1949年，学有所成的梁思礼放弃了美国优厚的待遇，毅然回国，在新中国航天事业一穷二白的局面中开始导弹研究。从第一次试射起，一个又一个的十年，他经历了无数次失败，但从未气馁。正因如此，才有了他开创的“航天可靠性工程学”。
