我就是一名“受害者”，以前我非常爱看科幻小说尤其是《神秘岛》，一本很厚的书我看了整整三天才看完，真是看得津津有味、身临其境。然而当我拥有自己的手机后就不一样了，有了手机后我喜欢上网看新闻，什么“朝核问题”、“幼儿园虐童案”等大量的国内外新闻我都想看，手指不停地反复划动、点击，眼睛飞快地扫视文字，往往几分钟不到就能看完一条，随后再去点看别的新闻，这样时间一长，我渐渐变得没有耐心、性子急躁。有一天，我重新拿起我原本心爱的科幻小说，结果看了两三页眼神就开始漂游、注意力不知不觉开始分散起来，我的阅读并不是细细评读而是扫视，结果看了没几页就干别的事去了，一本书看了一周都看不到一半就扔一边去了，再也没看过一回。

其实这样的问题不仅仅体现在读书上，在生活中也能体现出来。吃饭时，吃几口就开始神游；做作业时，注意力总是不能持久集中，要费很大力才行；上课时老师讲着讲着台下的我又开始做白日梦了；做事时也是刚做一半又去忙另一件事，一件事总是要好几次才能做完，没有连贯性和整体性；而这一切都发生于我沉迷网络之后。

法国的脑神经学家发现当人类长期使用网络后，其大脑的结构会发生微妙地改变，而这种改变正是导致我们做事碎片化、生活碎片化的原因所在。不过话说到底，这责任也不能全怪网络，现在全球科技高速发展，如果我们以为追求时尚潮流，那么生活的碎片化就一定无法避免；但我们是具有智慧的自控能力的高等生物，我们可以控制自己去扭转这个局面，想做到这一点其实并不难，就像14-20世纪的人们一样，耐心地坐下来，拿起一本自己喜欢的书，把心静下来，把每件事情做得流畅完整，把注意力集中在每件事上。如果人人都做到这样，那也不会有碎片化生活这种讲法；正确地运用好网络这个现代化工具，那我们拥有的永远是一个美好而完整的生活。

我的大学生活扳扳手指头，猛然发觉来到大学已三月余。搔搔后脑勺，想想在这虚度的时光里收获了什么，竟然no found!不甘心，在搜索一遍，总算在一个偏僻的角落里寻着了一些残片，舒口气之余，好好翻看这些日子的余痕。残片的序幕，从刚来大学的那一刻揭开。以前对大学，总有着种种憧憬，让我们满怀着新奇面对眼前出现的一切。经过初识后，一个宿舍集体变形成了。从一开始询问彼此高考情况，到一段日子后的无所不谈，随着宿舍里的声音越来越响，调儿也越来越暖，越来越开心，真不敢想象这是一直以来魂牵梦绕的象牙塔生活。可是自己依然在心里不停的默念着：大学生活，我来了。这是清淡如菊花般的一隅偏居，发出阵阵幽香。这是一个朝着北面的寝室，嵌在宿舍楼里，无法引人注目。

每天只有一段很短的光照时间，尤其是在冬天。射进来的光线像被膜滤过了一样，失去了些许光泽，但是均匀。我喜欢看阳光撒在地上，在水泥地板上细碎地闪动。宿舍里的成员本是互不相识的陌生人，是大学让我们走在了一起，我们来自五湖四海，有着不同的生活习惯，宿舍成了我们的新家。一号床来自江苏徐州的我，第一印象给人的感觉应该是个腼腆小男生，带有乡镇小城市的淳朴，给人踏实可靠的感觉。大一，我加入进了学生会，加入书画社，辩论赛，十佳主持人，也有一段时间非常忙碌。我踏踏实实做好本分工作，不善于言辞表达，憨厚老实的样子从来不算计别人也不担心别人算计自己。我很喜欢唱歌，可惜五音不全，而十佳歌手也着实让评委体验了一次唱歌要命不要钱的感受啊。二号床来自安徽，他令人难以捉摸，看似内心收藏众多想法但不轻易表露出来。平时喜欢一个人静静地呆着床角入迷地看着小说或者那些不知所云的动漫，即使是宿舍火热起来了他还是能做到若无旁人做自己的事情——这境界多高啊!

他被班上女生称为我们几个男生中唯一一个正常的，殊不知，他“不正常”起来，比我们都疯狂。三号床来江苏沭阳，他是最早来到宿舍，老实说给我的印象中他必是个娇生惯养的少爷。在日后的相处中，我慢慢发现他还是挺容易相处，平时的交往中从未给人有少爷范的架子。他是宿舍里一大娱乐对象，一号床的我曾如此评论他“出卖自己，为舍友带来无限欢乐”，在大家都紧张忙碌各自事情的时候，他总会想起什么话题让大家共鸣和活跃起来。

四号床来自广东，瘦小的身躯给人印象就是软弱，可是你却不要被他的外表蒙蔽哦，小小的身躯却是篮球能收。而他似乎每天都有他干不完的活，是个天不黑不归宿舍的孩子，即使是回到宿舍，拿着手机在床上一坐也就是几个小时。确实令人佩服他的工作能力，他的干劲和激情感染了其他舍友，每个人都为自己的梦想不懈奋斗着。沟通，从心开始。503中的四位小伙子虽然性格各异、追求不同，但已经适应了一起生活、一起学习，相处融洽，大家彼此关心支持，彼此欣赏鼓励。晚上的我们常会有一次“卧谈会”，我们聊家乡、聊过去的高中生活与现在的区别，我们谈未来，我们感慨人生，我们还会偶尔聊起时政问题。

我们有共同话题的时候，也存在思想碰撞的时候。我们可以相互挑逗，甚至是挑衅，但我们会把握尺度，我们心中有什么不快都会直接说出来，回到宿舍相互吐槽，我们会骂娘、我们会爆粗，这就是我们男生的直爽不二的性格。我们有矛盾、有摩擦，但从来不会藏在心里不说，我们的隔阂不会上升为鸿沟，我们总有办法解决暂时的矛盾。我们四个小伙子有着共同的梦想，就是让自己以后的日子更美好。美好生活的概念因人而异，前方道路的选择异彩纷呈。我们有的踏上升学的旅途，有的选择为工作拼搏，而有的也在为技能时刻锻炼。我们都找准了自己的方向，在前进道路上我们不会孤独，我们从来不放弃，有的只是相互依靠歇一会，一起观赏沿途的风景。我们一起仰望天空，我们说过要为自己的青春奋斗到底，是从现在开始，不给自己的青春留下遗憾。

时光的扁舟无声无息地漂流在历史的长河中，沿途上迷恋的、精彩的、枯涩的、忧伤的景色都化作了过眼烟云，空留下一段令人难以忘怀的回忆。暮然回首，期间所发生的一幕幕，都深深印进我的脑海，真叫人感慨万千!大学生活刚刚开始，以后的酸甜苦辣还未知，未来究竟如何，还想要我们去细细品味。

暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

不一会儿，社区活动的老师拿了沉甸甸的一捆报纸走进活动室。我们疑惑不解，难道这次是让我们来看报纸的吗？这时老师笑容可掬地说：“小朋友们，今天让你们体验一下邮递员的工作，把这些“北蔡家园”的报纸发到社区每家每户的邮箱里。”说完，老师分发给每人一叠报纸。

我和我的同学吴雨萌结伴同行发报纸，我们挨个挨个的寻找每个单元的收信箱，然后跑过去小心翼翼的把报纸放到每家的收信箱里。再看看男生们，好像在和我们抢信箱似的，都手忙脚乱的把报纸塞进信箱里，有的报纸都皱巴巴的了，好像在说：“哎呀，别争了，把我都弄疼了。”

刚发到一半，我们就已经满头大汗了，想想邮递员叔叔每天骑着车，带着几大包的报纸和邮件，而且这些邮件都是全国各地的，他们每天要跑多少路，是多么的不容易啊，比起他们我们是微不足道的，于是我打起了十二分得精神，又开始去发了。这时一位踩着三轮车收废品的阿姨，看见我们手里一叠一叠的报纸，满脸堆笑的说：“小朋友，把你手里的报纸给我吧，我给你们钱去买根冷饮解解暑。”我心里犹豫不决，给吧，她肯定把报纸当废纸卖掉，社区的人就看不到了，这样就体现不出宣传的作用。最后我还是咬了咬牙，慢条斯理的说：“对不起阿姨，我不能给您。”。说完我们又冒着炎炎的烈日坚持不懈寻找收信箱。树上的鸟儿看着我们“叽叽喳喳”的好像在说：“你做得对。”一张、两张、三张……终于发完了。

通过今天的体验，我才明白邮递员是多么的辛苦，他们持之以恒的精神是值得我们学习的。

随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的大学生购买了电脑，手机等，这些给大家提供了网络服务，使网络悄然覆盖了我们的生活。

这是一个动动鼠标就什么都能搜出来的时代。如有疑问，许多人先想到的是搜索，我们所获取的信息量也随之剧增。“搜索”似乎无所不能，且无处不在。

找网络资源比在图书馆苦寻要省心省力多了。“过去需要在图书馆或期刊阅览室里花上数天寻找的资料，现在只要到网站上搜索，几分钟便可获得。”一名网友如是说。

“网络可以给我们提供很多我们想要的东西。”文学院08级的小许同学说。小许平时做课件或活动的策划书大多都是在网上找寻相关资料，“百度出来的东西其实是差不多的，我也只是找一个大概的模式，然后结合实际做出自己的东西，实在不懂才会‘复制粘贴’的”。现在他经常通过搜索工具来查阅资料，先上网查到相关的资料范围，再到图书馆找具体的资料，这比翻阅一本本的期刊便捷，而且查到的资料很集中，筛选起来也方便。

然而网络资料获取的便利也让不少同学产生了懒惰的心理，凡是有作业、论文等，只想着“复制”、“粘贴”，这类现象一定程度上影响了大学生独立思考的能力以及创新意识的培养。

交流方式更多样有多少人已习惯了一开机就先把QQ挂上？以前人们联系主要通过打电话、寄信等方式，而现在即时通讯工具、E-mail、社交网络等方式则开始占据主导地位。

针对利用QQ等即时通讯工具聊天的现象，记者随机采访了一些同学。他们大部分人认为与朋友之间联系可以通过QQ聊天的方式，这省去了话费。还有些同学认为用QQ聊天的时候贴上表情，两个人之间的对话有了面对面的感觉。很多本来需要跑腿才能解决的问题，现在 “在线传输”就 可以做到了。而政关学院某辅导员平时通发知主要通过飞信、QQ群告知同学们，他认为及时通讯工具快捷且免费，很适合应用于班级管理工作。

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. And during my winter vacation, we welcome the most important festival in

China—Spring Festival, it’s also called Chinese New Year by lots of

foreigners.

At that night, our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we

had dumplings that night, because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch

the CCTV spring festival evening party together and watch the beautiful

fireworks. That’s the happiest time in this world! The winter vacation I had

dreamed all year around was finally coming. And I really enjoyed a lot from

it.

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

time. I also arranged myself the books and words I need to read and recite.

Secondly, I took some extracurricular activities and read some English original

reading. My favorite book is , written by Sherlock Holmes. Among all the

classical movies, the Sound of Music was the most exciting one. During my

holidays I also made some assistance for my physical class teacher, surely I met

lots of difficulties in this stage and from which I knew what perseverance

really was. Lastly, I went to the temple fair and was lucky to taste several

Chinese traditional dishes; “Jiaohua chicken” is one of them. It is said it

originated from Hangzhou centuries ago, made by a famous beggar Hong Qi Gong,

the senior leader of Beggar Gang.Steamed with fresh lotus leaf wrapped up,it is

famous for its special aroma and taste. Now that the holiday is ending and a new

semester is coming, I need to fresh up and get started to embrace the upcoming

challenges.

The bright and dark sides of my university life

Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

Here is the bright side of my university life: Firstly, Equipment of my university is advanced and teacher team is powerful. There is an advanced library that owns all kinds of books. So we can acquire a lot of knowledge from my university. Secondly, all sorts of lectures are given on campus. We can learn much knowledge that is interesting. Thirdly, my

campus activities are rich and colorful. Such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and dancing parties provide opportunities to make friends. This is the dark side of my university life: Firstly, there is only one dining room in my university. So we often need to wait in a long line, which waste much time. Everyday is always fixed cuisine types, which make our appetites depressed. Secondly, self-study room is not enough. Now we will soon take final exam. So it is difficult to find a self-study room. What’s more, network of my university is very unstable. It is difficult to search

literature in my dormitory, which waste too much time.In short, I am quite satisfied with my university life, but there is still some room for improvement. I am convinced that my university life will become better and better.

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.

Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

自从我在学校上电脑课后，理所当然有机会接触到网络世界，而“网络”的方便真是不可言喻，我可以利用它来找寻需要的资料或想知道的讯息，也可以玩游戏，除了可以增广见闻，还可以放松心情，甚至可以和朋友聊天，真是不错。

网际网络的资讯无远弗届，只要连上网络，不管你身在何处，都能随时享受到网络带给我们的便利。所谓“秀才不出门，能知天下事”，现在电子科技进步，进入e世代，随时可以知道世界最新资讯，发生什么重大新闻，也是找寻学校所需资料重要途径之一，进而引申举办各式各样电脑网络比赛，最近班上正如火如荼准备各项比赛，我也从练习中语文能力提升获益不少，而E—mail的收发方便又迅速，不受距离的限制，更拉近人与人之间情感交流，而即时通、qq更是交往沟通多元化的产物。

然而它所带来负面影响也是不容忽视的，因网络为虚拟世界，网络交友容易受骗、贩卖违法物品使人犯罪，造成重大的冲击之外，对青少年的身心影响更是不可轻忽，如青少年长时间沉迷网络世界影响身心健康与生活作息，沉迷线上游戏，荒废课业，不可自拔，比比皆是。

网际网络虽然提供了一种新的生活经验与文明发展，更引发出新的网络行为问题与社会秩序，所以我会慎重选择网站，克制自己上网的时间，善加利用网络带我的生活便利性，所以它是我的良师益友。

开车行驶在公路无际无边，有种被烧烤的感觉。这么热的天，似乎美味佳肴也提不起味口。

也许又要像以前那样了，我的大学生活。

当时我上大学时南京是中国的四大火炉之一，那儿的天气似乎没有春天和秋天，一下子从冬的寒冷跳到夏的炙热。

一到夏天我们难得去学校的餐厅吃饭，因为排队、等待、实在太消耗人的体力，再加上天热本来就提不起什么味口。所以我们几个要好的总会买点小吃随便填饱一下肚子。至今还记得，学校旁边有个卖包子的店，天津狗不理包子，一块钱六个。我从来都是买菜馅的，从不吃豆沙的，因为我不喜欢。有时也会在这六个小包子的基础上添点其他的，凉皮。不知当时为什么要买凉皮吃，现在想想也没什么好吃的，辣得要死，对于喜欢吃甜食的无锡人来说，那是从来都不想吃的。也就是因为到了南京我也才练就了一点点会吃辣的本领。有时也会破费一次，吃一顿自已最喜欢吃的，鱼香肉丝盖浇饭，那美味我至今还记得。如果有机会的话，我还要去一饱口服。就是不知是否景物依旧，哪天有空我回到母校，还能找到我的鱼香肉丝盖浇吗？

有时也会跟好搭档商量好，买个西瓜，一人一半，坐在宿舍里吹着风扇慢慢挖着吃。有时也会拿包方便面来充饥。但我是及力反对吃方便的，一是没有营养，有致癌物质，二是我不喜欢吃。除非是我喜欢的，日清炒面，我就会免为其难。

回忆，我的大学生活，每一个细节都值得回忆！

其实，网络游戏的害处还有不少：视力严重下降，心脏跳跃急促，没有心思学习工作……当然，你也不可以说网络一定不好。这就像一把菜刀，虽然它要砍到人，可是，你切菜难道不用菜刀？同样道理，网络也有它好的一面。网络可以让自己休闲一下，可以真正做到“秀才不出门，便知天下事”，可以让我们的办公更加方便，可以让我们和远方的亲戚朋友对话，可以……真是太多了！

我们现在的世界是一个发达的世界，离不开网络，不会电脑的也就等于是文盲。而我对电脑有一些兴趣爱好，这是我喜欢上电脑的理由，我离不开网络，网络是我的好朋友！
