但培养全才型人才时，大忌便是泛泛而为。培养出的人才常常是口能言之，而言之无物;身能行之，而漏洞百出。所以，我们在一味追求于复合型人才时，我们也要适可而止。当本身不具备聪明睿智的头脑时，便不用刻意强求，而要以理论闯出一片天下，成为大国“工匠”;当本身不具备执行的高效能力时，也不用执念于行动力上，只要在理论上多费点心思，也可为国家发展添砖加瓦。由此可见，无论实干与理论，掌握了哪个都将必定成为出彩的国人。

More and more middle school students are going to all kinds of training class or getting a tutor at the weekend. There are two different opinions about it.

四、教学目标

五、教学措施

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。
