I told him that and he should review knowledge like vocabulary, listening, reading, and he should to learn to control the time. In the last test, he passed it and he regained confidence.

I think that offering a helping hand is a kind of quality to show that you have a warm heart. First of all, it is normal to face troubles, we will get it over if we get some helps, nobody can defeat a person if he was determined to stand up to every failure.
