说实话，在我刚刚开始7月份的训练时，我是那样的累，每天下河划船，不是手上出水泡，那就是全身腰酸背痛，但是却觉得很快乐，和队友一起同甘共苦的感觉使我忘记了一切的劳累。也许就是这样，才使我不断去努力训练，坚持不懈吧，现在回想起来，还真是够怀念的。

我们在嘉兴训练时的宿舍，刚开始我们并不喜欢，但是每当训练回来，我们又是那么安静的躺在宿舍的床上，任凭教练怎样呐喊，我们都无动于衷，仍然甜蜜的躺着，等待第二天黎明的训练。在半夜时，我们宿舍五个人会趁着教练睡着时，偷偷起来吃宵夜，那种滋味又是那么兴奋与快乐：那是我第一次和室友一起在夜晚打着手电筒，吃着泡面，看着星空，听着歌曲，一种奇怪的感觉包围着我们，现在想想看，那也许就是友情吧……

来说一下我们隔壁的皮艇队吧，他们对于训练是那样的执着，每天训练都是划了不下10公里，还要在河里游泳……记得马上次脚上一下子划破了6条口子，在宿舍里时脚上贴满了创可贴，那时看得我心里直冒汗，但是马却笑着说：“没事的，这点小伤，几天就好了，今天训练只是小意思……”一时间，我被一种意志力所折服‥…

I like the summer holidy so much. I look forward to summer holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. 教官还教了我们唱军歌，《团结就是力量》，“团结就是力量，团结就是力量，这力量是铁，这力量是钢”那一句句响亮的“团结就是力量”深深鼓舞着我。是啊!只有团结才能使力量变得更强大，团结的力量可以排山倒海。小小的蚂蚁团结起来可以抬动比身体重千倍的食物。如果人们可以团结一致，那么还有什么事情是办不到的呢?

暑期军训虽然辛苦，但也让我们尝到了种种滋味。在那迎风不动的军姿训练中，我们磨练了意志，品尝到了难咽的苦涩;在那一遍又一遍的重复练习中，我们得到了进步，品尝到了成功的喜悦，这也是一种人生的体验，战胜自我、锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气?更增添了一份完善自我的信心。

终于，功夫不负有心人，在军训会操比赛上，我们班凭借整齐一致的步伐、标准到位的动作，获得了第一名，同学们激动地欢呼起来!使为期五天的暑期军训画上了一个圆满的句号。

我们从校园里走来，带着春潮的风采；向东海里的波涛，向长江里渺小的细浪，一浪接着一浪，一涛高过一浪的奔向家，因为暑假正迈着轻盈的步子来到我们身边，像过年一样这样的日子毕竟太让人兴奋了。

放假了!几个同学凑在一起说着各自暑假的计划，有的说在暑假里痛痛快快的玩CF；有的说天天在游泳池里尽情地“swimgming“；有的说要和爸爸妈妈一起去旅游来度过这个美好假期。大家都享受着假日的快乐。

这个假期要怎么才能过得充实呢？我不禁陷入了沉思。

我想：不如这样吧!学学作文、读读英语、搞搞奥数、参加参加体育运动？为什么呢？因为学学作文可以提高我们写作水平。在考场上可以游刃有余。我想：学学奥数我是班上的数学尖子，如果学了奥数我的数学成绩会得到提升。我的英语本来就差，学了它就可以提高我的成绩。同时也为我的梦想打好了第一步--地基。体育可以放松自己，可以帮助我们长高，提高我们的免疫力，只要大家像我一样有自己的暑假安排我想信在开学的那一天同学们的收获肯定不少。

享受了一番海风拂面，光脚踩沙之后，我们大家终于抵挡不住大海的诱惑，纷纷涌入了大海，体验海泳的快乐。当我泡入大海时，无意中尝到了海水的滋味，匆忙将嘴中咸咸、苦苦的海水呸出口外。由于海水的比重较淡水大，所以在大海里游泳显得格外的轻松自如，有一种身轻自浮的感觉，成就我在大海的怀抱中尽情地戏水和畅游。
