九月四日，军训第二天，炎热。

早上七点钟集合，每人领了一罐水记上标签，摆放得整齐在场地上，连水都站军姿了。

等教官来，意料之中的，第一件事就是站军姿。

那时，我们在阴凉处，有几个班就是在太阳底下的，还好，我们教官算仁慈，没让大家去太阳底下。一段时间的军姿站完后，脚是酸痛得要命了，这也太痛苦了，好像当中有人吃不消了，还好我拼命坚持下来了，不然真的很抱歉。

接着复习了一些动作，又教了跨立和敬礼两大动作，和昨天不同的是，我们晒了好一会儿的太阳。

晒完太阳后，又回到昨天的阵地，坐下休息，接着训练，类似这样，持续到十点钟的时候，咱教官竟然去拿了歌词来教我们唱昨天他遗留的军歌《军号嘹亮》。

这是一件可喜的事，一遍又一遍的跟唱，一遍又一遍的合唱，我们学会了这首歌。半天的军训时间也伴随着《军号嘹亮》而结束!

下午的日子，听起来是不错——在空调房里看电影，可是亲自去了才会知道，看电影并不是一件很轻松的事。

两个排选了一部军训电影《冲出亚马逊》，这部电影，我从小学就开始看了，而且几乎每年都有看，也就少了点兴趣。

不过剧情还是次要的，最主要是坐姿。有教官在，就会让我们有军人的纪律。他说女孩子要文雅，要有端正的身形……我们呢?坐在那里就累死了，坐军姿看电影，真有点吃不消。

于是，就和教官打起了“游击战”，他走了就稍微放松一点，他来了就立马坐正来，这样一直维持到影片结束。唉，终于解放了!

紧接着就是我们去参观教官的宿舍了。他要我们排着整齐的队伍去，时刻牢记军人的纪律，他真是一名优秀的军人。

来到他的寝室，我们就看到了豆腐块似的被子，让人心生羡慕啊，想想我们何时能叠出这样的被子!

整齐的床铺让我惭愧，我的床铺可是有很乱很乱的时候，而且是一个女孩子，怎么会这么懒?他们当军人的，也真不容易。

而后，他就拿出被子，开始叠了，我摄像了一段，竟然要两分多钟，那我们这些不会叠的人要几分钟啊?平常叠被子几秒钟就好了，而这个竟要这么长，真是难为人啊!

离开了教官的宿舍，我们半天的军事理论教育就完成了，等待着晚上的叠被子练习。

到了晚上，我拿着席子往训练场赶，看到别人也有带被子，想着这任务应该不会取消。但是，世事难料，到后来活动就被取消了，害我白白地带了被子。

晚上的练习和前一天都一样，先站半小时军姿，这是最痛苦的。然后就是复习所学动作，来回地练习，争取得到步调一致。

几段如常的练习过后，我们坐在地上休息，唱起了歌。《团结就是力量》、《咱当兵的人》等等，我们跟着教官唱，也常常爆笑，真是很好玩。其他排的队员，也开始唱歌了，校园里响着一阵阵嘹亮、浑厚的军歌声。

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont

pay attention to keep healthy,we cant study well.But most of the students dont

Firstly,we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of eating

the food with fats and sugar.By this we wont be fat.We should also drink less

living habit.Getting up early and going to bed early can help us keep

healthy.Besides this,we can take regular exercise to have a healthy

天天，叠豆腐块儿的被子，刚开始，为了不弄乱被子，几天从没打开过它，即使夜里很冷，忍着。7月1日晚上，实在受不了了，反复半天，才终于决定必须得盖被子。

天天，偌大的训练场上，一个又一个战友晕倒，甚至昏厥，“废物连”的队伍在不断地壮大，中暑的，晕倒的，紫外线过敏的，骨折的，脚崴的……都说女生事多吧，男生也不少。“废物连”从最初的几个人，到最后几乎顶上一个连的人数;从最初的女生连，到最后男女平分天下的混合连。不断有人倒下，才让我觉得原来我的身体这样强。

食堂的饭太难吃了，但我还是得吃，最烦的是不让剩饭，我可是经常剩饭的人。我爱吃菜，是那种如果有爱吃的菜可以不吃饭的人。可是，这里的菜都是平时我从不爱吃的，但，我还是得吃!我可不想累得晕倒，显得太弱了吧!本来是想趁机减肥的，所以没有带太多的零食过来，但到这没几天就都吃完了。在这里又买了一些，老贵了!这里的饭那么难吃，但我还是坚持在吃，总是会饿，又怕不吃会晕倒，所以，一天至少吃六顿(主餐加零食)。天天都会有人从饭里，菜里看到苍蝇，脏死了!

天天的确可以洗澡，但水是凉的!

7月5日中午，还在军训中，从最初因为不能当班助嗓子哑，本来在来到军营后一直休养，快要好了，结果不知为什么嗓子又开始疼起来，我怕会引发感冒，吃了感冒药，但今天还是感冒了，鼻子不通气，加上这憋闷的天气，我快窒息了。

手机报上本来说昨天和今天都该有雨的，但这里只在昨天下了几滴，几滴而已。听说昌平那边下雨了，可是这里的天气很闷。

中午的时候，许子和慧都给我打电话，发短信，但因为基地宿舍信号不好，就没回。下午带队出来后，给她们打了电话，好想你们!

站完军姿，就是接着复习、练习……我们想休息的时候，但是教官不允许，大家也没有办法。我们从昨天的影片中学来：第一是服从，第二是完全服从，第三是绝对服从!所以，我们只能服从命令!
