建议二：在大中专院校中普及创业培训课程。将来社会创业的主力军必然是大学生以及年轻人。为了避免时下大学生普遍的盲目创

业和就业带来的无谓的损失，他们必须在创业和就业之前积累更多的创业精神、创业经验、创业资源和创业资金，才能激发创业潜能，并在今后的创业历程中真正把创业当做可持续的事业来做。这样的事业的起点必须有其奠基石，那就是全面完善的创业培训。如果把创业培训在大中专院校中大力普及，那么这将是培育大量创业的种子选手，是一件功德无量的好事，不但可以为缓解就业压力寻找出路，也为创业者群体增添生力军。

建议三：发展电子商务，提供电子商务发展平台。电子商务是创业的一个重要方向，也是潜力最为巨大的一个创业市场，并且带动了快递行业和就业的快速增长。以淘宝网为例，数字说明电子商务的力量。截止2011年11月30日，淘宝网帮助246.3万人实现直接就业，其中2.034万为残障人士。而淘宝对社会可持续发展的贡献，远不仅仅只是经济和就业上，也同样体现在环境保护上。据推算，2011年通过淘宝网进行的交易，相比传统模式减少了235.8万吨标准煤的使用，降低492.8至611.2万吨二氧化碳排放量，也相当于森林生长269至334万立方米木材的减碳量，增加89至111万亩左右的人工林，几乎达到杭州市区的森林覆盖面积。如果认识到电子商务的无限力量和增长前景，政府应当在这方面能够有所作为，搭建更加适宜电子商务的平台。例如开设太湖淘宝创业论坛，大力营造电子商务发展的社会氛围;开办网上创业培训，大力推动广大微小创业者提高网上创业的能力。这对于小创业者都会是实实在在的鼓励和帮助，在降低

创业的门槛的同时，将大大提高创业成功的几率，使创业资源在最大程度上合理有效地进行配置和流动。

最后但是最重要的建议：政策的落实需要政府各级部门(工商、税务、财政、人保部门)的共同配合与合作才能真正造福于民，如果各部门之间的行动无法步调一致就会造成创业政策实施的羁绊。所以希望能够成立专门的由市长直接领导的创业就业工作小组，来统一指挥领导创业就业工作，才能真正把创业就业的事业做大做强，真正夯实社会发展的基础，让创业者发挥更大力量，让老百姓的日子过得更加红火!

The preservation of our cultural heritage is the necessary task. The

culture contains the essence of Chinese peoples spirit, which has been tested

by time. When people admit our culture, we will be proud of being part of the

country, so as to enhance the unity and have the desire to make a contribution

to the society. The loss of cultural heritage will destroy a country, which can

be seen in history.

As the young generation faces the cultural shock in the globalization, so

they are easy to deny the local culture, because they know little about it. Thus

school should implant the education of culture and the government has named a

day called Chinese Cultural Heritage Day, in the purpose of advocating the

这么看来日本好似真的很无耻，卑鄙!但是这却是我们最该学的地方。看看我们中央新闻，头版头条总是哪个哪个领导在哪开会，会上说了些什么，但是那很多都只是耳旁风，有哪个能正真落实好的，全都是嘴上说说，过了就忘了。但是外国头版头条总是哪里哪里发生了什么，都是求帮助的，真正为老百姓谋的了福利。这就是中日之间的差别。每年我们将木材低价卖给外国，然后又要花几十万几百万把水土治理好。这就是中日的差别。这些年来黄河决堤的频率越来越频繁，这不都是我们不注意黄河保护而种下的恶果吗?

我今天说这些并不是我崇洋媚外，我真的很爱我们的国家。真的希望我们的国家能越变越好。我上面描述的都是我们看到的鲜活的例子，都是真正的，大家有目共睹的。这些年来我们在科技发展上取得了很不错的硕果，但是在环境保护上我们却与世界上拉开了至少五十年的距离，难道我们还不该好好反思一下吗?我说这些是想让大家注视一下我们国家的环境保护问题，让我们把“环境保护，从我做起”落实到点上，让我们的国家变得更美，更漂亮。

海南岛的三亚湾，是三亚的着名海滩。它那里，原来海水清澈见底，沙滩金黄发亮，海边椰树成林。可是好景不长，没过几年，海水被生活废水给污染了，沙滩被那些在沙滩上丢垃圾的人害惨了。

我去海南玩，我们的旅馆在三亚湾旁边。一天早上，我们全家到沙滩边玩，我一去，发现那里到处都是晚上放焰火的空瓶子和碎纸屑。下午，我到海里去游泳，一去才发现那里的水非常浑浊，不时还漂来几个塑料袋。我知道这里的水为什么这么浑浊了。因为离海边不远的地方，有一个排污口，又脏又臭的生活废水源源不断地流到了大海。

过了几天，我要离开海南了，我希望这里的人，要爱惜这美丽的风景。增强保护环境的意识，尽快把这个污水口堵掉，让海水重新变得清澈见底。

镜头一：人们乱砍乱伐，破坏生态环境。眼看着一片片的绿洲变成高楼大厦的居住地，变成每天沙尘暴的沙漠，这样残害植物，是人们应该做的事情吗?我们的母亲河黄河，就是因为旁边居住的人们砍树，而导致了水土流失，使黄河下游聚集了多少沙土啊!一次次的洪水、一次次的山体滑坡、一次次的泥石流，这些生态环境破坏给我们的教训难得还不够吗?我们难道还能无动于衷吗?这种生活方式会使我们快乐吗?

镜头二：水是人类必不可少的资源，人体中有80%都是水分，没有水，人就不可能存活下去。地球上大部分都是海洋和河流，可是可以供人类饮用的水资源连1/2都不到，造成这些的原因是什么呢?这都是由于人类自己不好好珍惜水资源所造成的后果!有人曾经说过一句话：“世界上最后一滴水，那就是人类自己的眼泪。”虽然现在我们的地球还没有到这个程度，但是并不代表我们可以不用保护环境，乱排放污水，乱扔垃圾是要制止并且惩罚的，国家已经意识到了水资源的污染很严重，都已经实行了一些政策，可是懒惰的人类却不知悔改，依然我行我素。常常都可以在我家旁的西溪河李看到漂浮着的塑料袋，包装纸和各种各样的垃圾。有时候还会看到很多的垃圾，臭气熏天!从上面望下去，水都是黑乎乎的望不见底，没有小鱼在水里游来游去，就连迎春花的树叶梢都是布满灰尘的，和上面碧绿的树叶有着天壤之别!好几次放学都看见大型的捞垃圾的船在水中停下，船上的机械大网兜缓慢的伸进水里，网兜从水里的出来的时候盛着满满的垃圾，惹来一大群的苍蝇，我看了觉得非常的悲哀，这水质到时候会不会变成死水一样了!这样的生活方式大家应该都不希望吧!

环保主义者虽然是有的，可毕竟是少数人，环保的实行需要更多的人去实施和推广，如果等到这个世界满是垃圾，每天都是沙尘暴袭来，没有水供我们饮用，那时就已经太晚了!世上没有后悔药，那时候再来想寻找一个和地球一样，有各种生物和丰富资源的美丽星球居住和生活是不可能了，地球是宇宙间唯一一个能供我们生存的地方，是它孕育了我们世世代代，如果我们恩将仇报，那么地球母亲也会用灾难来惩罚我们!绿色环保的生活方式是我们需要提倡和实施的，我们每一个人都需要爱护我们的生存环境，爱护我们的地球母亲。
