Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Last weekend I went on an eco-travel with a travel agency. All the way we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fresh air. But a few of us picked flowers as while going sightseeing. Dear Editor,

Recently graffiti has become more noticeable in my college. I feel quite annoyed at them, especially when some of my classmates praise them as a kind of so-called art. Confronted with this impolite phenomenon, I can’t help asking myself: what is wrong with today’s teenagers?

三年的摸爬滚打，三年的披星戴月，我们终于等来了这一天。回想过去的一千多个日日夜夜，我们阅读过可以垒成山的书籍，做完了满天飞的试卷;我们有过成绩一步步上升的喜悦，也有过成绩滑落的泪水，我们怀揣父母殷切的目光，我们描绘着心中的蓝图。而今，我们站在前一届学长学姐的加速起跑线上，全力以赴等待枪响的那一刻。

一百天，在历史的长河中只是短暂一瞬，但是对于正在备战高考的我们来说却是最重要的一百天。一百天是2400个小时，144000分钟，把2400个小时全部用到学习上，我们可以做几千道理科题，可以背熟所有的英语单词，可以记上万个文科知识点，一百天，实在是一段丰盈而宝贵的学习时间;一百天，根据记忆规律，是所学的知识记忆最深、掌握最好的重要时期，是复习迎考的最佳时间;一百天，是我们整合知识、查漏补缺、强健心理和体魄、提升应试能力的最关键时间。

100天，每天解决半个疑点，就会弄懂50个疑点;100天，每天纠正半个错误，考试中就很可能少犯50个错误;100天，每天提高半分，就会在原来的基础上提高50分。“高考多一分，压倒一个军”呀。一百天，可以创造精彩无限。

如何创造这无限的精彩，我讲三个最佳。

第一，凝聚正能量，竭尽全力，使潜能激发达到最佳状态。

在这里，我想给大家讲一个故事。

在广袤的大草原上，生活着一群可爱的羚羊，他们每天都过着无忧无虑的日子。有一天，草原上突然来了一群狼，狼的出现打乱了羚羊们平静的生活。于是羚羊们开始努力地练习奔跑，为了生存;而狼群也在努力地奔跑，当然也是为了生存。直到有一天，羚羊群遭到偷袭，不少羚羊都被抓住了。羚羊们临死前问狼：“我们每天都尽力练习奔跑，为什么还是被你们抓住了呢?”狼王看了看羚羊们，说：“你们只是尽力，而我们狼族为了生存，竭尽全力。”

尽力和竭尽全力看似相同，可只是稍微的不努力，羚羊就成了狼群的盘中餐。高考在即的我们，要想战胜对手，赢得高考的胜利，仅仅靠尽力是不行的，我们必须竭尽全力。

中央电视台一个著名的制片人陈虻在和著名主持人柴静谈话时曾说：成功的人不能幸福，因为他只能专注一件事，你不能分心，必须全力以赴。你想想，不把命放进去，你能做好事情么?

面对高考，我们需要的就是一种能拼命的气魄。拼命就是把试卷做得可以堆成小山;拼命就是把教材翻得能成烂渣;拼命就是能把灯油熬得见底;拼命就是连上厕所都是快速奔跑;拼命就是吃饭都在背单词;拼命就是下课就挤老师办公室;拼命就是咬定青山不放松;拼命就是把过程做得最好;拼命就是每天向上走;拼命就是除了高考就是高考。

只有拼命，我们才能凝聚正能量，使自己的潜能激发达到最佳状态。用389班教室的标语来说，就是不逼一逼自己，怎么知道自己是最优秀的。

第二，紧跟老师节奏，使学习达到最佳状态。

高考是一场没有硝烟的战争，在这个战场上，老师就是你最佳的指挥官。有很多同学，喜欢自己去安排复习，不跟老师的节奏，总觉得课外的习题做了，今天我才做了事，才有成就感。殊不知，你虽做了题，但你错过了老师的指导，效率是不会高的。老师的讲课都是老师反复斟酌之后，思路的总结，经验的提升，它能更好的帮助你提高高三迎考的效率。课外题要做，但我亲爱的战友们，千万不要忘记了你们的指挥官的指挥。一场没有指挥官的战斗，只是一场注定失败的战役。

第三，平和心态，精神达到最佳状态。

我喜欢高考，不是喜欢它的结果，而是喜欢追求结果的过程。拼搏的快乐，流汗的淋漓，期盼的愉悦，这些都是生命的真实。我特别喜欢张晓风的那句话：我在。奋斗的过程就是“我在”的过程。

既然迎战高考的过程就是一个享受生命的过程，那么我们最重要的就是把握过程。我一直相信一句话：过程做到最好了，结果无论如何都不会差。因此，面对高考，我们只需品味过程，把握过程。以平和的心态去面对高考，让自己的精神达到最佳状态。

当然，作为你们的老师，几年来，和你们朝夕相伴，风雨同行。在最后的一百天的时间里，我们也许对你们有更苛刻的要求，更艰苦的训练，更严厉的批评，但请同学们相信：艰难险阻我们师生共同承担;风霜雨雪，我们师生同行!“甘将心血化成雨，润出桃花一片红”是我们共同的承诺。
