我的理想就是当一位英语老师。从我给学生们上第一堂课开始，我就面带笑容，用温柔的语气给同学们上好每一堂课。同学们上课时如果乱讲话，我不会严厉地批评他们，而是轻轻地走到他们身旁，摸摸他的头，心平气和地对他说：“你上课别开小差哦！认真听，成绩才能好呢！”在课堂上，我会让他们把刚学的课文读读啦、背背啦，把单词抄抄啦、默默啦。我还会抽空和他们一起背英语儿歌，唱英语歌谣，一边唱，一边做动作。每一次测试，我对他们的要求不高，考在90分以上就可以了。同学们有什么单词、句子不会读，或者有什么题目不会写时，我都会耐心指导，一直把他教会为止。下课后，我还会和同学们一起做一些英语小游戏，我还会定期在班级开展一些活动，如“英语故事会”、“朗诵大赛”??等他们掌握一定的单词后，我会让他们写英语作文，写得好的，我会把他们的作文贴在“英语小作家栏”里，我更会叫他们用英语问好，最后我还会对他们说：“把英语学好，长大后对出国有用处，一个人英语学得好，去国外时外国人会夸奖你的。”

光说不行，还得有行动，我要从现在开始，努力地学，踏踏实实地干，朝着理想飞奔。

我有一个非常严厉的英语，老师我的英语老师姓郝，中等个，戴一副近视眼镜平时她一头如波浪线一样的美发，秀美且整洁，非常漂亮。

每天的英语课总有意象不道的知识，但是也有如水一样多的作业。我认为老师是为我们好，为了提高学习成绩，为了拿着一份满意的分数，为了打好英语的基础。老师您辛苦了，您劳累了。

老师您知道吗？记得初一上册，我是一个错单词很多小女孩，有一次您找我谈话，对我教育告诉我记单词的方法，通过和您与我的谈话启发了我，与现在相比我的错单词是越来越少，奥秘也一点一滴积累。老师我谢谢您！

其实每次您布置的作业避免很多。也会遭遇许多同学的默默言辞，但是我明白您是有您的道理的，您也为我们花了不少时光，您也为我们操出了几根银丝。

武老师非常的和蔼可亲，从一年级到现在，武老师总是带着笑容给我们上课。她还非常的细心，每当轮到她守小饭桌的时候，同学们吃完饭就会围着老师问东问西，她总是耐心地解答。课间的时候，武老师会带我们到操场上做运动。和我们跳长绳、玩老鹰捉小鸡。老师让我们既要用功学习，也要注意锻炼身体。

武老师耐心特别好，同学们有不会做的作业去问她，老师总是一遍一遍地讲解，直到同学听懂为止。老师不仅在学习上关心我们，在生活中也时刻为我们做出榜样。记得刚上一年级的时候，同学们几乎都不会打扫卫生，总是笨手笨脚的。有的班级是让家长代替，可是我们班每天打扫卫生，都是武老师亲自带领同学做，她一边打扫，一边做示范。拖地、擦瓷砖墙，真的很辛苦。

在准备“珠海金口碑”口语比赛训练期间，她一改往日和善的面容，变得严肃起来。每有听到不满意的地方，她会毫无情面地打断我的话：“不行，重来……”不能容忍一点瑕疵。有一次，反复的训练、校正，让我心烦意乱，感觉黄老师似乎有意跟过不去。“老师，这个发音就差一点点，我下次一定改过来……”我怯怯地对她说。

“不行，重来！”黄老师似乎看出了我的心思，“没有高的标准，怎么代表我们学校！”她的话没有丝毫商量的余地。自那以后，我再不敢再说什么了。每次训练，背范文时，我都胆颤心惊，小心翼翼，不敢有丝毫差池。

有一次我去找她，她正趴在桌子上，口中念念有词，细细一听，原来她也在背文章。电脑屏幕上是一个没做完的幻灯片。我轻声对黄老师说：”黄老师，我来背文章……"她这老才注意到我，歉意地笑了笑，强打起精神坐起来：“背吧……"话没说完，还是忍不住打了个哈欠。她一脸的倦容，毫无课堂上神采奕奕的样子。那时，我才意识到老师平常所唠叨的“你们不知道我有多累”，到底是怎样的……

小学毕业后，我再没有见到过黄老师。一次偶然，我碰见一个学弟，才知道黄老师正好教他们班。当他听到我口中的黄老师时，大为震惊：“怎么会呢？黄老师的课没有你说的那么精彩吧？就是作业布置的可多了，写得手酸；犯个小错误就要抄十八遍课文……”

听学弟不满地数落着，我脑子“嗡”地一下傻了。难道现在，不到半年，黄老师也变了？“如果A班黄老师教我们就好了……”学弟一声叹息，不免羡慕之情。“A班？”我诧异地问。果然是阴差阳错，我们搞错了。原来，彼黄老师非此黄老师。

我才意识到，我是多么幸运，碰见过“真正”的黄老师。

“听说，邵老师最近生病，喉咙哑了，都挂了好几天针了。”“是呀，这么关键的复习阶段，他怎么倒下了呢？”当得知数学老师生病的消息，同学们纷纷议论，猜测着。可是，数学课上，那熟悉的身影还是出现了：啊，是邵老师！只见他捧着刚改好的试卷，眼里满是疲惫，可是步伐依旧是那样从容。走上讲台，他微微抬起头，扫视着全班，随即，用沙哑的嗓音说道：“我想，你们应该清楚，这次考试……”他没有再说下去，只是缓缓地将试卷递给前面的同学，示意发下去。全班鸦雀无声，大家都焦急地等待着自己的试卷。只见邵老师轻轻咳了一下，随即说道：“请发到试卷的同学不要急于订正，那样是没有效果的，一定要彻底弄懂啊！”话语中夹杂着希望与深情，他是放不下我们啊！沉默了几分钟后，邵老师开口了：“请同学们把试卷翻到第四页，应用题，我们一起来分析。”说着，强打起精神，用尽可能清晰的语调讲起课来：“要求降低了百分之几，就要用降低的除以原价，许多同学常常会被迷惑，知道是在哪儿吗？”几十双小手齐刷刷地举起来，同学们踊跃发言，很快就找出了原因。邵老师点了点头，疲惫的面庞浮现出一丝笑意：“对，犯了错误就要找原因，找到原因，下次可不要再犯了。”说着，他又迅速将题目变成另外两种类型，语重心长地说道：“除了会做这种类型的题目，另外两种也要弄懂，只要能正确地找到单位1的量，任凭出题的人怎么变，我们都不怕！”

这堂课上，同学们的兴趣都很高，就连一些平时成绩不太好的同学，也大胆举手发言，回答问题。下课铃响了，邵老师只得依依不舍地告别他那心爱的课堂，他得走了，得去开会了。望着他那匆匆远去的背影，我百感交加：多么尽职的一位教师啊！多么值得尊敬的一个人呀！一边是繁忙的工作，一边是渴望知识的学生，再加上生病，邵老师整天就在这三者中周旋着，可他依旧没有放弃我们，依旧对我们充满希望……临近放学，邵老师打来电话：要语文老师督促我们订正好试卷，弄懂所有题目再回家，还要对调改好，第二天他来检查。转达完毕，语文老师感慨地说道：“哎，你们真是幸运啊，碰到如此尽职的一位老师，真不容易，既要开会又要上课，还得挂针，可他心里还是惦记着你们！”是呀，邵老师不仅带病上课，而且循循善诱，举一反三，这样的人，怎能不叫我尊敬呢？简评： 敬业的老师,懂事的学生.
