今天的军训让我意识到，有许多事情的发生都是在我的期盼与紧张中来到。军训亦如此。

曾经幻想军训能树立以及巩固同学之间的感情;曾经幻想我们能与教官打成一片;曾经幻想这令人欢喜令人忧的军训能让我们的历史牢记这一天;曾经幻想的那些让我意识到：也许是幻想的数量太多，让老天认为我是在得寸进尺，所以他收回了他曾想让我美梦成真的念头。

有人云：期盼太多就成了奢望，而奢望往往都是可望而不可及的。这即是幻想。所以，因期盼太多最终得了个失落的我其实是自找的。太阳依然烧灼着我们这些汗流浃背的人们。“稍息、立正、站好”的声音依然一声比一声洪亮。教官严厉的眼神依然监视着，希望在不惊动老师的情况下能稍稍放松的我们。

在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

一天下来，我们全部都变得软弱无力，但是每当我想到自己尽力在军训中坚持下来的样子，想到我们超越自我的表现，那些苦，那些累全部都荡然无存。这一切都要归功于教官，不是他，原本懒散的我们怎么会团结起来，共同努力，向成功又迈出了一步呢?

It‘s spring now. It‘s not cold or hot. It‘s quite warm. Everything begins to grow. I go to the Zhongshan Park with my friend Liu Xin this moring.

When we enter the park， we see a lot of beautiful flowers. Some bees and butterflies are flying around the flowers. In the pool， the fishes are swimming freely. The willow trees are bud. In the pavilion， some old people are playing chess. Look， some children are playing games near the lake. The trees turn green and the flowers come out. In the trees， threr‘re some birds. 第一天

军训一天下来，最大的感受就是晒，真的好晒啊。太阳真的当头照，再加上我们大一新生每个人都必须穿上学校统一发放的军装，长衣长裤穿在身上真的很热，而且还不怎么合身，站在太阳底下，没有几分钟就晒的满头大汗，一天下来脸都晒黑了，防晒都不管用。

虽然是真的很晒很热，看到所有的大一的新生穿着军装站在操场上，远远望去，还真的挺好看的，那一片绿色很能击中内心深处。第一天

第二天

20__年__月__日 天气：晴

今天的天气好像比昨天稍微好点，温度稍微低一些，也算是给我们一个心理安慰了。今天算是要正式的开始训练了，除了站军姿之外，还是学习如何踢正步、如何走齐步，既要走的有气势，又要走的整齐。所以教官带着我们在操场上一遍又一遍的走着，从最开始走的参差不齐，一天下来之后，我们整个班级也走的横看很整齐，竖看也很整齐。看到教官眼里满意的神色，我的心里很开心，好像瞬间身上的疲惫感就全部忘了一样，看到周围的同学都是开心笑着的，突然觉得军训也没有想象中那么难熬。

晚上的时候，我们还和教官一起玩了游戏，游戏过程中被我们抓住，要表演节目，我竟然在教官的眼上看出了羞涩的神情，平常看着很严肃的一个人，居然还有害羞的时候，我觉得真的很可爱，当然我只能在私里下说说，哈哈哈。

第三天

20__年__月__日 天气：晴

今天的军训已经步入正轨了，我也好像已经适应了军训期间的太阳照射和持续不断的高温了，连穿在身上的军装，我现在也没感觉有很热了，我觉得我的适应能力还不错。今天的军训也没有新奇的，也是平常的一样，练习正步、齐步啊之类的，唯一不同的是我们已经开始自觉地遵守军训相关的规定了，也开始自我严格要求自己，所以我们肉眼可见得变的越来越能坚持了，也能在同学的脸上看到肃穆的神情，我想这就是我们为什么要参加军训的原因吧。

我们和教官的关系也是越来越好了，在训练的时候我们听教官的要求严格训练，休息的时候，我们好像就成为了朋友一样，有时还可以开开玩笑，在炎热的夏天里，也是一道独特的风景线。我们好像已经渐渐拧成了一股绳，我也感觉到了有一种团结的力量在心中萦绕，这感觉真的很棒。

The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them. The children dedicate the food and money to their forbears in order to show their love and caring. The young offspring will go down on their knees and pray for their ancestors. They can say their wishes in front of the tombs and the ancestors will make their dreams come true.

In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

三下乡第一天

7月6日这天，是值得纪念的一天，因为我们班二十多位同学一起去到__，开始了我们期待已久的暑期三下乡之旅。

我们的首站是__花园老年社区。之所以把这里定位第一站是因为我们认为现今社会最容易被忽视的就是老年人，特别是住在的社区和福利院的孤寡老人。一大早我们分队的成员们便到达了目的地，开始了今天的主题活动，“宣传环保知识，帮助社区做清洁”。

这里的老人十分和蔼友善，在我们集体宣讲环保常识的时候，也站到我们身边，仔细聆听，尽管有时候会听不太清或是听不太懂，但每一位老爷爷、老奶奶都十分配合，一听我们是暑期三下乡实践的大学生们，就个个竖起大拇指夸奖我们是好孩子，大热天还知道关心老人们，还来陪陪他们。

那一句句的称赞使我在高兴之余也深刻反省了自己作为一名大二学生对待社会实践的态度。以前也有过类似的机会，但我总是抱着完成任务的心态，走走形式，并没有全身心投入到活动中去，没有把它当做是一种责任，一项义务。但在今天，面对着这么多亲切的面庞，我感受到了他们对生活的热爱和对友情的珍惜。虽然年事已高，但他们那股努力融入这个社会的决心让我不得不佩服。

在宣传完环保知识后，我们还自发为社区打扫了清洁卫生。其实这里挺干净的，只有少许落叶和灰尘。在大家的齐心协力下，很快我们便完成了第一天的行程，并与社区的老人们合照留念。大家都觉得今天的活动十分充实又富有意义，很多同学还流下了不舍的眼泪。

我想，通过今天的实践活动，不仅锻炼了我们与老年人的沟通能力，增强了帮助弱势群体的意识，更让我们认识到这个社会需要像我们一样的大学生，在专注学习的同时，更要关注社会的弱小势力，用实际行动来表达自己的关心和爱心。

三下乡第二天

在第二天里，我们进行了“关爱留守儿童，共架爱心彩虹”的主题活动。活动形式主要是以走访和口头问答的方式，地点在__区步行街和三通街一带。

这一地带的居民告诉我们，__的留守儿童不算太多，但要是走在街上，也能看见一些老人带着还在呀呀学语的孩子。还有十多岁的留守儿童，父母在外打工，跟着爷爷奶奶过日子，得不到应有的教育，也享受不到应有的物质生活。

随后，我们小分队又召开了一个紧急会议，就留守儿童教育面临的难题进行了讨论。我们总结了以下三个方面：

1、没钱，缺少关爱、亲情缺失，因此大都表现出不快乐。

2、留守儿童普遍缺少善良之心、回报社会之心。

3、严重缺乏自信心，存在自卑心理。

但面对这样一些亟待解决的问题，社会的关注程度却远远不相称。当地人对留守儿童情况的了解有限，他们普遍认为留守儿童面临的主要问题是家庭生活、环境问题以及心理问题。

在活动结束之后，我们立即决定返校之后要为当地小朋友寄去礼物和书籍，并成立了爱心书屋。看着这些礼物，我们仿佛看到了孩子们脸上浮现出了灿烂的笑容，有了这些笑容，我们便觉得自己所做的是值得的，是幸福的。

但这仅仅是冰山一角，我们所做的也只不过是稍稍缓解了他们的教育问题，并不能从根本上改善这一难题。我们还能做的，是透过自己的相机，把这一现象和事实告之大众，让这些留守儿童得到更多关注，除了国家的基本补助之外，会有更过的社会爱心人士来帮助他们渡过难关。

三下乡第三天

今天，我们小分队来到了__区人民中医院，开始了第三天的下乡活动。医院里的人不算太多，但可能因为都急着看病拿药，秩序比较混乱，所以，我们决定帮助该医院维护就诊秩序，让医生们能更快看病，病人们也能更好地就诊。

由于医院需要安静的环境，因此我们的活动范围不宜过大，便分成了两组成员，第一小组负责楼下的挂号排队，第二小组负责二楼的排队取药。

通过我们的维护和时不时的帮助，果然，排队和取药的病人和家属都有序了很多，整个医院也少了很多争执和喧哗。还有同学看到有的病人行动不便，主动帮忙拿号取药，这些都让我十分感动。在家里，我们都是衣来伸手，饭来张口的小皇帝，但是在这里，这个没有空调的医院大厅，大家一心一意想的都是如何更好的维护好医院秩序，让病人们能高效看病，高校就诊。

然而，我也意识到，我们的这一举动也只是治标不治本，要想让更多的人远离疾病的困扰，仅仅是维护医院秩序是远远不够的，必须得大力宣传这一现象，同时有关部门要提高医疗保障制度的有效性，确保病有所医，国家也要进一步立定社会保障制度和医保的相关法律法规，真正做到关心病人，为病人办实事。

在活动结束之前，我们还采访了一位正在排队取药的病人家属，据他告诉我们，这家中医院每天的人流量很多，特别是周末和节假日，但大家都不注意排队有效地挂号取药，有时窗口那儿被围得里三层外三层，导致医务人员的办事效率无形降低很多。他表示十分感谢我们组织的这一活动，是真正地为病人着想的，也很赞同大学生多搞一些类似的活动，既锻炼了能力又看到了社会百态，不是“一心只读圣贤书，两耳不闻窗外事”的书呆子。

三下乡第四天

转眼已到了三下乡的最后一天，我们的活动也接近尾声。经过了昨天在中医院维护就诊秩序，我们决定离自己所能帮助医院的病人。

我们虽然不能与专业的医护人员相比，替病人打针、量血压等等，但是我们可以陪伴他们，让他们不感到孤单。

我和另一位同学还到一楼的病房里陪一位阿姨打点滴。在短暂的交谈中，我们知道阿姨患了流行性感冒，今天是第二天来打点滴。当阿姨得知我们是重庆师范大学三下乡的学生时，并没有感到惊讶或是路出欣赏的表情。可能是因为现在这种活动太多，活动的效果完全丧失，大多数人仅仅是抱着完成学校规定的任务而已。但通过进一步交流，我们表达了自己想为病人做些事情的想法，并且已在前一天在医院进行了维护秩序的活动之后，阿姨开始相信我们，言语中也露出一丝关切。她告诉我们，这种实践活动她见得多了，一般都是随便逛逛，露个脸，再拉几个人照照相就算完事。但向我们这种坐下来，花时间陪病人聊天的，还真的很少。我们随后也表示，我们以后会举行更多这样的活动，深入基层，和老百姓们用心交流，不会拘于形式，把三下乡的实践意义发挥出来。

最后，我们在医院门前合影留念，圆满完成了此次三下乡社会实践活动。大家的一张张笑脸，告诉我们这次活动是成功的，以后，我们需要更多这样的活动，让我们看到社会百态，关注社会焦点，为显著的社会问题贡献自己的力量。

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe. So I had a bottle of beer. My face

turned red but I was not drunk. I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student.

今天和爸爸一起出去吃饭。吃饭的时候要敬酒。那里没有果汁。我就拿了一瓶啤酒开始到处敬酒。喝了一瓶酒后，我的脸红了，但没有醉。我认为啤酒并不难喝，但我还是要少喝酒。因为我还只是一个学生。

今天又剖检鸡了，感觉自己已经可以自己剖检了，呵呵，虽然有些方面还是不是很到位。王师兄确实很强，剖检过程中我们不懂得几乎任何问题他都可以解答，而且还会跟我们讲解一些关于那只鸡所患病的发展史、流行趋势什么的，很透彻，这是太有才了。他说我们还小，这些东西慢慢就知道了，有道理，但我觉得要是不自己主动去学的话就永远都不会知道的。师兄跟我讲要真想学东西，就不能懒，例如今天在动物医院看到一个病例，晚上回宿舍就可以上网搜索一些相关的论文自己去看，了解这种疾病的方方面面的知识，加深印象，并且只有这样才能真正的把知识变成自己的。只是抄抄病例什么的是什么都学不到的。太有道理了感觉!我会尽力这样学的!

焦老师又跟我们讲要动手，要自己去观察。还说农村发展空间更大，更能施展我们的才华，可我不想回去，以后再说吧，现在多学点东西，以后也多个出路。焦老师说他一直在为农民服务，33年了。我想可能是从小受的教育的影响吧，考上大学，走出农田，就不用太累了，所以大部分农村出来的孩子都不会回去，理智的说，这应该是不对的，但也可以理解。毕竟父母在农村太辛苦了，不想让我们再受苦，可怜天下父母心!

痛风分为内脏型、关节型、混合型，本例为内脏型。

痛风(英语：gout，学名：metabolic

今天我买了一条牛仔裤

今天，我和我的闺蜜去逛街。我们上午11点就骑小黄车长发了。因为我们都没有吃早餐，所以我们一到那就各自吃了一个奶酪冰淇淋。然后我们就去地下商场。在商场里，我买了一条蓝色长牛仔裤，我的闺蜜买了一条短牛仔裤。我们逛了3个小时的街之后，又饿又累，所以我们就买了正新鸡排并且坐公交车回去。因为我们实在太饿了，于是就在公交车上吃了鸡排。我回家之后，就试穿了我的新牛仔裤，我妈妈说那看起来太成熟了，管他呢，我开心就好。

Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.
