我觉得这个暑假过的非常有意义的一天，除了学习计算机以外，还尝试了新的有氧运动，瑜伽，我爱这项运动，所以我学会了乐观的面对生活，还纠正了我的不良体形，对我今后的学习和生活都有很大的帮助，我爱瑜伽，有希望有更多的人加入我尝试这项新的运动。
