今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

军训最后一天，天终于放晴了，和刚来时一样，太阳火辣辣的。就在这火热的阳光下，我们上午又演练了阅兵式和分列式。中午1点钟起床，1:20集合，早早地来到操场准备结营仪式。汗水似乎憋了几天这下一下子迸发了，脸和脖子上都是一层汗水。分列式，最后一次齐步走正步走，没有了教官的嘱咐，我们自己提醒自己——挺胸抬头、大臂抬高、小列标齐、口号喊响。十几天的训练只凝结在那几十秒中，后来听到文传学院被表扬，感觉一切都是值得的。

结营仪式结束后我们被带到了平时训练的篮球场，是大龙提前占的位子，这让我想起了那天舞院和理院抢篮球场，最后谁也没抢到都走了，大龙马上叫我们集合，队还没站好就下了口令“坐!”那块场地就这样被我们占住了。文传学院的女生坐成了一个大方队，大龙、小六、小帅和小龙是所有文传女生的教官。六子说平时对我们很严格，其实是不想让我们混日子;大龙说以后没什么人会亲自教我们什么，艺多不压身，要自己偷学;小帅和小龙说话的时候显得很腼腆，话不成句的，小说说我们是他军训的第一批学生，会记住我们的，小龙还是那样的可爱，两个人说完转身的时候还转错了，脸对脸了。还有连长，他显得更加理性和成熟，没有什么煽情的话，似乎一直都是那么稳重和刚烈。面对离别，很多女生都哭了，当听她们唱起改了歌词的《大中国》时，我忍不住也落泪了。来到我们的院子，大家和教官拍照合影，局面很混乱，教官被左抢右抢，小帅的衣服上有很多黑色的泥手印儿，大龙说他的脸都笑僵了，小六子则以一副少林姿态吸引了很多镜头。

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion    . Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games.

“南丰”一个好听的名字，南国的丰收，感觉学校会是历史悠久，会有南国独特的古祠堂气氛。但是我们眼前的学校却是仿佛由于长久没修建，没有打理，成了草木丛中的废墟，荒凉寂静。学校的路坑坑洼洼，杂草从生。听说由于学校的资金不足，校园的环境一直没有改善，都好多年了。

环视学校一周后，当地学校的主任领我们到宿舍，感谢校方的关心，让我们住到了新的宿舍楼。饭后，开始打扫宿舍，脏水、灰尘、飞虫交集着汗水，奋斗3小时。激情被劳累掩盖，空气中的暑气还在蒸腾，队员们满身疲惫，幸来凉风，躺床入梦。就是我们下乡的第一天。

我们设计的教学任务是利用多媒体，结合老师的讲解，让学生学会如何用美的眼睛看世界，用他们的眼睛发现身边美的东西以及了解有关美术的知识。我们做好了充分的备课，图文并茂，还有趣味的学习视频，胸有成竹的来到多媒体教室。正所谓世事难料，残旧的多媒体教室的投影几乎是投射不到任何图像，强烈的太阳光穿过单薄的窗帘射进教室，使原本就模糊不清的图像更加难以分辨。我们要马上改变策略，一心换到电脑房就可以让学生在自己的屏幕中观看视频，意愿事违，学生电脑的主机既然是要用两根地火线碰撞，产生电流通电，来使主机开动。20年前的配置，变色的显示屏，荡灰的键盘，一切都是满足不到基本的教学要求。我们心急如焚，眼看时间快到了，当地学校的老师立即让我转移阵地，到他们所谓最好的教室，就是平时用来开会的会议室。倒霉的事却接二连三的降临，“最好的教室”里过时的机器识别不到我们U盘，充分备好的资料却拿不出来，手忙脚乱中学生已经陆续进来，为了保证教学秩序，我们带班的小老师，先做导课，慌乱中发现机器的网速还不慢，就在线播放视频，利用上以前老师教的知识东贴西补的讲解。总算勉强的过了40分钟的课。第一次课艰难的过去。

我真实的感受到我们平时在城市里的生活是多么的依赖科技技术，网上购物、电子资料、视频音乐等，享受着科技对我们无微不至的照顾。这次是难得的经验，让我发现科技对我们真的重要。

这里的学生都如我们想象中的一样，单纯、对外面的世界充满好奇，还有的是贫穷，在这里80%都是农民，暑假到来，小孩们不像城市的我们，无忧无虑的学学兴趣班，去去旅游。在他们这里可能要赶着农忙帮家里做事，收割、打谷、晒谷等成了他们假期的工作。我发现这里的学生的肤色都是铜红的、黄黑的，大概是都农忙或是去田边露天的游泳晒黑的。我们班有好些同学都不能上暑期班，因为他们要回家农忙。其实他们也是无奈，我眼看也心酸了。

贫穷使得这里的文化水平很底，升学率不高，很多父母把孩子供完初中或是读高中半途辍学，就打发他们到城里的工厂工作，廉价的劳动，害了孩子，使得穷人还是穷。我来之前还真没想到广东珠三角的地区还会有这么一些地方，那我更不敢想象中国有多少受着贫穷生活的孩子。

贫穷使得很多年轻人出外打工，家里就剩下留守的儿童与老人，甚至只剩下孩子一人。在教学期间，我们一个队员发现了班上一位学生有些不寻常，上课时他总坐在最后，任凭我们的劝告也不往前坐，也不想听课，更加可怕的是，我们发现他在下课的时候在后面的黑板上写了一个锋利的“杀”字，充满恨意的力度，我不禁打心底透出寒意。之后向当地老师了解，她讲道“这里有很多心理或是精神上有问题的学生，由于家里的大人都在外打工，就剩他自己，小小年纪没人管理，寂寞孤僻，心理问题会越来越多，有的家人还经常没有寄钱回来，甚至还要挨饿······”

现在我还记得南丰中学校长对学生讲的一句话，“你们选择了来高中，是你人生一个正确的选择，希望你们能坚持读完······”，简短的话，值得深思，可能对城市的孩子来说，上高中就像是理所当然的阶段，但是在南丰，这是艰难的抉择，老师为了学生好，都努力的劝说学生坚持学业，让他们相信只有知识才能改变命运。在南丰，学校废墟中求生，学生在希望中成长。

下乡义教，有苦有甜，切身感受到当地生活的艰苦，也享受到做一番老师的真正感觉。这么多年一直是做学生见老师就会主动向老师问好，在南丰，学生见到我，便鞠躬问好，一句羞涩的“老师好”，一声腼腆的回应“好”，我从心里偷着乐。

尽管酷暑难耐，苦受蚊虫叮咬，但是短短的时间里，人与人建立的情感，像一缕春风，抚平心灵的烦躁，牵连我们与学生的心。临走的时候，学生偷偷的写了一些小纸条交给我，字里行间，幼嫩的话语，丝丝动情。当老师的感觉真的好美妙。

春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节，我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除。然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里，妈妈则在烧好吃的东西。晚饭以后，我们一起看电视节目，我们多高兴呀!
