Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China.

It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty

minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in

Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer

Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the

countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I

went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like

eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t mithe Beijing Duck. It is

really nice.

Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes

on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The

roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are

many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the

esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see

the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I

lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The

grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and

sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I

picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small

desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

festival is to commemorate the death of QU Yuan， an upright and honest poet and

statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

river.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

races also demonstrate the virtues of cooperation and teamwork.

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice)。 Zong zi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves. People who mourned the death of Qu threw Zong

zi into the river to feed his ghost every year.

With the changes of the times， the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past， it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.

今天早上外面下着蒙蒙小雨，本来计划去九华山玩的事情快要被取消了，我有些失望，因为我很想去。但后来妈妈看到我们失望的表情，还是勉强去了。

快到中午的时候，雨停了，我们一起坐着公交车出发了。过了半小时左右，就到目的地。我们几个人各买了几张票进去了。

我们走着，看到了很多的旗子，有红旗、有黄旗。边上还有许多石头做的椅子。妈妈对我们说：“我们在这里照几张相吧。”我高兴极了，忙着要爸爸给我们照相。爸爸要我和妹妹坐在一块大石头上，他拿着相机给我们拍照。过了一会儿，天就下起了小雨，妈妈把伞撑开，带着我们继续边走边拍照。

慢慢的，我们套上鞋套就走进了展览区，里面有许多关于佛教的东西。里面非常漂亮，墙壁金光闪闪，我和妹妹都激动不已，在里面跑来跑去。继续往里面走，就看见了一个大大的、长方形的池子，里面好多好多的泡沫荷花。有白色的、有粉色的。之后，我们又看到了用很多种东西做出来的佛像，有清代的，也有明代的，还有现代的，各种各样。我们在里面观看了很多很多东西，我也长了很多知识。走了一圈之后，就出了展览区，向大愿佛走去。

我们爬了好多好多的楼梯，才到了大愿佛脚下。这个大佛好大啊，大佛的脚趾头比我还要大，常听他们说，抱佛脚、抱佛脚。这次来了，我也想抱抱。就坐在佛脚上，让爸爸给我照了两张相。其他的人也都在佛脚边上照着像。过了好一会，我们返回大门，重新坐着公交车回家了。

今天我可真开心呀!看到了那么多关于佛教的东西。

Today, I visited Hopi land. It was a Hopi village.There were three Dormitories: First Mesa, Second Mesa, Third Mesa. I visited a man named Ernie. He has a workshop. In his workshop are all amazing local jewels. He gave me a Opal. It was violet blue. There is fire in it. Today is a stupendous day!

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. I also used handles to control tarish liquid that has iron in it. I also also did was control a ball. Last, I made a rose for mom and much more. Today is a supertastic day!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

趁着暑假我去了我妈妈的家乡——山西大同。

那里有着许许多多的名胜古迹，云冈石窟、九龙壁、悬空寺等等，我最喜欢云冈石窟了，那里面雕的佛像栩栩如生，高大宏伟，有的俏皮可爱，有的就只有我们一个手掌大小。

刚进入大门不久，我们就来到了昙曜广场，中间耸立着一位老爷爷，听导游说他就是了不起的僧人昙曜，在那时候也就是北魏，僧人对黄帝说皇帝就是当今如来，君权神受，皇帝很高兴，就让昙曜带领着四十万人和僧人一起去雕了如来的雕像，因为如来就是皇上，拜了如来就等于拜了皇上，从此，皇上也开始信佛了。那时的佛教得到了保护，佛教也变得昌盛，虽然中间经受过一次灭佛，但新皇上信佛又把佛教修复了，而且超过了以前。昙曜一共雕了五座大佛，每一座都代表着魏国的一位皇帝。

云冈石窟已有1500年历史，共有佛像15，000座，大佛像有252个。

我们再往前走，就到了山堂水殿，我向前远眺前面就是放佛的石窟了，我们便继续前行，我们进了石窟，很快就被浓浓的佛教气氛包围了，高大的佛像俯视着我，佛像被雕的栩栩如生，我抬着头往上看墙上还刻着数不清的小佛，姿态不一，有的在吹笛子，有的手拿扇子，数不胜数。

在着252个大佛当中，我最喜欢昙曜造的第五座大佛，高大、面部丰圆、大大的眼睛、双儿垂肩，两边的飞天手拿笛子，与其他的飞天与众不同，大佛的佛窟因多年的风雨和自然的原因而倒塌，从侧面看，大佛的眼睛拉得太后，右眼的眼睛往里凹，耳朵拉的过后，我们原本是不可以从这个角度观看大佛，而大佛是可以俯视着我们接受我们的膜拜。

我去了云岗石窟，对佛教更尊敬更加了解了。

劳动节放假第二天，我和爸爸妈妈来到了谢集的石柱林，它是捺山的一部分。

刚一下车，映入眼前的便是一片绿色，仿佛顾恺之的一幅大画，做了一架很长的屏风。山型奇妙独特，山脚繁华丛生。

仰望左边的石柱山，只见它如几十根极像石柱的石块镶嵌在上面，上上下下，歪歪扭扭，高低起伏，十分壮观，十分奇特。有些石柱块上长着花花草草，就如一颗宝石上面嵌了许多装饰物，显得更加瑰丽。

再往前走，可以看见一座巨大的石像。远远望去，就似一头翘首期盼的狮子，故得名“狮子头”。它是在一千多万年前，因为火山爆发而形成的一座石像。它的体部方方正正，但头部却和狮子一样，十分逼真。正巧头部石块中间，镶了一块黑白相间的石头，才有了眼睛;正巧头部石块下面有一道裂缝，才有了嘴巴;正巧头部石块最上面杂草丛生，还有几棵垂树，所以才有了毛发。

万万没想到，仪征还有这么美的地方。你的美丽，让我如痴如醉!

从小到大我去过很多地方，有世界闻名的长城﹑风景优美的北京、景色奇丽的九寨沟……但是我难忘的还是西藏。

记得我五岁那年，妈妈带我去西藏，那里的天蓝蓝的，云白白的，像一朵朵雪白的棉花，又像一群群可爱的绵羊。蓝天下一座座高山连绵起伏，高大的布达拉宫雄伟壮观，在阳光的照射下显得更加神秘了。我和妈妈决定先去布达拉宫玩，于是我们快步地向布达拉宫走去。

突然，乌云密布，天地一片昏暗，眼看就要下雨了，我们赶忙往房子下面跑去。刚跑进门就听见哗哗地雨声，透过窗户一看，好大的雨啊!像瓢泼似的，还夹着像水晶冰糖一样的冰雹。打在房子上、窗户上叮叮当当，噼噼啪啪，好像是谁在演奏着美妙的音乐。地上的冰雹咕噜噜滚动着，不一会儿，全化了。渐渐的，雨停了，万道金光照耀着大地，一座美丽的彩桥横跨在两山之间，就像仙女们的彩带，你看有红的、黄的、绿的、紫的、，蓝的，五光十色，好看极了!我惊喜的拍手叫道“快看啊，彩虹桥挂在天上了，彩虹桥挂在天上了……”

转眼三年过去了，我在家乡一直也没看见彩虹。每当我看见“彩虹”这两个字，我就想起了西藏，想起西藏的彩虹。

暑假里，爸爸妈妈带我们全家人去北京玩，我听到这个消息非常的开心。北京也是我的家乡。一大早，我们就启程了，在路上我们走着走着，忽然下起了毛毛细雨，在这个炎热的夏季，让我感到非常凉爽!过了一会，天气晴了。太阳从东方升起来了，真美呀!几个小时过后。我们就到了祖国首都——北京市。

我们先去参观了鸟巢，鸟巢是2008年奥运会举行比赛的地方。我们来到水立方，2008年水立方负责跳水、游泳、花样跳水、水球……水立方是北京2008年奥运会期间修建的主游泳馆。我们还拍了照片作为留念。

中午，我们吃了午饭，休息了一个时晨，我们全家人去了天安门，首先我们看到了伟大的革命导师的遗像挂在了天安门城楼上面。祖国的五星红旗高高的竖立在天安门广场上空，我和妹妹在那里玩的特别高兴。广场上的东侧是国家博物馆，天安门广场中央是人民英雄纪念碑，天安门城楼的西侧人民大会堂，天安门城楼的前面是长安街。过了一个时晨，我们一家人在哪里看国旗降下来的仪式后。

I have rested for a week.I began to feel bored.So I went out with my

friends.They are my best friends in the middle school.We didnt go to someplace

special.We just saw the other.We had lunch together.While we were having lunch,

we were still talking about the new school and new friends. A year later,we have

grown riper.And we learned much more things and got new life.We havent enough

time to play,to waste and to lose the way. We only have two years.Two years to

春天的湿地公园早已万物复苏，鸟语花香。花草树木相互映衬，绿得更绿，而红的就更显得红了。温和的风轻拂，茂盛的花草顺风而摆，令人心旷神怡，真是“等闲识得东风面，万紫千红总是春”啊!

一进园门，映入眼帘的是一棵棵美丽的海棠树。每一朵花都由五片花瓣为一组包围着，粉红色的花瓣令人神清气爽。嫩黄的花蕊像一位小仙女似的坐在“粉盘”中。海棠树开花时期一般在四五月份左右，是蔷薇科，木瓜属，还有三个别名，分别是铁脚海棠、铁杆海棠、邹皮木瓜。原来，邹皮木瓜就是海棠啊!这样的海棠树令我想起了电影《大鱼海棠》里那片海棠花海，原来，一切的美好都是源自于生活的。

再往里走，便有一个休息区，人们可以在这里钓鱼，还有一些大人与小孩在水面上用网子打捞垃圾，算是“最佳环保员”了。几棵陪客柳笔直地长在岸边，像哨兵一样站立着。柳叶绿绿的，一根小枝丫上就串着几十片嫩叶。它属杨柳科，柳属，一般在三四月份生长。宋代的文人把柳树叫“漏春和尚”，因为杜甫有诗“泄露春光有柳条”，真是太形象生动了。

往右走，会看到一对对“珍珠”。“珍珠”就是紫荆啦!一串串“珍珠”粉得漂亮，我情不自禁地伸过手去，准备采一对儿，可那柔嫩的粉，让我不忍攀摘。天啊，它像迷魂药一样吸引着人们的脚步，让人们兴奋不已，我也跟它们合影了呢!

告别这些“粉珍珠”，走过一座桥，会发现一面“镜子”，那就是公园里的湖。这湖里的水真静啊，静得可以感觉时光就此停止了;这湖里的水真清啊，清得可以看见水底的小石子;这湖里的水真绿啊，绿得犹如《忆江南》中的蓝草一般。

湿地公园的美在我们广元是名不虚传的。如果要把湿地公园景色比喻一番，我觉得它算得上是貌美如花的貂蝉了。我喜欢湿地公园，我希望湿地公园会变得更加美丽。

今天，阳光明媚，我和妈妈坐上了高铁，去上海玩。

一到了上海，我和妈妈就乘了地铁一号线。到了陆家嘴，一出来我就看到了上海的象征，《东方明珠》。我从来没有见过那么高的建筑。我从电视上看东方明珠的时候感到可能没有那么的高，可是，我错了，因为东方明珠那么的壮观、雄伟，我一听到妈妈对我说：“我们待会儿要去东方明珠。”的时候我高兴得跳了起来。可是，东方明珠那么高，我有恐高症啊!只不过，我们排了几个小时的队才登上了东方明珠。东方明珠的电梯可快了，不一会儿就到了几百米。东方明珠有一个叫悬空观赏点的地方，下面全是一栋栋的高楼大厦。可是，悬空观赏点下面只有一层玻璃，如果摔下去的话，那就必死无疑了。我和我吗看了都吓了一大跳。东方明珠上还有几个望远镜，可以看到很远的地方。东方明珠里面还有世界上最高的室内过山车，但是，我不敢玩哪!

食品安全一直倍受关注，因为我们的日常生活根本离不开食品。所有人都知道这一点，但又总一些人，让我们担心，我们的食品是否安全，是否卫生。

最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被解决的。不过就算它们现在已经给解决了，可是我们还要担心“它们”还会不会在不就的将来卷土重来呢?想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生安全的食品的人。于是我就发出了这样的疑惑这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意的诱饵。因为钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃?谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是想监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供应商”?

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

如：苹果过于的`发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量。

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。

我们要关注食品安全，要为了我们的健康而努力，要为了我们的文明而努力。

Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from

Shanghai. My family were very happy to spend the Spring Festival with them. And

it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Years Eve，my father and my uncle talked about their work together.

My mum did some cooking with my aunt. Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV

programmes. At about six o’clock， we had a special family dinner. We all thought

the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year， we visited our relatives. In the

afternoon，we went shopping in Jiefang Road. My uncle bought some Jays CDs. He

likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more

alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days，we spent a wonderful weekend in the

country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were

more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

去年的春节是特别的。我的叔叔和我的阿姨从上海回来。我的家人都很高兴与他们共度春节。,这是最令人兴奋的节日的节日。

在新年前夕，我父亲和我叔叔一起谈论他们的`工作。我妈妈和我阿姨做了一些烹饪。祖父母和我看到新年的电视节目。大约6点钟，我们有一个特殊的家庭聚餐。我们都认为饺子是美味的。

雪雕，是雕刻艺术的一种形式，主要就是将雪当做塑形的材料，把它捏成固定的形状，再组合起来并修整细节，跟沙雕比较形似。

太阳岛是观看雪雕的好地方。国际雪雕博览会(雪博会)就在这里举行。太阳岛在哈尔滨市松花江北岸，是全国著名的旅游避暑胜地。太阳岛其实不是岛，是单独划定的一块区域，因为这个地区全是洁净的细沙，在夏日的阳光下格外炽热，故称太阳岛。太阳岛里有雪雕艺术园，有鹿苑、松鼠岛，东北抗联纪念园，还有荷花湖、水阁云天、避雨长廊、花卉园、丁香园、中日友谊园等景区。我们主要看了雪雕艺术园。

刚进大门，就看到左右两边各有一幅像墙一样的雪雕，长约8米，高约3米，。这两幅雪墙上，左边展示的是”古代文明“，右边是”现代文明“。古代文明向我们展示了古代人民的生活场景，有古时的房屋，马车以及人们的穿着打扮。现代文明展现了现代都市的繁华，有上海的”东方明珠“电视塔，北京的”鸟巢“、”水立方“等一些标志性的建筑物。

走进艺术园，整整齐齐的排列着两行雪雕，像两行士兵一样，人们从中间穿过。这些雪雕都不太大，造型各异，有动物，有人物，还有一些体现了东北三省的富裕和发达。最让我难忘的是一座名为”天堂之约“的雪雕。在一座正方形的底座上，斜立着一块特大的长方形奶酪，这块奶酪很像”海绵宝宝“。奶酪上面爬着一只老鼠，他已经把奶酪啃得”遍体鳞伤“了。我最欣赏的是这位作者的构思，他的灵感来源于一本非常流行的书——《谁动了我的奶酪》。

在这里，还有一些很有意思的小房子，想窑洞一样，不过，不是在土里掏洞，而是在雪里掏洞。里面位置很小，但却给人一种家的感觉。知道这样的房子是用来干什么的嘛?是来卖热饮的。当游人走累的时候，可以进去坐下来喝一杯热腾腾的饮品，真是一件幸福的事情!
