小时候的我对军营充满了向往，对军人充满了敬畏，小时候经常唱手握冲锋枪，身着迷彩装，今天红领巾，明天的特种兵然而，随着时光的飞逝，这种幻想，这种向往，随着年龄的长大，随着时光的远去，早已成为云烟了，只有我那对军人的崇敬一直不曾改变。

一个月之前，我非常有幸成为中青旅的一员，当我拿到培训计划时，一条内容赫然呈现在我的眼前，我们将军训6天，而且是在军营之中，这对从小向往军旅生活的我来说，不能不说是充满诱惑的。回家后身边的许多朋友我都有非常不解地问我：你们不是做旅游的吗?军训有什么用吗?但我心中却非常明白，军营和旅行社这两个看似毫无关系的单位中间却有着千丝万缕的联系。首先，中青旅是一家纪律性相当强的企业，这正好符合军营铁一样的纪律的风格，同时，我们和工作也决定了我们必须要做到令行禁止。在军营接受军训将更有助于强化我们的这种观念。其次，我曾是做销售工作的，我们的工作特性就是要求我们要具有像军人一样勤奋顽强的作风，不屈不挠、勇于进取的精神，服从于首长，服务于人民，是一个军人的职责，服务于领导，服务于客户恰恰也是一个中青旅员工应有的责任感，由此，不难看出军营和旅行社之间存在着千丝万缕的联系。

转瞬间，6天的军训的生活结束了，当大轿车缓缓地开出军营的时候，我在座位上忍心回头凝望着几位教官，我的思维在刹那间凝固了，转瞬之后，我突然想起一首歌：我们的老班长，你现在过得怎么样，我们的老班长，你是否还记得我，如今我已不再会害怕的确，在这短暂的6天中，我从你们身上学到了许多可贵的东西，许多我从另的地方学不到的东西，在这短短的6天中，你们刚毅的性格影响了我，你们乐观的精神感染了我。你们严谨的作风教育了我，虽然只有6天。但却使我明白了一个道理：前程虽有太多的风吹雨打，拍拍身上的灰尘，振作疲惫的精神，一步一步的向前走，终有风到彩虹的那一天，夕阳柔美的洒落在军营的每个角落里，军营的大门已越来越远了，当它在我的视线内消失的时候，我回过头看前方的路。这6天也许是我一生中最后的军营生活，却也是我一生中最宝贵的6天。
