In fact, different careers and roles form diverse individual responsibilities, which result in individuals’voluntary behaviors.

On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. Later ,they were promoted continuously. Gongsun Hong became the prime minister and Zhang Tang became the imperial censor. However, JiAns post remained thesame. One day, Ji An said to Emperor Wudi that the way the emperor used his ministers was just like piling up firewood, which meant that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers. Of course, Emperor Wudi could see that Ji An was complaining. So,turning to his ministers, Emperor Wudi said, "It is true that no one can stop learning.You see, Ji An is making more and more indiscreet remarks."

This story comes from The Historical Records. Later generations use the set phrase "the latecomers surpass the old-timers " to indicate that successors can cxcel the predecessors, which is quite different from the original idea when Ji An said that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers.

Over the past years, floods, droughts, landslides, and dust-storms have frequented our planet, the only habitat of human beings. Several days ago, tsunami(海啸) has swept the Southeast Asia, which has caused enormous damage. All these have sounded an alarm to human beings.

The destruction which is caused by human beings has aroused people’s concern all over the world. If we pay no heed to the present destructive human activities, our planet will become of tomb instead of cozy home. 我在电脑上查了资料，才明白原来雾霾是因为：1、一些工厂排放出来的黑烟2、空调、电脑等排放出来的二氧化碳3、到处都没有什么树木，吸收的二氧化碳自然也就少了

而这样会导致感冒、过敏等疾病在雾霾天更易发作或加重；雾霾中的一些病原体会导致头痛，甚至诱发高血压、脑溢血等疾病；雾霾天气还可导致近地层紫外线的减弱，使空气中的传染性病菌的活性增强，传染病增多。

我们生活在这样的环境下，没有感觉到十分可怕吗？所以，为了我们能生活在一个优美的环境下，为了不再让我们的城市因环境而出名，我们一定要保护环境。我建议我们应该这样做：

1、 尽量多植树，不要浪费纸张。

2、 出门时尽量乘坐公交车，不要开私家车。

3、 每天最多打开电脑一两个小时，不要开太长时间。

4、 在夏天，开空调时如果没有那么热，调温度时可以调高几度，尽量不要开太长时间。

5、 如果家里是开场子的，排放出来的黑烟，一定要经过处理，不要直接排放在空中。
