可是，现在，我们的校园没有以前那么破旧了，我们的校园变美了，变得 有生气了：每天早晨，上千名小学生怀着愉快的心情，迈着轻快的步伐来到学校，穿过我们崭新的大铁门。一进我们美丽的校园，就是一条平坦宽阔的水泥路，教学楼改装了，从两三层变为了四五层，而且错落有序，显得很美观。我们的校园还新增加了一个旗台，旗台中央有一根用不锈钢做成的旗杆，旗杆顶端有一面迎风飘扬的五星红旗，旗杆底部的周围有一盆盆美丽的花，摆在一层层用红色的地板铺成的旗台台阶上面。台阶周围有白玉石栏杆，旗台显得引人注目，整个校园因旗台而变得更加美丽！

很多人都说什么护城河变化大，什么桃花源变化大，其实我们学校的变化才是最大的！

我看过爸爸20多岁时的照片，那时的她白白胖胖，脸色红润。可不知什么时候起，爸爸每天都要吸一包烟。慢慢的，他的牙齿变黑了，手指变黄了，身上散发出一股难闻的烟味。我见了他，躲都来不及。我和妈妈几次劝爸爸戒烟，可他却说：“现在生活安定了，也该学着享受，再说，吸烟的男人有风度嘛！”虽说我们心里不高兴，但妈妈心软，最后还是由着她。

过了不久，我发现爸爸开始咳嗽，那声音越来越响了。先是轻轻的几声，然后是连续不断的咳嗽。有时咳得脸发红，连眼泪都流出来了。每天晚上，还没看见他回家，就可以听见他那刺耳的咳嗽声了，那声音听起来像七八十岁的老人一样苍老。爸爸实在熬不过，就只好求助医生。经过医生诊断，发现爸爸得了气管炎，这下，爸爸不得不下决心戒烟了。有时见爸爸实在忍不住了，我就把零食往他的嘴里塞，这个办法还真管用。

现在，爸爸长胖了，胃口开了，精神也饱满起来了。爸爸也主动把原来用来吸烟的钱补贴家用，有时也给我买学习用品、玩具，给妈妈购买衣服、营养品。现在，我的家里又充满了欢声笑语。
