军训怎么能少得了跑操呢?从昨天下午开始，我们都会进行跑步退场，下午退场是跑两圈，上午退场是跑一圈，但是我们早上集合时还需要跑一圈进行热身，所以不管上午下午都是要跑两圈的。

今天也不知怎的，明明昨天是单数班从一个门退，双数班从另一个门退，退场的时候，大家也都挺有秩序的，也不乱啊。可上午的时候，教官让我们从一个门退，上午单数班先退，下午双数班先退，对这个要求我感到十分不解，操场明明有两个门啊，为什么只让从一个门退?唉，不过这是学校安排的，那也没办法啊，只能这么服从命令啊。

上午的时候，由于我们是单数班，所以我们跑了一圈后便退场了，按学校的要求来，双数班比我们多跑一圈后才能退场，算上早上跑的一圈，我们单数班跑了两圈，双数班由于比我们后退的原因，跑了三圈。下午退场时，就轮到我们单数班多跑一圈喽，看着双数班逐渐退场的身影，我一边跑一边自言自语道：“唉，该还的早晚都要还啊。”不过我真的想不明白，操场明明有两个门，继续按昨天那样退场不行吗?昨天那样退场时大家都挺有秩序的，为什么今天就换退场方式?这是为了让我们多跑一圈吗?那这可真是一个“好计划”呢

今天作为军训第二天，训练强度自然要比第一天大，同时也比第一天累，不过还有三天就可以结束军训了，继续坚持吧。

九月三日，军训的第一天。

今天，比较早的就起床了，整理了一番，穿上军装——迷彩服，开始上现场。

首先，还是全部学生去开了军训动员大会，全校四千多名学生齐聚在图书馆门前广场，让我们见证了开营仪式。这也是一次动员大会，激励我们这些学生能在军训中取得圆满成功!

大会过后，就有各排的教官领我们去场地训练了，我们二营二连三排，被带到了恩泽碑那里，以后就是我们的训练场地了。这可真不是个好位置，太阳整天晒到，又没有个阴凉处，真是不爽，没办法，我们只能屈服，这是命令啊!

来到恩泽碑，我们就算真正的开始军训了!教官先让我们排成四列，整理队伍后，又和我们说了一系列的规则和要求。虽然以前也参加过军训，不过我觉得那些教官没这些要求的，现在这教官有自己的规矩，我们当然要服从!他一次没说清楚，声音又不怎么高，而且方言音超严重，所以就让他讲了好几次，真是有点为难他了。然后，就开始了最基本的训练，一些曾经都训练过的项目，像是：立正、稍息、向左、右、后转，训练的时候我们经常会失笑，让教官寻到说我们的理由。

开始在恩泽碑的时候，还没有阳光照到，后来有太阳来了我们就转到了另一个阴凉阵地，在通道上，我们又进行了一段训练。

训练好，休息的时候，就有同学上去唱歌跳舞了。本来想让教官来一首的，他用了没歌词推辞了，没办法，不想唱也别勉强了。在他的一声“解散”中，半天的军训就结束了!

下午可让我们轻松了一会儿，“内务整理”，在寝室待着。午睡过后，就等着教官来示范寝室指导。

终于，在三点半的时候，他来了!来到示范寝室，他就开始指指点点，教我们如何摆放。他的要求可真高，哪些哪些要靠着什么整齐，什么要与边沿齐平，该放哪里都说得很详细，让我们不知所措，不知从何处开始整理。

我们竟然看着教官做一件，也回到寝室整理一件，东西太多也没有办法。他在那个示范寝室磨蹭了很久，我们也跟着做了很久很久。我们寝室还算是整齐干净的勒，用了稍微少的时间就完成了，不过等整理好就到了吃晚饭的时间，晚上还要接着训呢!

晚上6:20分，我们又齐聚在了恩泽碑，痴痴等待我们的考验。

一群教官踏着整齐的步伐过来了，我们的教官也来了!接下来的就是训练了……

他竟然来了个狠的——站军姿，就站在那里一动也不能动。

幸好是在晚上了，也吹来一点凉爽的风，让炎热的天气少许清凉，不过地上不断发出的热气还是让我们的汗不停的往外流。在站军姿的同时，他又不停的教育，真不愧是个好教官。

晚上，我们复习了白天所学的动作，又教了两个新动作：原地踏步和起步走。在这黑灯瞎火的地方，看也看不清楚，所以比较早的就席地休息了。

在这休息期间，我们也只能唱唱歌打发这段时间。教官还是不唱，待同学们唱了几首之后，他不得不说拿出杀手翦，一个歌名出现在我们的耳朵里——《军号嘹亮》，不过他的n、l不分音，让我们产生了误解。这也就算了，他竟然只唱了一句半就算结束了。他说记不住歌词，也真有他的啊!

时间有时在漫长的站军姿中度过，也有时在短暂的欢声笑语中度过。

就这样，军训第一天就算彻底结束了，迎来第二天吧!坚持，加油!

我们玩得很开心 We play very happy

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I cant do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It time for me to begin to learn how to work.

今天,我还是去了我母亲的办公室。我母亲很忙碌,所以是我父亲。他们一直生活在北京。他们必须早起。因为他们将管理工厂。所以我知道他们很辛苦。因此,我要节省我的钱。此外,我应该帮助他们。虽然我不能做一些有用的,但我认为我应该与他们共同工作。我对我的家庭成员之一。今后,我将工作和工作。它的时候我开始学习如何工作。

真不可思议，结束了九年义务教育以及紧张的高中三年的历练的我，即将步入大学的生活，去开启属于我的全新的一个篇章。我也很期待大学的生活会是什么样的。以前经常听闻大学的生活都是自由的、丰富多彩，有很多的社团活动可以参加，也可以参加很多的比赛来提升自己的实力，积累更多的经验。

我带着满满的期待和好奇来到了我的大学生活。从步入校园的那一刻开始，我将要为我未来的大学四年好好努力，朝着自己的目标前进，与更多志同道合的人成为朋友，结交来自祖国四面八方的朋友。

打开宿舍的那一刻，我见到了我的室友们，来自不同的地方，我们互相介绍着自己家乡的美食、美景和自己喜欢的东西，我们聊了很久很久，似乎有说不完的话题，可以谈上个三天三夜也不停歇。但未来的时间还长，我们慢慢来。

我在军训的时候跟好朋友一起加入了一个校级组织，部门里面的学姐对我们都很好，我们有任何问题问他们，他们都是很耐心的为我们解说，还告诉我们很多的道理，教我们怎么样做更好，让我们体会到了部门和同学之间的温暖。

上课的时候，老师也很认真负责，每位老师都有非常丰富的教学经历和人生履历，常常在课堂上与我们分享他们的日常，让我们对知识产生了更加浓厚的兴趣。课后也会关心我们的日常生活，有什么事情都可以跟他们分享，就像是我们的父母一样关心着我们。正如老话说的：“一日为师终身为父。”在老师教学的过程中，我们也深深的体会到了。

大学生活给了我们充足的自由，但也会有迷失的时候，找准自己的方向，过好每一天，过得充实、满足足以。

Moreover,i will take my girlfriend to buy some bait for the holidays fishing day, i remember it should be on 3rd Ｏr 4th,May.

i am so sorry to tell you ,i could not tell what i have promised to my friends in the labours day, i am really a forgettable guy,maybe two more three days later, some of my friends will visit me Ｏr they will give me a buzz for a badminton game.

For memorizing all the happy hour, i write this article for a happy note for today, 1st,May.

On Monday I went to school for the second learning. The weather was still very hot. But I was ready to face with my lessons.

This Saturday the typhoon came. It was really terrible. My father said that a pillar fell down when he was driving， and it nearly fell onto his car. It was really dangerous. But this Saturday my journalist lesson began and I had to go to the Youth Cnulture Communication Center (near Shanghai Railway Station) to have classes.

I had to go out! The wind was really heavy. And I nearly couldn’t walk! Many trees collapsed and when I arrived there， I was late. But I was surprised to find that there was only about 10 students. Our teacher said just now on an art lesson， only two students came. The typhoon was really horrible.
