5. 对职位的理解并与自身匹配。这一段算是总结陈词，核心内容是证明你跟这个职位非常相符，你就是他们要找的人，同时表明自己的期望之心。因此要先说你对职位的理解，然后再将这个职位所需要的能力和你刚才说明的能力相结合，从而证明自己是合适的人选。
