早在2012 年，苏翊鸣去日本学习滑雪时，出色的资质就引起了佐藤康弘的注意。2018年，苏翊鸣入选中国国家集训队，并跟随如今的恩师佐藤康弘开始苦练滑雪。尽管年少就资质过人，但苏翊鸣的努力则是他成功的直接原因。

在近日接受采访时，佐藤康弘曾直言，苏翊鸣刚入选国家集训队时，距离当时的日本顶级选手还有一定的实力差距，但苏翊鸣后来的进步非常迅速。

2019 年，15岁的苏翊鸣获得了自己的首个国际比赛冠军：在新西兰滑雪公开赛上获得单板滑雪坡面障碍技巧冠军。

9岁出演徐克《智取威虎山》，影视童星作品不少。

除了滑雪，苏翊鸣还喜欢音乐和时尚，同时具备出色的英语、日语能力，并从年少就积累了不少演艺经验。

据说《智取威虎山》的导演徐克在2013年选中苏翊鸣的原因是，当初需要一个会滑雪的孩子扮演剧中“小栓子”的角色，而滑雪能力出众且形象不错的苏翊鸣，就因此得到了机会。

另有报道表示，原本剧组还曾担心苏翊鸣的演技不足，但年少的苏翊鸣在表演方面也很有天赋，很好地完成了剧组的任务，并在演艺圈崭露头角。另一个值得回味的片段则是，原本大家担心苏翊鸣滑雪太慢追不上大家，甚至剧中还有“会滑雪吗?”的台词，但事实是，苏翊鸣滑雪速度反倒是其他演员难以追赶的。

凭借在《智取威虎山》中的表现，苏翊鸣入围第35届香港金像奖最佳新人，可惜最终与奖项擦肩而过。但能够在首次入行影视就进入大名单，也是对苏翊鸣演技的认可。

台上是忻吉良老师用他资深的教学经历教导学生，我们这些准高三坐在台下，亦是满满的收获。

基础不好，地动山摇。不论是哪一门科目，基础决定日后你的学习生涯是否顺利，稳扎稳打的基石才能筑就高楼大厦。再讲到规范，想必不少同学要涕泗横流了，因为不遵守规范吃的亏，那真是哑巴吃黄连——有苦说不出。除去这两点，是否对自己有信心也十分重要，懦弱和逃避只需要一个小小的理由，但我们仍需坚信自己能冲破重重障碍，撷取胜利的果实。

高考，于现在的我们而言，不再是一个模糊的概念，我们要执笔奋书，随时做好与它决斗的准备。学习如逆水行舟，不进则退!
