炎热的暑假来了，爸爸和妈妈决定带我去北京旅游。8月5日上午，我怀着好奇心兴致勃勃地登上飞往北京的班机。乘在飞机上从玄窗观望，蔚蓝的天空上云海在翻腾，在奔涌。我情不自禁地叹赏道：天空真美啊!不一会就来到了北京。北京是一座古老的城市，许多皇帝都在这儿建都，这儿也是中国政治、经济、文化的中心，它有不计其数的名胜古迹。

在这几天中，我游览了故宫、颐和园、恭王府、天坛公园、景山、北海公园、人民大会堂、历史博物馆，还登上了雄伟壮观的长城等。我欣赏了祖国几千年古老的文化，领略了古代劳动人民的智慧和才干。在这众多的景观中我最喜欢的还要数故宫。故宫建在北京的中轴线上，这条中轴线也叫龙脉，寓意帝王的威严。故宫是一座举世闻名的皇家宫殿，也是世界上最大的宫殿群。我们踏着龙脉走过水金桥，就来到天安门城楼，妈妈告诉我，1949年10月1日毛主席站在天安门城楼上庄严地向全世界人民宣告：中华人民共和国成立了!中国人民从此站起来了!

进了天安门，便是端门，端门经过几千年的风雨也没有失去它的帝王风范。再进去是午门，午门是皇帝迎接、庆贺凯旋归来的士兵的门。顺着龙脉往里走，便是皇帝休息、处理朝政、接待文武百官的太和殿。整个大殿都是用“金砖”铺成的，做一块“金砖”大约需要一年。故宫有许多珍贵文物，现在为了保护它们，大部分都已经移到文物馆了。故宫里还有许许多多的大殿，这些大殿造型匠心独具，风格各异。整个故宫占地72万平方米，墙高9.9米，有9999间半房屋。所有的宫殿都是红墙黄瓦，殿前是用汗白玉精雕的栏杆和台阶。无不显是帝王生活的气派、威严、庄重。这次北京之旅真有意义!因为我不仅欣赏了名胜古迹，还了解了中国历史文化的灿烂。

这真是一次难忘的北京之旅啊!

在所有的假期中，我最喜欢暑假。因为在暑假中可以学游泳、去旅游、吃冰激凌……其中最令我难忘的还是学游泳了。

那是一个炎炎烈日的下午，我在家里热得头发都冒气儿了，因为断电，家里的空调、电扇都不能用，就在我要变成“烤红薯”的时候，爸爸突然提议说：“走，我们游泳去!”我一听立马来了劲儿，一蹦老高。

很快我们就到了附近的游泳池。我迫不及待地换上泳衣，准备下到池中去。一开始我认为游泳很简单，因为在电视上看见过，不就是手脚摆弄几下就可以了吗?想着想着就跳进了游泳池。

爸爸首先教我憋气。我学着爸爸的样子把头埋进水里，可是我憋了不到5秒钟，就立马抬起头来，实在受不了。爸爸说：“学游泳可没有那么简单，要经过反复多次严格的训练才能成功。”我听了爸爸的话又试了一遍，哇，这次居然憋了17秒钟!爸爸满意地说：“现在应该可以教你基本动作了。”

爸爸先教我怎样浮在水面上。我学着爸爸的样子：手伸直，脚慢慢地离地，头稍微抬起来。可是我还没坚持一秒钟，身体就掉了下来。在爸爸的鼓励下，我又试了好几遍，可依旧没有成功。功夫不负有心人，在经历了无数次的失败后，我终于能够浮起来了。

最后爸爸再教我怎样往前划动身体。爸爸说：“手在水里划动，脚用力击打水面，身体受到水的反发作用力，就会前进了。”我记住了要领，可是手脚还没有摆几下，就呛了一大口水，胸口就像被什么东西堵住了一样，特别难受。但我在心底告诫自己：不要放弃，不要放弃，马上就要成功了!在爸爸的细心指导之下，也不知喝了多少水，终于能够在不要人托举的情况下往前游了!

难忘美丽的茶卡盐湖

前几天，我和妈妈来到了位于柴达木盆地、介于祁连山和昆仑山之间的茶卡盐湖，茶卡盐湖的地理位置非常重要，是进疆入藏的必经之地。

到了田里，爷爷让我给菜除草，而他们去种丝瓜。那是，我根本分不清哪个是菜，哪个是草，往往把菜当成草给一起拔了。这时，奶奶走过来瞧了瞧，然后，捡起地上的一个东西，对我说：“你怎么把菜给拔了起来？”我当时很无奈：“我分不清菜和草。”“那你当时为什么不来问我们呢？”奶奶生气地说。我顿时无语了。接着，奶奶告诉了我哪种是菜，哪种是草。我听了，恍然大悟。

没过多长时间，我便已满头大汗，决定不干了。我回头看看爷爷奶奶，他们虽然汗流浃背，但也没停下来休息过。不禁心想：爷爷奶奶都60高龄了，还要顶着火辣辣的太阳，到田里干活，回家的时候衣服、裤子全湿了，都能挤出水来呢。他们这么做，不就是为了卖菜赚钱，为了我能学得更好吗？我应该帮他们做一些力所能及的事，减轻他们的负担。

那一天，我终于知道了爷爷奶奶的苦心。

小叔见状，急忙跑过来安慰我说：“孩子，怎么样?没事吧!”我强忍着痛说：“没事”!你要想学好骑马，就得一步一步来，急不得，不能乱来，要想一步登天是不可能的。”

这一次，我认真地听小叔的话，慢慢的学会了一些骑马的技巧，如：缰绳、鞭子，脚、腿、跨，这些动作的综合运用，用身体语言很自然的把信息传给马等。第二天，不用小叔在前面牵马了，我能够自己骑了，心里也不再害怕。我跨上马，用手一拍，马儿跑起来了，我是多么的高兴，因为我终于学会了骑马。通过这次骑马，我知道了要想学好本领、实现梦想就要付出努力，不能一步登天。面对困难我们要知难而进，这样才会成功，经过这次的经历，我对今后的人生道路上更加充满自信。

七月二十二日出现了一次百年不遇的日全食景象。在北京虽然只能看见百分之七十五的日偏食，那也让我非常的兴奋。七月二十一日的晚上我兴奋地没睡好觉，躺在床上想象着日偏食的模样，久久的难以入睡。早上起来，我看见天空有一些阴沉沉、雾蒙蒙的，不禁有一些失落，不知道还能不能看见日偏食了。虽然天空不做美，可是我还抱着一丝希望，催促爸爸赶紧开车带我去奥林匹克森林公园观测日偏食。

我带上天文望远镜和爸爸一同来到奥林匹克森林公园的广场上。我迅速的拼装好了天文望远镜，焦急的等待着日偏食的出现。忽然间看见太阳公公露出了他的小脸儿，我心里非常的高兴，不禁的傻笑了起来。我想今天虽然有一些雾蒙蒙可是也能看见日偏食了!过了一会儿，云雾又把太阳遮住了，一直到九点半，太阳公公都没有再露出过小脸儿。我感觉非常的失望，现场观测估计不可能了，我连忙催促爸爸赶紧开车带我回家看电视。

Disappointed at my study results, I didn’t want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary job during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house.

At the beginning, I took it for granted that it would be a piece of cake. There would be no difficultly in finishing it.

可是买到书后，我立刻后悔了，这本书里写的东西，别说一串代码了，就连一个单词我都看不懂。可是，既然是自己决定要去学习他，又怎能轻言放弃?尝试去阅读它!是自己决定的路，就算是跪着也要走完!我找到了信心，继续看着。再清除了所有的阅读障碍后，我一本正经的看了下去。原来，只要又尝试去读他的信心，读他也就不那么困难了。

终于读到了需要自己实践的部分了——《尝试，编写第一个程序》我的心脏开始剧烈的跳动，激动地心情再也抑制不住，出国留学网只想立刻去尝试他……我打开了我的编程软件，笨拙地按书上要求粗略的配置着……我被这串字符彻底难住了，但是我不能认输，更何况尝试还开始!可是，这股信念还是被一桶冷水浇灭了，有些词语查到翻译后，根本练不成句子，这又使我的信心再次受挫，而却没有在之后重拾信心，而是一头栽在床上，开始埋怨起来：“啊……早知道它这么难，当初我就不买了……”这话正巧被从门前路过的妈妈听到，她上前来，面带微笑道：“孩子，这是你自己选择去尝试的。那就加把劲，继续试着去做，直到征服它为止!”这句话点醒了我，我又开始尝试着去了解这代码的意思……一次次的尝试，我基本能看的懂了;又几次的尝试我已经能熟练运用这些常用的代码……最后，我最终写出第一个自己的程序——属于自己的计算器。

在这次的尝试，我不仅收获了自己的第一个程序;还认识到了不能轻言放弃的道理。我，成长了。

暑假里，我的古筝四级通过了，我异常高兴，想想练习古筝的苦，这点甜对我来说还真是来之不易呀!

“三小时呀!”我差点喊出声来，原来，是老师在跟我们下达练习指令，每天练习三小时，隔一天就来集训一次。我听到这个消息时真是苦不堪言哪，但转念一想，要考级了，是该抓紧时间练习了。可我一回到家，就把这件事忘到了九霄云外，一会儿看电视，一会儿玩电脑，还出门去找小伙伴玩，真是忙得不亦乐乎。到来晚上，快上床睡觉时，我才想起琴还没有练，顿时愣住了。外公见我不对劲，就问我怎么了，我没有回答，继续发呆，在他们的再三追问下，我才支支吾吾地说：“老师让回家每天练琴三小时，隔一天就去琴行集训一次，我今天忘了练琴，我明天保证六点钟起床练琴，别生气……”。到了第二天，我依旧如常把练琴的事抛到了十万八千里之外，照样玩得乐不思蜀。在第二次去琴行时，所有的小朋友都能不看琴谱，熟练地弹奏了，而我却只能看着琴谱，一句一句地弹。老师一眼便知道我偷懒，没有回家练琴。在上完课后，将我留了下来，狠狠的批评了一顿，要求我以后每天来琴行练习四个小时的琴。我当时心里那叫一个劲儿的酸呀，眼泪差点夺眶而出，才知道什么叫“追悔莫及。”后来我天天顶着烈日去琴行练琴，手被琴弦刮伤了，也只能咬咬牙，继续弹。谁知，我刚有一点起色，就好了伤疤忘了疼，又不再继续坚持了。因为对我来说，琴谱太难背了，是我心里的一块心病，能不背当然不背最好。于是天天开始偷工减料，当妈妈检查我弹得怎么样时，我却只能背着琴谱，断断续续地弹完一首曲子。妈妈的火眼金睛看出了我没有好好练琴，她苦口婆心地对我讲了一个小时后，终于忍不住冲我发了脾气。其实她并不知道我是多么不想弹琴了，想放弃，要不是怕妈妈失望，我早就不弹了。但是想到当初我和妈妈的约定，我还是坚持了下来。每天辛辛苦苦地练琴，勤勤恳恳地背琴谱，终于在考级前的最后一次集训时，得到了老师的肯定。

回想考级前练琴时的酸、甜、苦、辣，让我由衷的相信，一份耕耘，一份收获，只有付出努力才能收获成功。
