体育游戏课应该说是在大学里特别受欢迎的，就算是老鹰捉小鸡这样比较小孩的游戏大家也会玩得比较疯狂。在我的实习课上，我也采用了体育游戏，可是让我意想不到的是，他们的积极性特别不高，表现的很冷漠，有的学生还对我说：“老师，这样的`游戏好幼稚啊!”他们的态度让我的心里很不舒服，因为我们这些自称大人的大学生还在玩他们认为很幼稚的游戏，而且我们还玩的很开心。

课后我认真总结了一下，90几个人的一个班，要组织出一个体育游戏确实特别难，而且要使这样的游戏符合大众的口味就更难啦!像这样多人数的班，我一般采用的是接力性的游戏，理由是便于组织，而且适合的集体参与，可是学生参与积极性仍然不高。这里就存在着一个问题，学生的竞争意识。

由于学生的竞争意识不够强，因此在整个游戏过程中，学生只是被动的做游戏，而不是积极主动的参与游戏，这样让学生感觉到的仍是一种任务的完成，而不是以一种愉悦的心情玩游戏。所以这就是为什么大家对游戏表现冷痰的原因之一。另外一方面就是各个班所表现的氛围不同，对于同一个游戏不同的班也有不同的表现，所以针对各个班的特点，应有不同的游戏设置，绝不能一劳永逸。

我想其中最重要的原因就是，他们并不是体育生，体育生一般都性格开朗些，而且对于体育活动的参与也是万丈热情，所以在面对这此示是体育生的学生时，我们体育老师应该认清这一点，不能将我们对体育的热爱理所当然成为他们的热爱，只有认清这一点我们才可能更好的摆正自己的心态，更好的组织我们的课堂教学。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the
