俗话说：“好奇害死猫。”说的就是木木。每天除了吃饭睡觉，干的最多的事情就是探险。它迈着粗短的小腿，逛遍了家里的每一个角落。看见任何东西都要凑上去嗅一嗅，用爪子抓几下，碰到好玩的还不忘啃两口。我们吃饭的时候，它会悄悄地跳上桌子，这时候你的碗里要是有一只鸡腿，它肉肉的小爪子就会搭在你的手上，看看鸡腿，再看看你，仿佛在说：“好吃吗？给我也来一口！”

都说英短猫性格温和，我表示怀疑。确实，天气好的时候，它会趴在窗台上晒太阳，那一身灰蓝色的毛在太阳底下油光发亮，眼睛舒服得眯成了一条缝，好一幅祥和的画面啊！只要这时有一只小鸟飞过，它立马像人一样站起来，橘黄色的眼睛瞪得跟铜铃似的，一边朝小鸟挥舞小拳头，一边咧开嘴露出锋利的小尖牙。

看着有气无力的木木，但愿它快点好起来，恢复往日活力四射的样子。

我有一个好朋友叫“樱桃”，它是我家养了一只狗，它是拉布拉多犬种。毛是金黄色的，特别干净。它有着一双黑宝石般的眼睛，很明亮。两只小耳朵，听力很好，什么风吹草动它都听得见。它那牙齿尖尖的，长长的舌头，让人看起来也并不凶悍。我一看就喜欢它，我平时喜欢樱桃，索性就给它起名——樱桃。

樱桃刚来到我家，就乱抓地板、墙，对着我们大喊大叫，也许是刚来到陌生的环境的缘故吧!我给它搭一个“家”。用柔软的毯子铺在沙发边沿，算是它的家了。

我每天都远远看着它，逗趣它，但不靠近它。过了几天，它好像已经认识我们了，只是还不热情，见了我们只摇了摇尾巴。我发现它待人温顺，是很好相处的。它很有礼貌，见陌生人，吐吐舌头，有时索性地摇了摇它的大尾巴。

尽管我们熟悉了，我也不会惊动它。每次它吃饭的时候，我都会仔细地观察恰和我们的关系。过了几个星期，它已经在这里混得很熟了。于是我开始训练它，我拿了一个球来吸引它，我把球丢得远远的，我让它去捡，它跑得飞快，一下子把球捡了回来……就这样，我们不停地训练，不到几天，我们彼此成最要好的朋友。

动物是我们人类的好朋友，我们要爱护动物，保护动物。
