团队进行对都江堰景区及其古建的参观考察。首先来到都江堰景区管理局，为我们提供了一定的帮助，然后于中午进入进去景区。跳跃的喷泉，流动的溪水，耀眼的锦鲤，一切都与水有无穷的牵连。走过堰功道，是古朴威严的伏龙观,站在伏龙观上，对面就是宝瓶口，在次眼前看到的是滔滔的江水挣扎着，咆哮着而终被驯服的场景，于是，胸中怀浮云，沉日月，叹古今，感慨古人的伟大智慧。然后途经飞沙堰，来到安澜索桥，看着来势汹汹的岷江在鱼嘴处一分为二，然后走过惊险的索桥，来到内江岸边，继续前行。看到巨大的落石，上刻5.12地震纪念，心痛不已，然后来到闻名的二王庙，但是它却不像水利工程般坚固，在地震中几乎全部损毁，我想着也许是李冰父子重工程不重名利的体现吧。我们用相机记载下了这被无情的灾害所毁坏的古建。

游览完景区，为了获得更多专业的知识，我们走访了四川省古建筑设计研究院，这里，国家高级工程师、一级注册建筑师张东山院长接待了我们，告诉我们5.12大地震对我们的许多古建毁坏巨大，有不少修复难度极大，根据实际情况，将采取简单维护，修复，原址重建，迁移重建，拆毁等手段进行保护。

团队和都江堰市建设局约好于今天进行参观访问，重点办的工作人员热情地接待了我们，并把我们带到都江堰市区图，都江堰市区规划图前进行详细的讲解和介绍。我们了解到都江堰在5.12汶川大地震中受损严重，很多城区建筑因为此次灾害受到不同程度的损坏。根据具体受灾情况，政府出台了一系列的救助政策，灾民及时得到安置和救助。经过两年的艰苦奋战，都江堰灾后重建工程取得了相当显著的成就，在一定程度上远远超出预期目标，城区面积扩大，从二环延伸至二点五环，万人小区的建成使城市的重心外移，更利于市区的发展，新的商业区，居住区的建成也使都江堰的建设亮点不断，水街主题商业旅游区，上海援建区，成灌高铁都让都江堰的城市品位得到提升。努力建成世界级旅游城市，花园城市的建设目标，在成灌高铁的竣工之后更是得到了确定。可以说灾后都江堰依然美丽，以后将更加美丽。

English is a great language and I loved it very much. It is a sunny day

today. I went to the Zhejiang University to attend the English camp. Zhejiang

University is such a big school. It let me feel a little diny. I can’t find the

way, I thought. But I like this school, it looked so beautiful. In this morning,

we arrived our dorm. After a few rest, we went to cafeteria and had lunch.the

food was dilicious. In the afternoon, we had our first class in this English

英文日记主要由三个部分组成：日期天气、标题和正文，在写英文日记时，我们需要先在第一行靠左位置用英文写上年、月、日、星期和天气(如：Monday

November 10,2020)，将天气情况写在右上角，再另起一行写上标题后，再写上正文即可。

在写英语日记时，日期和天气是必写的，至于日记的标题可写可不写，在进行日记正文的书写时，正文主题内容可以是本日生活的记录，也可以是某一件事的感悟。注意避免流水账样式的记录，尽量让记录下来的文字生动有趣。

Qingming Festival, also known as Pure Brightness Festival or Tomb-sweeping Day, is one of the 24 segments of the Chinese calendar. It normally falls on the 4th or 5th of April, between spring plowing and summer weeding, and is a time to pay respects to ones ancestors and to tidy their gravesite. On this day, whole families, young and old, go to the gravesite of deceased family members to burn incense and perform a ritual offering while clearing away plant overgrowth from the gravesite.

Qingming Festival is when Chinese people visit the graves or burial grounds of their ancestors. Traditionally, people brought a whole rooster with them to the graves visited but the occasion has become less formal over time. The festival originated from Hanshi Day (寒食节, literally, Day with cold food only), a memorial day for Jie Zitui (介子推). Jie Zitui died in 636 BC in the Spring and Autumn Period. He was one of many followers of Duke Wen of Jin before he became a duke.

Once, during Wens 19 years of exile, they had no food and Jie prepared some meat soup for Wen. Wen enjoyed it a lot and wondered where Jie had obtained the soup. It turned out Jie had cut a piece of meat from his own thigh to make the soup. Wen was so moved he promised to reward him one day. However, Jie was not the type of person who sought rewards. Instead, he just wanted to help Wen to return to Jin to become king.

Once Wen became duke, Jie resigned and stayed away from him. Duke Wen rewarded the people who helped him in the decades, but for some reason he forgot to reward Jie, who by then had moved into the forest with his mother. Duke Wen went to the forest, but could not find Jie. Heeding suggestions from his officials, Duke Wen ordered men to set the forest on fire to force out Jie. However, Jie died in the fire. Feeling remorseful, Duke Wen ordered three days without fire to honour Jies memory. The county where Jie died is still called Jiexiu (介休, literally "the place Jie rests forever").

January 21

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. 实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

My classmates like her very much, because she is always kind to us. In my view,

在军训第六天的时候，我们竟然玩了一个邪游戏”，接力赛跑。

早上，教官看我们站军姿时，说大家没有精神，腰杆没有挺直，要不要等一下跑会儿步。刚开始，我们以为只是说说而已，想不到他竟然说真的了，就是真的跑，而不是队列练习“跑步走”。他要我们玩接力，那可是快跑呀!

昨天练了跑步走，很多同学的腿胀了，脚酸了，根本跑不动啊!但是，命令就要服从，没有任何理由!于是，我们就跑啊，拖着沉重的步伐，从开始坚持到最后!看了一些同学的短跑，原来都是挺快的嘛!不错!我们在接力赛跑的时候，可是迎来了很多观众，多么与众不同的一个排。

跑步过后，就进入了今天的训练阶段，起步走和跑步走。虽然每天都在练，不过教官说效果不好，还是要多练练，所以我们就在跑了走，走了跑，很是单调，人也很累。

同志们，坚持啊，坚持就是胜利!大家团结啊，团结就是力量!

下午又是内务整理。在寝室里待着，就是比较爽嘛!刚开始的时候，教官在男生寝室，说不到女生寝室了，我们当然高兴了!可是后来，男寝室视察结束了，班级群里说要过我们这边，这可让我们紧张了，赶紧穿好衣服，准备一切工作“迎接”他。听说今天查得挺严的，我们又仔细地清理，等待着他来视察。

等啊等……最后，他还是没来，我们真是白费心思了!

不过也好，在寝室就是自由!希望接下去的日子都能这样!因为傍晚下了雷阵雨，所以又没有军训，真让我们兴奋，就在寝室里待着上上网。

快要十点钟的时候，班级群里突然冒出个陌生人，来了句：你们快早点睡觉休息。开始以为是乱闯者，就立马开始询问，一大片的人在讨论。终于，有人说是教官的，然后大家匆忙看他的资料和空间，竟然真的是!他那昵称也太雷人了，“魅力的动人”，真要吓死!在确定后，同学们纷纷加他为好友，他问清学号，然后就发名字过来，原来他拿着点名册加好友，这也太强悍了!我们教官也太有趣了吧!开始在群里，有人会出言不雅，明天又有好事瞧了!我想他在我们站军姿的时候肯定会说到今天的事儿，大概全排队友会笑喷吧!

首先，我学到了很多新单词。每当我在写文章的时候，遇到生词是不可避免的。当我遇到生词时，我就会马上查词典，我还会记住这些单词。渐渐地，生词就会不再陌生。

A happy Day

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and happy day.

日记是用来叙述一天中发生的有意义事件的文体。

第一，注意日记的格式：一般是左上角写当天的日期，右上角写当天的天气情况(cloudy/clear/windy/rainy/fine/snowy…)。日期通常采用两种写法：一种是按“月、日、年”顺序；另一种是按“日、月、年”的顺序。注意要在年份之前有一个逗号，而且月份通常可用缩写词（如：Jan.,Feb.,Mar.等）。如果需要写星期，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。如：Monday,May15th,2008或May15th,2008,Monday

第二，抓准日记的时态：日记记叙的时间通常是在当天的下午或晚上，因此所用的时态多为过去时态。但应灵活掌握，如果日记叙述天气、描写景色或为了描写生动，也可用现在时。

Since the financial crisis swept the world, the global economy has sunk into a severe recession. It’s hard to get through a day without hearing or reading news about the devastating effects of the crisis: A world of companies go bankrupt, millions of employees are laid off, high-return investment bubbles burst, and huge sums of loans can never be retrieved. Its impact on our daily life can be felt in all walks of life。

College students inevitably fall victim to this pervasive slump as well. On top of that, internships and job vacancies are reduced to the minimum as companies keep shrinking.
