meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

我是一名农村小学四年级的学生，经常生活在农村里的我，对省城——西安的模样一无所知。在春节里，爸爸、妈妈决定把我带到西安去游玩。正月初六那天，我们一家人兴高采烈的出门了。初春的阳光照在我们身上感觉格外舒服。到了西安城，我看见在车水马龙的城市里，一股股浅蓝色的烟气从一辆辆机动车尾部喷出，呛得我睁不开眼睛，甚至感觉有点头昏。爸爸说：“这就是我们所说的机动车尾气，它的颜色怪异，而且气味令人头昏、恶心，神不知鬼不觉地影响人的身体健康。”妈妈又接着说：“汽车作为陆地上最主要的交通工具，它已经成为现代社会文明的标志。但汽车所排放的尾气已对大自然和人类造成及其严重的危害。”听了他们的话，我心里沉甸甸的，作为一名小学生，长大后能不能变废气为宝呢？

回到家后，我开始思索着。我在家里纸上画一画，结合我们日常的生活用品，我想研制一种新汽车，安装汽车尾气能量回收利用的空调装置，不但回收利用了汽车尾气的能量，还节省了能源，同时使汽车有空调器制冷的效果，降低汽车空调的生产成本，这种汽车尾气利用装置可安装在汽车轮子不同位置。

新装置安装在汽车排气管上，利用尾气与空气间温差导致的热效应，形成电能，我们可以利用尾气来发电，通过电动机驱动汽车。多余的电能，可以接到在家里，就可以节约燃料，减少用电量，真的是一举多得呢。也可以安装尾气净化装置，把有毒的尾气转换成氧气，也可以根据个人的爱好转换成各种各样的香气。

为了我的新装置能早些给人类带来福音，从现在起，我要更加勤奋学习，学习更多的科学知识，掌握足够的本领，实现更多的梦想！

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

可是现在，树木差不多被砍光了，泥石流不断地涌来，许许多多的人由于泥石流丧失了生命。小鸟没了家，只好在天空中不停地流浪。烟囱不停地冒出黑烟，把氧气转化成了不能呼吸的二氧化碳。天空中原本雪白的云朵儿，现在却变成乌黑乌黑的，像一团团发霉的棉花糖。水也被污染了，黑乎乎的一片，鱼儿根本没办法在那里生存。菜市场更糟糕，鸭毛、鸡毛随处可见，鱼摊更是乱七八糟的一片。一眼望去，能看见好多五颜六色的塑料袋，风一吹，那些塑料袋就翩翩起舞，在风的吹拂下这些塑料袋各显其能，好像在对我们说：“谢谢你们，要不是你们人类生产我们，就不会有我们的今天，真是太谢谢你们了！”

今天，我做了一个梦，发现我正站在马路上，水变清澈了，树木变得更茂盛了，天空也是碧蓝碧蓝的。我又来到了山坡上，山坡上的果树枝繁叶茂，枝头上还挂满了像灯笼似的果子。鸟儿在树上快乐地歌唱，蝴蝶在花丛中欢快地跳舞，小草频频向我们哈腰点头……

我真希望把梦中的场景变为现实，那样……

同学们，地球是生命之源，我们要爱护她、呵护她，“善待地球就是善待自己”，让我们一起保护地球吧！

我的家乡位于秦岭脚下。那里山清水秀，绿树成荫，天空上翱翔着雄鹰，树枝上有鸟儿在歌唱。说到这里，我就不得不提及家乡的一条小河——涝河。

从前，涝河的水清澈见底。一到夏天，我们村里的许多小孩就到涝河里戏水、游泳。但是，后来有许多游客来涝河游玩，他们乱扔塑料袋、水瓶等垃圾，使涝河的水变得又脏又臭。并且，涝河不远处建起了一个挖沙场，那里尘土飞扬，从附近路过都得戴口罩。滚滚尘土四处飘散，使家乡的空气遭到了严重的破坏。我们没法到涝河边去玩了，漂浮的垃圾和漫天的尘土把涝河变成了人人避之唯恐不及的臭水沟。平时在涝河洗衣服、打水的人也不敢去了。这样浑浊不堪的涝河哪个人会想去玩，去洗衣服呢？

在这里，我呼吁人们要保护涝河，还涝河美丽富饶的原貌。为此，我提出以下建议：

1、规范游客行为，禁止游客乱扔垃圾，违者进行处罚。

2、在涝河两岸多设置垃圾桶，让游客有扔垃圾的地方。

3、设河道管理员，监督并及时制止游客的不文明行为。

4、停止在涝河挖沙。

希望我的建议能被相关部门采纳，希望涝河早日恢复美丽！

亲爱的同学们：

地球是我们的家园，同时也是我们的母亲，生命的摇篮。

正如《只有一个地球》上说：“我们不能再指望破坏了地球，移居到别的星球上去，地球如果灭亡了，那么降临到地球上的命运，终究还是会降临到人类身上。”所以，应该保护我们的家园，爱护环境。我建议大家做到以下几点：

1、净化空气，减少污染，禁止乱砍滥伐，禁止破坏大自然的生态平衡。不捕鸟，不损伤树木，做一个环保小卫士。

2、厉行节约，不要滥用化学物品和各种资源，如森林、水、物产等，如果这些资源都没有了，都枯竭了，那么大自然就会受到报复和惩罚。

3、水是生命之源，但是它们太少了，许多城市严重缺水。所以，我们要节约用水，用洗菜，淘米的水浇花，用洗衣服的水冲厕所，这不是因为节约用水尽一份力吗？

所以，我们要从身边的小事做起，从点点滴滴做起。

刚刚过去的圣诞节，我们还意犹未尽。今年的圣诞节朋友圈多了一句流行语“北方雾霾，圣诞老公公礼物送错地方了”。是啊，前不久北方经历了一场强雾霾天气，给人们的生活带来很多不便。几年前我们可能还不知道什么叫雾霾，而如今我们习以为常，穿梭在灰蒙蒙的苍穹之下……

我们经常说保护环境，但在现实生活中，一些人还是不太重视，通常只是嘴上说说，并没有太多实际行动。当科技不断发展的今天，我们的生活是方便了许多，但是我们肆意地开山毁林，我们无节制地填海造田，我们希望每一寸土地都能产生最大的经济效益，我们误以为大自然是“取之不尽用之不竭”的宝库。事实上我们都错了，回头看看，森林还有几片？植物还有几种？动物还剩下几种？据资料显示，全球森林正在以每年约3万多平方千米的速度消失。现在森林面积不到100年前的十分之一。随着森林的消失，动植物物种也在不断灭绝。50多年前，满天飞翔的信旅鸽，因为被认为是害鸟，不断遭到人类的捕杀，现已灭绝；昔日大片的亚面包树，也曾长在我们中国，而现在只有赤道附近能找到几棵。还有北极圈里……很多城市每年气温不断攀升，也是因为不好好保护环境导致全球变暖造成的啊！

今年暑假有幸去了大兴安岭，那是一个自然保护区。放眼望去一片碧绿，我踩在厚厚的植被上，空气沁人心鼻，仿佛置身世外桃源，美极了，那是我第一感受到！我想那应该是大自然本来的模样吧，我们都渴望生活在这样的环境中。

其实，环境保护，我们能做的事很多很多。比如种一棵树，少开车，不要向江河倾倒垃圾……很多都是我们日常生活中的点点滴滴。未来有创意点的，我们可以在房子顶上种些植物，房子的幕墙可以做成太阳能的，一次性塑料制品可以切换功能重复使用……我觉得这些都是不错的方法。慢慢地，环境得到改善，破损的臭氧层也会逐步得以完善，气候也会渐渐降低，蓝天白云也会越来越近。

环境保护已是一件刻不容缓的事情。让我们一起加入环境保护的行列。相信只要我们共同努力，我们的环境一定会好起来的，圣诞老公公的礼物也不再送错地方！

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. 我们的小区本来非常干净，可不知谁带头在草丛里扔垃圾……

有一天，我终于忍不住了，“哎，草地呀，是我们让你变的这么脏。”

于是，我从家里拿了一双筷子和一个塑料袋，就开始工作了，这里一共有两块草地，我决定一点儿一点儿的清理。这儿有一片纸，那儿有两个奶盒……草地里的各种垃圾应有尽有。

刚才那一片草地还算好，没想到这一片更糟糕，一件破衣服，一双臭鞋子，两只破鞋垫……都被我捂着鼻子夹到垃圾桶里了。清理完两片草丛我早已累的腰酸背痛，想想环卫工人们太辛苦里。

我呼吁大家，赶快拿起身边的工具，清理我们身边的垃圾吧，让我们行动起来，保护环境，人人有责！

环境保护，这个话题，可以说是家喻户晓，人人皆知。但在现实生活中，一些人还是不太重视，认为微不足道，在我看来，环保要从件件小事做起。我就经历过这样两件小事：有一天，我去超市买东西，快到超市门口时，看见有几个散发宣传单的，见人就给，见车就放，可是有些人却不要，随手就扔地上，我过去将纸扔进垃圾箱里。又看见两个人用胶水将宣传单贴在墙上，远远望去，活像一块块“牛皮癣”趁他们不注意，我又拿出我的绝活“撕纸功”，哈哈，“牛皮癣”被我除掉了一大片。还有一次，我在楼底玩，发现远处草地上冒出了缕缕白烟，走近一看，原来，是我们班一群小孩在那里点火烧草，草黑了一大片，我以大哥哥的身份连忙制止，并讲了火灾的危险性和环保的重要性。他们羞愧难当，赶忙从附近端来水把火熄灭，结束了烧草行动。

我们人类都生活在一个星球上，那就是地球。地球上，有供我们呼吸的氧气，还有茂密的森林、辽阔的草原、无边无际的海洋、各种各样的动物，构成了美丽的大自然。

我想大声呼吁人们：地球属于我们人类，属于我们大家，只要用我们的双手，从我做起，从人人做起，保护环境，爱护地球上的自然资源，让清澈的塘水依旧流淌在家乡，让花儿依旧那样鲜花盛开。

我的家乡在松桃县冷水乡。家乡有山有水，风景很美，那里的山绿树成荫。鸟儿在林间自由的飞翔；那里面的水清澈见底，鱼儿快活的游来游去，那里的天空一望无际，朵朵白云慢慢飘浮。

去年暑假，我又回到了我的家乡。可看到现在的家乡后，我的心情很低落，家乡可爱的模样已不复存在了。

山坡上到处都是光秃秃的。树木没了，鸟儿的家也没了，再也看不到它们自由自在飞翔的身影了，再也听不到它们清脆悦耳的歌唱声了。现在有的只是工厂里传出的令人讨厌的轰隆声了。

走到河边，原本清澈见底的河水已经是乌黑浑浊。仔细看去，还会发现河面上飘着几条已死的鱼儿，散发出阵阵臭味，造成这些状况的罪魁祸首是工业废水和日常垃圾，正是人们对环境的恣意破坏残害了这些无辜的生命。

我带着沉重的心回了家。心想：人们如果这样乱砍滥伐，随意地排放废水和废气，我们的家乡，我们的城市，甚至我们生活的地球将会无法居住。

“滋滋滋……”哎，又是一名伐木者。难道他们就不知道乱砍滥伐树木是不对的吗？难道他们就不知道要保护植被，绿化造林吗？难道他们就不知道“十年树木”的道理吗？你种一棵树可能要几年甚至几十年，而砍掉一棵树最多也只要半个小时就可以了。

“哈哈，我历尽千辛万苦，终于找到了一片我梦寐以求的好林子，这一棵棵树，啧啧，多粗壮啊！卖了一定能值个四五百块钱！现在想找棵粗壮的树都得煞费苦心，现在有这么一大片，哈哈哈哈，我要发财了！”一个木头脸自言自语道。

看到他将要砍了我精心呵护的树林，我忍不住上前去啄他：“谁允许你砍这些树了？你这木头脸，脑袋里一定有了不少虫吧！我啄！”木头脸吃了痛，急得说：“你这只破鸟，敢妨碍我砍树，我不就图点儿钱吗？滚一边儿去，别让爷跟你急，你再啄我，爷就把你用电锯锯成两半！”木头脸一边骂骂咧咧，一边继续砍树。

我望着那颗将要倒下的树木，悲痛欲绝地说：“人类们，请醒悟吧，你们别再破坏生态环境了，你们如果继续破坏环境，就会将绿洲变成沙漠，将让你们的居住地接受灾难的洗礼，将地球变成荒无人烟的荒漠！”

月十二日是植树节，可是，我没有参加学校组织的植树节活动。第二天，将功补过，在自家小区里种下了花种。

那天早上，我拿了一袋鸡冠花种子和两棵芦荟，带上劳动工具和一个水瓶，来到楼下。我和哥哥找了一块地方，因为没有铲子，我们只好用螺丝刀替代。我用螺丝刀挖了两个小坑，把芦荟一棵一棵地种下，还在边上撒上一圈鸡冠花种子。然后，浇上一壶水就大功告成了。

在回家的路上，我想，如果我们每个人都爱护身边的植物，保护身边的动物，植树种花，那么，我们的`家园就会越变越美丽，就会到处郁郁葱葱，生机勃勃。

人人都希望生活越来越美好，但我们的环境问题却依然严重。随手乱丢垃圾，随地吐痰，乱砍滥伐，食品安全，河水污染……。我们的地球已经变得千疮百孔，我们的健康已经受到严重的威胁。

有的人为了小利，捕杀青蛙成为餐桌的美食，少了捕捉害虫的能手；

有的人为了赚钱，大量的树木被乱砍滥伐，导致沙尘严重，空气质量变差；

有的河流污染严重，许多鱼虾在水里已奄奄一息，过度的补捞导致鱼类濒临绝种；

有的工厂违规排放污水和废气，严重污染空气，直接导致人们的身体健康；

还有的……。

这些现象多么让人担忧呀！想必大家都不愿意这样吧！那么就让我们行动起来：
