1、格式：

一般是在左上角记上当天日期，星期，时间的排列法与书信一致，星期写在日期之后；右上角写上当天的天气情况，表示天气情况的词一般是形容词，如：fine（晴朗的），cold（寒冷的），snowy（下雪），sunny（阳光充足的），rainy（下雨的），cloudy（阴天的）等。日记的小标题写在下一行，也可省略不写。

2、时态：

写日记的时间一般是在下午、晚上，有时也可以在第二天补写，因此，日记中所记述的事情通常发生在过去，常用一般过去时；但当记述天气、描写景色或展望未来时，可以用一般现在时或一般将来时。

写法大致和写汉语日记相同，都是在正文之前有日期、星期几及当天的天气情况。注意内容表达要清楚连贯、准确。

1. 年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开，例如：december 18, xx或者dec. 18, xx。

The first day for me to come to the high school, my head-teacher told us the news that we needed to take the military train. We were all shocked, it was so hot outside, how terrible it was. Then the next day, we saw our training instructor. He was young and handsome, though his skin was so yellow. Suddenly, all the girls became energetic, we listened to the instructor’s words carefully. In fact, I was staring at him. We trained for a week, we found the train was not that hard, we had fun and joy. competed to each other. Finally, my team lost the game, but we were still very

happy. By this game, we could build our body and had fun. Its really

he Lantern Festival is a very busy day. On the Lantern Festival this year, I went to the small square with my mom and dad to watch the Lantern Festival. When we walk on the road, I see the small square is a sea of people, very lively. 比赛开始了，男生，女生都不甘示弱，勇于站起来回答问题，外面狂风大作，里面却是这番热闹的情景，一分钟过去了，二分钟过去了，三分钟过去了男生和女生之间出现了距离，眼看第一大题就要结束，我们男生非常着急，想挽回局面，正当我们要开始翻盘时，第一大题居然就这然结束了，不过还好，还有第二大题，谁赢谁输还不一定呢？第二大局开始了，经过一番调整的我们，又开始追逐了紧张又激烈的气氛依旧未停，男生们依然努力的追赶着分数，能追一分是一分，女生好像有点骄傲了，回答的人越来越少，我们分数渐渐多了起来，直到最后一题是我们只差女生两分了，当我们认为胜负已定时，老师突然说最后一题回答对加两分，这是我们脸上又有了笑容，因为班长把自己的手举得高高的，他是我们最后的一线希望了，你是男生唯一的靠山了，当老师在黑板上花了两个大星星后就意味着我们的努力没有白费，我们终于胜利了！

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

What Am I Going to Do in the Summer Holiday

The new summer holiday is coming. As we know, summer is a beautiful season. During the coming summer holiday, I am going to study English. Then I am going to borrow some science books from

the library and discuss problems with my classmates, I’ll help my parents do some housework in my house, and I’ll water the flowers and trees our garden. I am going to play basketball, volleyball and

badminton with my neighbours in the afternoon. At the same time, if my father has time, he’ll teach me to swim. I’ll have fun.

八月二十七日，军训的第七天。

今天早上，天气比较凉爽，温度不高，太阳不大，我们的练习也比较爽快。站军姿时，教官果真提了昨天晚上的事，让我们失笑，不过提得不多。这还好，没有太多违反纪律。

接着的练习很累，跑步走了，起步走，真吃不消。因为昨天跑步了，今天全身酸痛，脚也提不起来，所以就会感觉很痛苦。而且我又在昨天夜里感冒了，在这两项过后，又学了正步走，唉，脚更加提不起来了。勉勉强强度过这半天，不过现在想想真快，准确来说只有两天的训练时间了。

下午来了个有趣的，对我来说是重要的，我要去参加连里的叠被子比赛。这是让我无可奈何的，我只有硬着头皮上战常

来到比赛场地，我就开始紧张了。一想到有六个排的队友看我叠被子，我就会感到害怕。

在全连队员在位置上站好后，就听到指示：所有叠被子的同学出列。

在我拿好两条席子和一条被子自信满满地出列以后，身后响起了阵阵掌声。在这一刻，我觉得我是多么幸运，竟有机会参加人数极少的叠被子比赛。带着满脸笑容，走向战场!

在确定自己的位置之后，我和同班队友，一起铺好了我们的席子，又在教官等人的帮助下，将被子铺上去，看着一排整齐的被子铺在地面上，我告诉自己，一定要全身心投入到叠被子中，一定要叠到最佳状态。

待一切准备完毕之后，听取了比赛规则，时间限定是五分钟。

在一声勺响钟，比赛正式开始了。我依旧沿着教官所教的方法，不紧不慢地按着自己的路线，一条一条的做下去，没有东顾西盼，没有三心二意。在我整理角的时候，教官在我身边告诉我该如何正角，我知道自己的技术不过关，就听从指挥。时间过得真快，一下就到了最后十秒钟倒计时，我弄好后，站在席子外等待着教官来检阅。心里想着，比赛当中一直响着的加油声，对于我来说是多么得荣幸!非常感谢他们的陪伴和助威!

在我的余光中，看到了隔壁的两床被子，叠得方方正正，很有教官的感觉。虽然知道，有一个人是从部队回来的，是个军人，叠被子肯定很擅长。但是，其他几位不是啊，他们也只是普通大学生，这让我挺不好意思的，感觉差距好大。

在评分的时候，很明显，教官在好的被子前打量很久，并一直是赞扬声。但是，我也不贬低自己，我叠得也挺好啊，我做到最好了就行。听到同学的赞扬声，我很感谢，也很满足。

一轮的评比下来了，虽然淘汰了，但我很感谢有这次机会，让我展现自我希望下次可以做到更好!因为前三名的同学都很强，分不得高低，所以进行了又一轮的比拼。这下，我成为了一名观众，可以观赏他们的动作和成果。

果然，他们和我的方法是不同的，所以效果也就不同了。他们的方法真的挺好。竞争很激烈呀，原来不是军人也可以同样叠的很好，不错，不错!佩服，佩服!从中学到了另一种的方法，也很好啊!

叠被子结束，我们也就解散了!

连续两天晚上没有训练了，今天要训练竟开始有些不适应。站个军姿也搞了半天，一阵阵笑声还是不断从我们的队列中发出来。这很让人无语的……而后又是三种走法交替的练习。三种走法都很累，但还是要坚持啊!

为了明天的会操，我们排喊了自己的口号：文武兼备，磨砺青春，王者风范，唯我三排!所以，希望明天我们三排能得个好成绩，要竭力争取那个代表连参加全校会操的名额!

我们一起等待明天的到来，一起加油!

从进入大学到此刻，一向在思考的问题就是做人的问题，尤其是此刻身处在社会这个环境。，这方面的思考是少不了的。生活中时刻都要与人相处，所以时刻就存在这样的问题。总是听到这么一句话，不会做事不要紧，不会做人就是很大的问题了。常常会感慨我们自我身上的悲哀，那就是不断的抛弃一些能够使我们成就伟大事业的道理和知识，而去追求一些并不高明甚至是俗气的生活道理，还被美其名为本事。。在我们小的时候，我们收到的教育诸如今日事今日毕;有志者事竟成;一心一意等做人和学习的知识和道理，其实都是个性适用的道理。想想我们身边的许多成功人士不是依靠这些道理中的一个或者两个而成为成功者的。。我们在幼年的时候学习的寓言故事和成语如小马过河，守株待兔，邯郸学步等不正是在教给我们做人最宝贵的经验吗?倘若我们依照其中的一两条去做的，那我相信我们每个人都能很轻易的成为一个聪明的人或者在某个领域或者多个领域成功的人。

也许这些想法在别人看来会有些可笑，但是用眼睛去发现这个世界很重要只有你亲眼看过或者发现过你身边的人和事时你会发现我说的并不是没有道理。。那么为什么严格执行这些道理的人少了，而去学习那些潜规则的人越来越多了呢?可能是这些道理坚持下来真的太难，所以平凡的人多为人少之又少。一个人做一件事不难，但是一辈子坚持一件事就会很难。逐渐长大后，我们开始学习一些如何与人打交道，如何走捷径等等道理。我相信这些道理是有用的，但我人认为那些小时候得到的道理才是硬道理。所以我觉得人不要追求那么复杂。我们就应去学习小孩子生活的道理去开心的宽容的对待生活，而不是以为追求成熟和复杂。我们能够因为这个世界变得圆滑和警惕，我们的内心依然能够持续年轻与活力。单纯有两种，一种是天真浪漫的单纯就像小孩子;一种是智慧的单纯。前者会因为年龄的成长不可避免的消逝，无须惋惜。我们能够去追求后者，智慧的生活。

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home in the

evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating

the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!I hope

one I met there was a boy called tom. He greeted me politely. When he knew that
