Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

一年一次的暑假又来临了,真是让我既期待又兴奋啊!

爸爸在今年的暑假里,带我们全家人一起去海洋生态馆,为了迎接这美好的一切,我们首先去购买了一些零食,接著再去买了些矿泉水,最后才开车前往海生馆.

到了海生馆,售票处早已人山人海了,爸爸耐心的排著队,买了六张门票.进到展览馆后,我们首先去看一些可爱的热带鱼类,接著还欣赏了鲨鱼游泳的英姿,还看了许多有趣的水中植物.其中我印象最深刻的是「白鲸」,我们一边吃著零食,一边就看著白鲸曼妙的泳姿,那可爱的样子,到现在还忘不了.

回家前,刚好在贩售部看到白鲸的钥匙圈,还有其他动物模样的纪念品,我就买了许多的纪念品回家,那天过得真是好快乐喔!

今年的暑假真让我印象深刻啊!希望下次暑假,还能有像今年暑假一样的难得出游经验.

这个夏令营；这里的朋友；老师；教官；这个宿舍；教室；以及在这里发生的事；还有和506的人中发生的那些趣事；大家一起看电影；唱卡拉ok；游泳；登山；玩游戏；训练；吃饭。好多好多值得我回忆，看着那几张夏令营大家的合影，我有一种说不出来的滋味，涩涩的，酸酸的。也许以后再也见不到她们，每次想到这我都有种想哭的感觉。抑制不住自己的心情。想放声大哭，却哭不出来。无聊时就拿出那张碟片，碟片里保存着我在夏令营美好的回忆。

回忆着初到夏令营第一次训练时教官给我们做了些简单的安排后，便到了下午。此时，我还是有些兴奋，毕竟我到了崇拜已久的军营，将体验真正的军营生活，做一回神气的军人。可到了食堂后，看到那硬硬的饭，简直让人难以下咽……我开始有些后悔了。下午，开始正式军训了，教官让我们顶这那如同火球般的的太阳，咬着牙，坚持着，一分钟，两分钟，三分钟……十多分钟过去了，我几乎要瘫倒在地上了，接着，又让我们向右看齐，我只好用尽全身的力气按教官的要求做向右看齐，这一看又是好长时间，直看得我眼冒金花，脖子发酸才听到教官发令：向前看。眼前原本严肃的练教官此时看上去正如一个向我张牙舞爪的魔鬼，我厌恶透了……此时，我的脑海中浮现出这样一句话每个人的心灵上总会不时地出现‘魔鬼’，只要坚持，就会将其变为美丽的‘天使’。我茅塞顿开，一咬牙坚持了下来。当教官宣布休息时，我忽然觉得自己就像一位打了胜仗的士兵，心中充满了幸福与甜蜜……哦，那天，我学会了吃苦；学会了坚强；懂得了阳光总在风雨后……

在训练期间，我们还学会了火灾逃生，学会了好多首军歌，锻炼了自己的生活能力和自理能力

在我的暑假生活里发生了好多有趣的事，但最难忘的还是2018年7月17日学校组织的“圆梦蒲公英，追寻红色记忆”实践活动。

在经过一个半小时的路程后，垣曲县新建小学50余名学生到达同善拓展训练营，开始了新奇又充满挑战的军旅体验之路。首先是站军姿。当穿上宽大的迷彩服时，我们叽叽喳喳，欢欣雀跃，兴奋极了。可是，当真正的训练开始后，我们很快就叫苦不迭。我们列队整齐地站在训练营的院子里，一个身强力壮、表情严肃的教官站在队列前面，两手反握，他用简洁的语言强调了站军姿的要点，并给我们做了示范。我们呢，根本没在意，好朋友已好久不见面了，难免心情激动，聊了几句。几个同学在后面窃窃私语，被教官看见了，教官厉声呵斥到：“说话的同学请出列！”几个说话的同学马上就被“请”出了队伍。……就这一个“下马威”，我知道，这次军训有苦头吃了。连下了几天雨，天刚放晴，灼热的太阳照着地面，地面上的蒸汽也起来了，热气和湿气混合在一起，又闷又热。教官要我们用标准姿势站半小时，一动也不能动。虽然场上站满了人，但却是一片死寂。汗从我脸颊上流淌下来，流进脖子，汇同身上的汗水，如同一条条小溪。体温明显在上升，脸由红涨为发白，眼开始眩晕。“顶住，一定要顶住！”我咬着牙，坚持住。好不容易熬到了下课。我浑身湿透，全身虚脱，骨头僵硬。军训真的是艰苦。紧张的军训之余，我们还玩了许多有趣的游戏，有戏水、篝火晚会，烧烤玉米等，但我最喜欢的就是“电网逃生”了。所谓电网逃生”就是两根柱子之间拿毛线缠成网格，在身体不触趾的前提下从网格里穿过去就算逃生成功。但这可难不倒我们，经过商议后，我们很有秩序的安排好了每一个人的任务，一部分人送人”，一部分人“接人”，一直循环交替，最后圆满完成了这个小挑战。

7月18日，我们6点就起床前往诸峰山，追寻舜帝足迹。据记载，"舜生于诸冯，迁于负夏，卒于鸣条，东夷之人也。这诸峰山就是舜帝出生的地方。诸峰山风景秀丽，而且我们还观看了许多关于舜帝事迹的介绍，明白了舜是我国远古时代的一位卓越的君王，他孝敬父母，友于兄弟，有着卓越的政治才能，留下了许多美丽动人的传说，如“象耕鸟耘”“一年而所居成聚，二年成邑，三年成都”等，我们看了之后，心生敬佩，深受感动。

虽然，我们的实践活动只有短短两天，可是我们是那样恋恋不舍。通过在活动中的体验，感受和反思，我深深感受到了，珍惜现在，好好学习，丰富自己给父母、学校和社会交一份满意的答卷，为自己的人生书写新的辉煌！

Good morning, my dear fellows. I am happy to see all of our classmates come back to school. I would like to share my life in holiday with you. This summer holiday, I spent most of my time in playing, like watching TV, playing games, outing with friends and so on. But I also pay attention to my study. For example, I like watching the educational TV programs, so that I can both have fun and learn something new at the same time. Besides, I get up early to do some morning reading to practice my English. Of course, I finish my summer exercises on time. In short, my summer holiday is colorful and meaningful. 全食会更震撼，好像是因为本来云层很厚，再加上日全食天空会更加的黑暗。

在一个弥漫着茫茫雾霭的清晨，我来到了孙中山故居，站在门口，绵绵细雨从我们的头顶落下，我看到了门旁写着“天下为公”四个大字。

走进门口，我们看到的是青松翠柏，绿浪滚滚，青草繁茂，宛如蓬莱仙境一般。从枝繁叶茂的参天大树中，我隐隐约约的看到了孙中山故居的轮廓。走在林荫道中，听着百鸟的歌声，昆虫的鸣叫，水滴下的清脆声音，看着小鱼在池塘中快乐的嬉戏，看着我也心旷神怡。

来到了孙中山先生的住所，我看到了故居院南边，栽植了一珠酸子树，这棵树，是孙中山先生在檀香山带回来亲手种植的，现在已经是重点保护文物。进去参观后，我发现，这些家具大多数都是孙中山亲自摆设的。

当我来到门口时，我往右边看，那红墙绿瓦犹如别墅般的建筑，还有一个巨大的操场，操场两旁林荫小道，我就建议去那边看看。

走出门口，仔细地一看门前，引入眼帘的是那几个大字“孙中山纪念中学”，这里是中山最优秀的中学之一。那里四面环山，高低起伏的山峦，环境优雅，真是大饱眼福。这时，爸爸给了我一个要求，就是考进这一所中学。于是，我就有了一个学习的目标了，心里这团学习的火焰燃烧起来了，一定要烧到纪念中学!注意是学习的火焰!

加油!为自己的目标而奋斗!

Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays, everybody does some things what he like.

Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. And he sang songs very loudly. Though it’s very relaxing for him, it also make very noisy for neighbors. Maybe he should turn down the music. At noon, jack fed his pet cat henry. He is Jack’s favorite. Jack always play with him on the weekends. At night, he watched TV on the sofa. At the some time, he ate many delicious snacks. So he really had a great time.

At the of day, jack thought if I always have a relaxing Sunday like today. I will become the happiest boy all over the world.

My holiday life will be busy but interesting. I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books. I am going to play sports such as playing basketball, table tennis, swimming and so on . Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo. I am sure I am going to have an interesting and happy summer vacation.

我的假期生活很忙但很有趣。我打算每天都做作业,这样我就可以完成我的作业。我要去图书馆借一些书和去商店买些书,这样我可以阅读一些有趣的书。我要去做运动比如打篮球、乒乓球、游泳等等。当然我要帮助我的父母做一些家务,因为他们忙于工作的每一天。我打算花一个星期在上海和我的父母,这样我们可以看到世博会。我确信我将有一个有趣和快乐的暑假。

我的暑假我作主

盼望着、盼望着，一年一度的暑假终于到了!

我兴致勃勃地为自己设计暑期的美好生活：首先，我要读很多课外书，杨红樱的、郑渊洁的，我要一次看个够;还有，我要好好锻炼我的身体，游泳、打球、骑自行车，我要在快乐的运动中减去我的一身肥肉……

可是，妈妈却把一份令人生厌的暑假计划推给我：上午，学奥数;下午，学写作、英语;晚上，做暑假作业。天哪!这哪里是悠闲的暑假，这分明是一所新开的暑假课堂!

我抗议!我的暑假我作主!我不满地拿过妈妈的计划表，在上面写上几个大字——“我要快乐!我要放松!”

是的，我要学习，也要玩，我的暑假必须由我作主。
