Finding a good job is not easy. There exist many practical obstacles at the present stage of reform. First, there are few service centres available to help them. Second, students often fail to recognize how good a job really is. Third, colleges usually ignore social demands in their programs and students are not always fully prepared for their new jobs. One of the main reasons for these immoral behaviors is that some people

lack personal manners and public consciousness. Actually these small things in

many peoples eyes have brought great bad effects on our community. Above all,

these immoral behaviors disturb social order and disrupt socialsbility.

Moreover, ones violating public morality not only evades others benefits but

also does harm to himself. For example, if most people buy pirated products,

those original producers will suffer great damage and might lose the enthusiasm

to continue their producing. Which in turn, influences consumers taking the

profits into consideration, I think it is high time that we would take more

effective measures to improve public morals.

First of all, education plays a very vital role. We must utilize education

to make people know their behaviors influence on the society and follow public

morals consciously. Besides the government should improve the administration

system and ensure the efficient improvement of administration measures.

Everyone has his ideals. A businessman wishes to make greater profit; a farmer expects plumper harvests; a student tries to learn more and better.

However, one should be sensible about whether his ideal is well founded or not. If it is, one has to plan and work hard for its realization. Effort, skill and persistence are all necessary. And very often, one has to get help from others, including advice and support in one form or another.

My ideal is to become a doctor. It is said that the field of medicine is a well-paid profession, but I take it as a lofty profession entrusted with saving peoples lives. To realize my ideal I have concentrated on laboratory work to develop the analytical skills necessary to become a qualified doctor. Im sure Ill realize my ideal if I keep on striving for it.

Everyone has his own dream. I want to be a good doctor in the future. The reason is that some doctors saved my life after I was badly hurt in a traffic accident. I was deeply impressed by their medical skils and greatly moved by their care for me. From then on, to be a doctor in the future has always been my dream.

Our dreams can’t be realized unless we make all our efforts. Therefore, the first thing I will do is to remember what my dream is. my dormitory room is on the second floor. it is small and crowded. the dark green walls and the dirty white ceiling make the room seem dark, and thus even smaller than it is, as youwalk into the room, you are stopped short by my bed which fills half of the room. the two large windows over the bed are hidden by heavy dark gold drapes. against the wall on your left, pushed into a corner behind the head of the bed, is a large bookcase which is crammed with papers, books, and knick-knacks, wedged in between the bookcase and the wall opposite the bed is a small grey metal desk. it has a brown wooden chair which seems to fill the left end of the room.stuffed under the desk is a wooden wastepaper basket overflowing with paper and debris. the wall above the bookcase and desk is completely taken up with two small posters. on the right hand of the room is a narrow closet with clothes,shoes, hats, tennis racquets, and boes bulging out of its sliding doors. everytime i walk out of the door, i think, now i know what it is like to live in a closet.
