购进食品的规定，要不把小卖部扩建为超市，至少品种要齐全，让学生得到更多的便利。

我们离开父母身边来到学校生活，自然是希望得到家一样的温暖，想必我们的父母看到我们学习生活不好等等不好时，也是不忍心看到的。熟悉新媒体的我们并不是不会使用电视台、网络等手段来“闹改革”，只是我们不想让我们的学校成为大家茶余饭后谈笑的内容。希望您能理解我们的心思，能得到很好的改善。

现在，我们的学校发展得很好，电脑室、自然室、语音室应有尽有，成为了设施完备的学校，老师也是经过精挑细选才进来的，所以，大家在这里学习得也很轻松、愉快。但是，作为学校和老师，工作都不会十全十美的。因此，我在这儿给学校提几项建议：

1.多派一些人手管理楼梯口，特别是在升旗、做操上下楼时，维持秩序，不让楼道拥挤、造成堵塞。如果可以的话，把大家上下楼的时间错开，让楼上的先下，下完以后，楼下的再走。这样，楼道就会宽松许多，不容易发生意外事故。

2.上英语课、美术课到语音室、美术室去上，不要让他们空着不用。早日把电脑安装在教室里，使我们上课的时候老师可以更加生动、形象地把有关资料展示出来。

3.恢复“生活实践周”活动，让同学们学会自理生活，和其他人友好相处。还可以带大家去军训，让我们体会其中的困难，还可以锻炼身体，磨练意志。
