和风吹过天际，终于迎来了太阳，经过昨天大雨的一番洗刷后，科院到处都焕发着新意，而我们“三下乡蜀口小分队”一行20人带着捐赠给蜀口孩子们的300多本书，尽管十分重，但因为是送给孩子们的，同行的小伙伴们，甚至是女孩子都没有一个喊累。

挤火车向来不是一件容易的事儿，大伙拎着小包扛着大包在人潮中涌动，经过一番挣扎后总算是挤上了火车。可能是真累到了，小伙伴们不一会儿就睡着了。

3个多小时的车程，我们终于到泰和了，村里特别热情的把我们一行人接到了村里，刚到村口就被这里的环境给吸引了，真真是满村绿色关不住，一棵古樟迎客来。

早已饿疯了的小伙伴们一起吃了一顿朴实的农家饭，真心要为这里的好山，好水，好人家点个赞。

饭后，指导老师王军成书记给大家开了一个简短的小会，王书记要求大家要将我们在蜀口的住所当成自己的家一样爱护，要严格要求自己，一切行动要服从命令听指挥，我们代表的不仅仅是我们个人的形象而是我们南昌航空大学科技学院的精神风貌。

第二天，黎明的曙光揭去夜幕的轻纱，吐出了灿烂的早晨。蜀口的早晨甚是撩人，忍不住走到天台，雨后的蜀口在云雾的围绕里如幻如梦，赣江自群山中滚滚淌来，叹一句江山如此多娇，蜀口当真无愧于“千里赣江第一洲”的美名。

6.30我们的队员们准时集合，开始我们的晨跑，不要有太多的拘束，不要有太多的压抑，在这个宁静的小村庄里吐出胸中的浊气，肆意的奔跑吧，一切烦恼和喧闹都在你的意识里消失的无影无踪，你看我笑的甜不甜，你看我笑的美不美，简直美哭了。

左三圈右三圈，脖子扭扭屁股扭扭，我们大家一起来做运动!没错，晨跑之后是早操环节，你是我的小呀小苹果，是不是萌萌哒，感觉要被自己萌化了，哈哈哈。

消耗了那么多体力，不补充点能量怎么可以对得起自己逝去的脂肪，哈哈。米粉，包子，粥都是我的爱，光盘计划我在行动，噢耶。

没错，新征程的号角已经吹响，下乡目标召唤在前方，为了让我们更好的融入和服务蜀口村，本村的欧阳家族理事长欧阳爷爷专程给我们充当讲解员，老爷爷年纪大声音也不小，饶有兴致的和我们介绍起了欧阳宗祠于欧阳家族的历史，当听到欧阳家族一门出了21个进士之后，我的脸上写满了震惊，而欧阳爷爷脸上却充满了自豪。

虽然蜀口村是的贫困村，但村领导对于教育方面却丝毫不敢马虎，再穷不能穷教育，再苦不能苦孩子，读书要从娃娃抓起，学风如斯，怪不得光是欧阳一门就出了21个进士。最后，我们全体成员与欧阳爷爷合影留念，感谢他为我们的精彩讲解，祝他身体健康，开心快乐。

拜别欧阳爷爷，我们的队员们继续在村里走访，村里的古樟树是一个特色，村子里有300年以上树龄的古樟有600多棵，的一棵古樟已经有1400多岁了，据说要9个大人合抱才能抱下，这深深地震惊了我们一行人。

欢乐的时光总是短暂的，一上午的时间就在我们的走访中悄悄划过了，在回住所的路上，我们还看到了这一和谐的一幕，发哥，你在干什么?

八月二十七日，军训的第七天。

今天早上，天气比较凉爽，温度不高，太阳不大，我们的练习也比较爽快。站军姿时，教官果真提了昨天晚上的事，让我们失笑，不过提得不多。这还好，没有太多违反纪律。

接着的练习很累，跑步走了，起步走，真吃不消。因为昨天跑步了，今天全身酸痛，脚也提不起来，所以就会感觉很痛苦。而且我又在昨天夜里感冒了，在这两项过后，又学了正步走，唉，脚更加提不起来了。勉勉强强度过这半天，不过现在想想真快，准确来说只有两天的训练时间了。

下午来了个有趣的，对我来说是重要的，我要去参加连里的叠被子比赛。这是让我无可奈何的，我只有硬着头皮上战常

来到比赛场地，我就开始紧张了。一想到有六个排的队友看我叠被子，我就会感到害怕。

在全连队员在位置上站好后，就听到指示：所有叠被子的同学出列。

在我拿好两条席子和一条被子自信满满地出列以后，身后响起了阵阵掌声。在这一刻，我觉得我是多么幸运，竟有机会参加人数极少的叠被子比赛。带着满脸笑容，走向战场!

在确定自己的位置之后，我和同班队友，一起铺好了我们的席子，又在教官等人的帮助下，将被子铺上去，看着一排整齐的被子铺在地面上，我告诉自己，一定要全身心投入到叠被子中，一定要叠到最佳状态。

待一切准备完毕之后，听取了比赛规则，时间限定是五分钟。

在一声勺响钟，比赛正式开始了。我依旧沿着教官所教的方法，不紧不慢地按着自己的路线，一条一条的做下去，没有东顾西盼，没有三心二意。在我整理角的时候，教官在我身边告诉我该如何正角，我知道自己的技术不过关，就听从指挥。时间过得真快，一下就到了最后十秒钟倒计时，我弄好后，站在席子外等待着教官来检阅。心里想着，比赛当中一直响着的加油声，对于我来说是多么得荣幸!非常感谢他们的陪伴和助威!

在我的余光中，看到了隔壁的两床被子，叠得方方正正，很有教官的感觉。虽然知道，有一个人是从部队回来的，是个军人，叠被子肯定很擅长。但是，其他几位不是啊，他们也只是普通大学生，这让我挺不好意思的，感觉差距好大。

在评分的时候，很明显，教官在好的被子前打量很久，并一直是赞扬声。但是，我也不贬低自己，我叠得也挺好啊，我做到最好了就行。听到同学的赞扬声，我很感谢，也很满足。

一轮的评比下来了，虽然淘汰了，但我很感谢有这次机会，让我展现自我希望下次可以做到更好!因为前三名的同学都很强，分不得高低，所以进行了又一轮的比拼。这下，我成为了一名观众，可以观赏他们的动作和成果。

果然，他们和我的方法是不同的，所以效果也就不同了。他们的方法真的挺好。竞争很激烈呀，原来不是军人也可以同样叠的很好，不错，不错!佩服，佩服!从中学到了另一种的方法，也很好啊!

叠被子结束，我们也就解散了!

连续两天晚上没有训练了，今天要训练竟开始有些不适应。站个军姿也搞了半天，一阵阵笑声还是不断从我们的队列中发出来。这很让人无语的……而后又是三种走法交替的练习。三种走法都很累，但还是要坚持啊!

为了明天的会操，我们排喊了自己的口号：文武兼备，磨砺青春，王者风范，唯我三排!所以，希望明天我们三排能得个好成绩，要竭力争取那个代表连参加全校会操的名额!

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball,I

feel tired,but I am very happy.Because basketball is my favourite sport.My body

is strong.I hope you like basketball too.

In the future there will be computers in our homes. Computers will help us

to know a lot over the world. We will be able to talk by e-mail. Scientists will

make many robots. Robots can help us to do some cleaning, do some cooking or do

some washing. We can do some shopping and see a doctor without going out of our

The life in the future will be good. For this, we will study hard. I

It was a sunny day today,when I got up in the morning,I decided to see my

体育游戏课应该说是在大学里特别受欢迎的，就算是老鹰捉小鸡这样比较小孩的游戏大家也会玩得比较疯狂。在我的实习课上，我也采用了体育游戏，可是让我意想不到的是，他们的积极性特别不高，表现的很冷漠，有的学生还对我说：“老师，这样的`游戏好幼稚啊!”他们的态度让我的心里很不舒服，因为我们这些自称大人的大学生还在玩他们认为很幼稚的游戏，而且我们还玩的很开心。

课后我认真总结了一下，90几个人的一个班，要组织出一个体育游戏确实特别难，而且要使这样的游戏符合大众的口味就更难啦!像这样多人数的班，我一般采用的是接力性的游戏，理由是便于组织，而且适合的集体参与，可是学生参与积极性仍然不高。这里就存在着一个问题，学生的竞争意识。

由于学生的竞争意识不够强，因此在整个游戏过程中，学生只是被动的做游戏，而不是积极主动的参与游戏，这样让学生感觉到的仍是一种任务的完成，而不是以一种愉悦的心情玩游戏。所以这就是为什么大家对游戏表现冷痰的原因之一。另外一方面就是各个班所表现的氛围不同，对于同一个游戏不同的班也有不同的表现，所以针对各个班的特点，应有不同的游戏设置，绝不能一劳永逸。

我想其中最重要的原因就是，他们并不是体育生，体育生一般都性格开朗些，而且对于体育活动的参与也是万丈热情，所以在面对这此示是体育生的学生时，我们体育老师应该认清这一点，不能将我们对体育的热爱理所当然成为他们的热爱，只有认清这一点我们才可能更好的摆正自己的心态，更好的组织我们的课堂教学。

Yesterday was Tree Planting Day. The teachers asked us to plant trees at

the corner of our playground. At 3:00 in the afternoon, we got there.

Our teacher showed us how to plant trees,then we started to do it. Some dug

the pits, some put trees in them and others watered them. We planted a lot of

trees. When we finished our work, it was nearly dark.

Late for School

October 8th Wednesday Windy

I was fifteen minutes late for school this morning. I usually go to school

by bike. But this morning there was something wrong with my bike. It didnt work

on the way to school. I had to have it repaired. So I had to take a bus. It took

me about twenty minutes to get to school. When I arrived at the school gate, it

was 8:15. I was afraid when I entered the classroom, because Mr. Zhang is very

strict with us. Luckily, he was not angry with me this time.

The animal is the friend of our human beings. We live in the same earth. Animals and human beings can’t be separated from each other. But some animals are getting less and less. Beside, because of the development of society, human needs more space to live in, so we explore the forest. Animals have less space to live in. The number of wild animals decreases year by year. It’s high time to take actions to protect wild animals.

There are four seasons in a year, and I hate winter the most. In my hometown, we don’t have heating system to get warmed, so indoor just as cold as outdoor. The icy wind is blowing on your face and you just feel like you would become a Popsicle. Getting out of bed just become harder and harder as the temperature drops lower. Since the financial crisis swept the world, the global economy has sunk into a severe recession. It’s hard to get through a day without hearing or reading news about the devastating effects of the crisis: A world of companies go bankrupt, millions of employees are laid off, high-return investment bubbles burst, and huge sums of loans can never be retrieved. Its impact on our daily life can be felt in all walks of life。
