说出你的爱，让孩子体验劳动的快乐。和许多父母一样，每到星期天节假日，我会携夫带子去远足。我和爱人会准备大包小包吃的、用的，像是孩子的保镖兼保姆一样，肩上扛着，手里提着。再看儿子，一身轻松，需要吃什么，用什么时，只需叫声：“老爸，我要吃香肠。”“老妈，我要喝可乐。”这种饭来张口，衣来伸手的生活，结果剥夺了孩子劳动的权利，让孩子无法体验劳动的快乐，使孩子渐渐养成了懒惰的习惯。其危害之大，真的难以形容。我要转变思想，精心打理孩子的衣食住行，让孩子的小手动起来，学会劳动，感受快乐，让我们的爱真正的称之为爱。

说出你的爱，让文明永驻孩子心中。像安老师说的那样，家是让人完全放松的地方。过于放松让我们无视孩子的存在，于是儿子也学会了发火，学会了抱怨。真的感谢安老师，她告诉我，家是一个温馨的场所，请不要在家大声说话。无论对你的爱人还是孩子都要用：请、谢谢、对不起、辛苦了等礼貌用语。以表达自己的爱，营造家庭文化氛围，从细处培养孩子文明礼貌习惯。曾几多次，我在厨房尽其所能为儿子准备丰盛的饭菜，儿子却因贪玩误了吃饭的时间。当迟归的儿子刚进家门时，我就劈头盖脸的一顿臭骂，欢乐的氛围顿时一扫而空，儿子也只好悻悻不乐的吃起饭来，这时在好的美味也变的难以下咽。这就是我的极不礼貌现象，这种情况极大的伤害了儿子的自尊心，同时也毁灭了儿子用礼貌回报父母的热情。我要转变观念，用心呵护儿子幼小的心灵，让孩子感觉到我对他的爱，对他充满了希望。我要做儿子的榜样，让文明礼貌伴我和儿子同行。

说出你的爱，替孩子读书到永远。安老师说：“聪明是靠读书得来的，为人父母，要舍得读书，要和孩子共同读书。”真是一语道破天机，曾经我还为自己舍得买书而沾沾自喜。听安老师言，我真的做了什么?常常，把买的书往家一放。“儿子，看，妈妈又给你买了一套书，一百多呢!你要好好看那!”儿子看了没有?书的内容是什么?有可看价值吗?我真的不知道，惭愧，真是惭愧!大人要带头读书，替孩子读书，为孩子剪报。这是安老师告诉我的，也是我要努力去做的事。和孩子共同读书，把经典的东西用各种孩子能接受的、乐于接受的方法推荐给孩子，同时和孩子教学相长。

Have been a travelling by train for about 3h, the journey was tiring. I arrived in our provinces capital city-Nanning,a green city in south China.

I met Mrs.Long,then she showed me around the downtown including Walmart,Xingning walking street,the bund,ect. There is a drinks machine in the street that offers passers by free drinkable water. They had the same thing in my city, but people used the water to wash their hands which ruined the machines. On the contrary, Ningningese tend to protect every piece of public property. When a little boy wanted to wash his hands, his mother stopped him immediately and told him," **,you should not use the water to wash your hands,the water is for drinking."

In the evening I walked to see the Guangxi Peoples Hall and Mendzhidao shopping mall. The next day,I cycled to Langdong new district where the Nanning international exhibition is located. The exhibition is built for CAEXPO. The bike broke during my way back,but a student from Guangxi University kindly gave me a lift. On the last day i got up early to go to Qingxiushan Park.

There I enjoyed the scenery and prayed to the buddhas for my future.

从小，我在家里受到的爱戴比妹妹弟弟还要多，爸妈对我的爱，是十分着重。妈妈平时要上夜班，一般都是爸爸在家管我们，所以我和爸爸的时间就会更多一些。在我成长过程中，爸爸一直陪我学习、唱歌、一起玩耍。爸爸总是对我说：〞你总是很棒，又漂亮，爸爸喜欢你，你一定能行。〞对于这个爸爸我十分愿意和他在一起，也十分喜欢。

在一次爸爸生病的时候，妈妈要整天工作，我又要到学校住宿，爸爸只能独自一个人在医院住院。我知道爸爸一定内心十分孤独，便跑去问妈妈，跟妈妈说：〞我们找个时间去探望爸爸吧！〞于是我就打电话给爸爸，电话那头的爸爸却说：〞不用了，小宝贝，我还好呢！不用来看我。〞爸爸嘴里这样说，但心里却不是，每次去探望爸爸的时候，他总是按耐住自己内心的愉悦。

看到爸爸的病一天比一天，妈妈又整天对爸爸问这问那的，我自己却一话不说。其实在我心里我还是有很多话想问爸爸的，问他到底得了什么病，但每次想对他说的时候，总是说不出来，每次只能失望地低下头，从爸爸的眼中流露出淡淡的失望。

我虽然不能从爸爸口中得知他的病情，但我可以从妈妈口中得知。于是我就去问妈妈：〞爸爸，这是多什么病，什么时候好？〞妈妈也没说什么，只是对我说：〞你爸爸病了干嘛来问我，你应该问他吧！〞带着满脸的困惑，我最终是道出了对爸爸的爱意。

爸爸回来的那天，我很认真地把工课做完，积极帮妈妈做家务，把回来的时候，我见他好像瘦了很多，感觉这一周没见，犹如一日三秋。爸爸坐在沙发上，便像只小猫的扑向爸爸的怀里，我问爸爸：〞爸爸，你是得了什么病？你现在好多了吗，我好想你，我好爱你〞我边说边流泪，爸爸见我的状态，满是欣喜。眼里那快涌出来的眼泪都已经盖住了整个眼眶，但是却也怎么也样不出来。爸爸那晶莹的泪花里，我看出来爸爸是很高兴的。爸爸也紧紧搂住了我，深怀地对我说：〞爸爸没事，乖啊，真乖，我的小宝贝长大了，会关心人了。〞这简单的一句话，是带着哭腔，让我深刻的体会到一个做父亲对孩子的万般呵护。那一刻，我深深体会到了，爱，就要勇敢的说出来。

对于各位的父亲母亲，我希望他们的子女，都能够向他们的父亲母亲道出自己内心的爱，对他们说：〞我爱你。〞把这种爱传到世界每个角落，让每一位父母，在耳边享受那轻轻的一声：〞我爱你。〞

I went to visit the Great Wall this summer.Last week ,my mother took me to Beijing by train,the city of Beijing was really nice,we visited the Tiananme and took some pictures,then we came to a resturant to have dinner,at the table,I met some Forigners,we became friends and they left their E-mail to me ,I enjoyed this trip very much!
