蒲公英，虽然在百花中不能称前，却真的很美。可谁又知道，它美，却是因为自己的那种与众不同的气质。

春日，早晨的阳光撒播在自己的书桌前，柔爽的春风扑在我的脸上，充满着春的气息为了在大赛的竞争中去得胜利，我不得不又执笔，书写篇章。

时钟过了一圈又一圈，我发现一个不经意的消化点落在我种植着玫瑰的土壤上，小而洁白，洋溢着青春的色彩，粉白的她在花盆里左边三圈，右三圈地转，终于在顷刻间停了下来，在花盆中小睡一阵。哼~玫瑰是我最喜欢的花，为了使它茁壮成长，我从不允许任何东西来侵扰伤害它的美丽，可此时毕竟是春天，是万物生机勃勃之时。嗯~那就让那株会长成杂草的东西多过些光阴吧，放眼望去，它却仍在那休息、小睡。

又过了一些时日，当我拿着精心过滤的水，朝着我心爱的玫瑰播种时，却不曾看到旁边的东西竟成了嫩芽，可虽它长得如此地碧绿，最终的样子却是一株不起眼的植物等代地只有被我连根拔起，扔到垃圾堆。可我不忍心在这完美的春天内做出如此残忍的事，看着自己的手还有几分湿润，便用力一挥。把早已不清澈的水洒在他的身旁，可它像是几天滴水未进，水立刻潜入土壤，被它吸收。

几个月后的早晨，我一如既往地端着水盆到窗台来播洒，可我窗前的她，早已被更换到了另一个地方，当它盛开的那一刻，我才知道它是一株蒲公英，在几个月前神秘地来到我的窗台，经历磨难，终于得以盛开。当又过了些时日，当它在播洒自己的种子的时，身旁的玫瑰，却早已凋谢，我才知道，蒲公英—美，美在它的坚强，它的与众不同。

感恩的花，始终开放在我成长的路上。

期末考试过后，我独自一人闷闷不乐地坐在一边空想，一点儿也高兴不起来，因为怕期末考试考砸了。所以整天就只想着自己不会出错、粗心大意，分数要保持原有优势等等。

Nowadays we see supermodels on almost every magazine cover and one might wonder what life will be like being one of them. Such assumption may be painful for most of the magazine readers who are already over the age when they can get taller. In response to the ”Getting taller trend”, some goes so far as to pay doctors to cut their legs open and let surgeries do the job to get just two centimeters’ higher.

In spite of all these that are happening, some of my taller friends desire to give up this superiority for they just don’t want to be the center of the crowd, saying that they would kill to be a 4 feet child. Girls, maybe you can’t remember the time when you were younger and you need to jump really hard to catch a glimpse of up-the-table world? But being taller, even the upper world of the refrigerator top is no longer a myth and your mom and dad can’t hide your snacks up there any more! As time goes on, you can easily see on the table the beautiful lavenders or lilies stretching themselves in their own fragrant smell, the shining toaster popping out warm tasty toast, or the little drops of water glittering under bright sunshine after your mom wipes the table. 老师早上一开口，便使我麻木并且倒在了椅子上，那句话便是：“离期末还有二十多天。”我似乎被电到了一样，因为那每年两次的“试卷雨”又要来临了。数学课平安无事，老师最后宣布：“中午来评讲大练。”这使我松了一口气。

但是第三课时，我有了一种不祥的预感，一团阴云在悄然聚集。中午吃完饭后，老师透露出了机密情报：中午将会考试。此时我恨不得与胡老师交换大脑，这样的话，这次考试我就可以完美了！可是这怎么可能呢？

片刻后（此处快进了一下），胡老师手持一堆卷子走进教室，开始考试了。

一拿到卷子，我便像被空投到了战场一样，面对“3个计算连，1个填空团，1个选择加强连，1支应用主力军”，再来看一看我方“战斗人员”：只有“一个自动笔机枪班和1支铅芯弹药补给班”。我现在多么想“投降”啊，但是老师会同意吗？

我只好一头扎进题目的海洋，就像和一头头题目组成的大白鲨搏斗一样，又好像战斗中双方弹尽粮绝，将要赤手空拳地与敌人一决高下一样。

突然我受到了“敌人装甲部队”的阻挡——一道我百思不得其解的应用题，最后，我好不容易在“脑细胞军师”的帮助下，解开了这道题目。

这时考试结束，卷子刚好在那一刻写完了。

考试制度是所有制度中最“好”的制度，它可以把人指使得不像人了。正说明了那句话：考而不死是为神。

我的成绩愈来愈差，本来就不怎么理想，然后又比期中考跌8名，真要命啊。

关键的是，每一课我都跌十几分，看到老师那种对我超失望的眼神，我不由地面红耳赤，一边听着训话，一边想着家里又会怎样办。老实说，我真的没有好好复习，天天想着玩，本来计划好该怎么做，但是，就是抵抗不住诱惑，把一切都弄乱了。人家考第一名的都没有掉以轻心，而我却‘孤芳自赏’。老师还叫我登记全班人的分数，一个一个差不多都进步了十几名或几十名。真的感觉自己快要被‘魔鬼’缠住了，然后一点一点地被吞噬，连最后一声嘶喊都没有，好可怕。

It is generally believed that a high diploma guarantees a promising future. Some people identify high diplomas with profound knowledge and exceptional competence. Companies also tend to emphasize the academic achievement of a job candidate. Like it or not, there does exist a social reality – the higher diplomas one gets, the more popular he becomes。

On the contrary, other people claim that a high diploma doesn’t automatically translate into knowledge. A diploma, in their eyes, is only the acknowledgment of one’s educational experience rather than a guarantee of one’s ability. Therefore, we can never measure the depth of one’s knowledge by the grade of one’s diploma. Besides, many knowledgeable people don’t have a high diploma. Take Bill Gates for example. 时间过得真快呀，在20XX年5月10日，我们刚刚过了期中考试，现在，我们又迎来了五年级上学期的期末考试，这期间快得就像只过了一天时间。今天，离期末考试只剩下两天工夫了，同学们都在认认真真的复习，除了个别同学在开小差。接下来，就让我们来看看，咱们五0二班的同学是怎么复习的。

一、目不转睛型已经快到期末考试了，就像马拉松长跑，到了最后一圈一样，只有使出力气，使出速度，才能够顺利地冲出终点线，得个好成绩。如果不努力，就会在中途摔了踉跄，只能考出一个不理想的成绩。于是，全班大多数同学都在认认真真地复习，茹伊帆就是一个典型的例子。你瞧，任凭我怎么叫她，怎么喊她，她就是不理不睬的，只顾着看书，看笔记，眼珠子一动也不动，瞧她那副认真劲儿，与以往和我玩儿时的调皮劲儿可差远了。

二、手痒痒型虽然班里大部分同学都在认认真真地复习，但总有那么几个是在磨洋功，这种人远在天边，近在眼前，我前面和左边的唐弘毅、方开灿就是一对好搭档。瞧，胡老师刚走出去，他们各自的手就开始痒痒了，抓起一个陀螺就开始陀螺对战了，哪知过了不久，他们的“天敌”——胡老师来了，他们便急忙收起陀螺，装模作样地复习起来。这时，胡老师又走了，他们又开始玩起陀螺来，让我哭笑不得，我好几次提醒他们俩，他们都不听。

三、大声朗读型咱们班的黄怀宇是个既聪明又有点淘气的男孩子，他机灵古怪，经常搞出一些我们意想不到的怪点子来，就比如说那次学校书签比赛吧，我们其他人的书签形状都是正方形啊长方形呀树叶型啊之类的，而他却搞出了一个上面是大京剧脸谱，下面是小京剧脸谱的超大型书签，大得比一本书还要大，当胡老师给我们展示出来的时候，我们全班都哈哈大笑。

这次复习时，他又张着大嘴巴，一个字一个字地念出来，让我在一旁窃笑。怎么样，咱们五(2)班同学的复习方法是不是五花八门啊!

期末考试完了,我听到了一件事我的数学很差,我的三好学生拿不到了。

我连忙看看我的英语和语文都是九十几分,那时我很难过。可是曹老师跟我说：“佳怡，你不要灰心，这次没考好没系。放寒假后买一些学数学知识的书，好好复习数学知识。争取下次考到九十五分以上。”我听了以后心情感觉好了许多。我一定要好好学习把三好学生的奖再拿回来。

期末考试成绩公布之后

1月21日，是我们1年1度的考试时间。考试完后，我心里像挑着十五个水桶--七上八下。非常想知道自己的成绩。

终于，今天老师该念成绩了，如坐针毡我心里怦怦直跳。“语文95，数学99，英语97”老师清脆的声音打断了我的思考。我心里暗自高兴，心里的一块石头也算落了地。但是，我心里也同时在反思，为什么语文退步了4分我暗暗难过起来。我在心里想：难道试题越来越难。还是——对，都是粗心大意惹得祸，我越来越恨我的脑细胞了。回到家，我向妈妈说了自己的成绩，本以为一场暴风雨就要来临了但妈妈却会心的笑了笑，和蔼可亲的说：“你不要伤心，也不要放弃，这次进自己最大努力就行了。”我听了妈妈的话非常温暖。脚下仿佛踩着一朵幸福的云。

期中测试已经结束，静下心来思索前一段时间的教学和本次期中考试中所暴露出的问题，简单地予以小结。

我觉得在小学高段的数学教学中，让学生理解数学概念（例如圆柱圆锥的体积计算、统计表统计图、比和比例的概念等）是掌握数及其运算性质、法则、公式等基础知识的前提，又是发展智力，培养能力的基础。平时的练习和考试时学生在运算中发生错误，解题能力差，不能把所学知识运用到实际中去解决问题，其主要原因我觉得是学生对某些数学概念掌握得差。对此我想只有组织好教学过程中的各个环节，才能起到优化教学过程的作用，提高课堂教学的效率。

概念是从现实世界的具体事物中抽象概括出来的。因此，我们在数学概念教学中，必须遵循从具体到抽象的原则，由感性认识逐步上升为理性认识，并根据学生的学习特点，注意利用学生熟悉的事物进行观察比较，或让学生动手操作，获得必要的感性认识，然后通过语言来逐步抽象、概括出数学概念.例如，在教学体积概念时，可以先让学生观察一个铅笔盒和一块黑板擦，问学生谁大?紧接着，又让学生观察两个棱长分别是2厘米和4厘米的方木块，问学生哪个大?通过这样比较，学生初步获得了物体有大小的感性认识，在这个基础上，再进一步引导学生去发现概念的本质属性．拿出一个梭长是4厘米的正方体空纸盒，先将梭长是2厘米的方木块放入盒内，学生便清楚地看到这方木块只占据了盒子的一部分空间，然后把一个梭长为4厘米的方木块放入盒内，正好占满纸盒的整个空间，学生又从这一具体事例中获得了物体占空间的感性认识，在这个基础上就能较自然地导出：物体所占有空间的大小，叫做“体积”这一概念。

同时，课堂练习是教学上的反馈活动，是学生对教师输出信息的反映信号。学生通过练习，不仅可以起到巩固概念、深化概念的作用，而且通过练习可以学习正确的思维方法，形成技能技巧。因此，精心设计好练习题并及时评讲、纠错，可以起到事半功倍的教学效果。因此我们在概念教学中。如果能根据学生的生活实际及年龄特点及教学规律，合理采用各种教学手段与方法来进行教学，处理好教学过程中的各个环节，可以使学生概念清晰、能力增强。从而提高课堂教学效率，为学生后继学习打下坚实的基础。
