我的假期生活这个暑假,我非常开心.虽然我没有出去旅游。但是我和朋友们到养老院去帮助老人们。到了养老院,我们自我介绍了后,就开始为老人们做事了。首先,我们先分了组。有的去扫地,有的去帮老人们捶背,有的陪老人们解闷,而我和其他的朋友帮老人晒洗被子。我们开始了,我们用洗衣粉洒在老人们的被子上,用刷子搓了又搓,很累。我体会到了妈妈的辛苦。接着,我们就晒被子了。我们在养老院待了一个下午,和老人道别后,我决定以后多帮父母做家务。

暑假，我让妈妈帮我报名游泳集训，在游泳集训中发生了很多让我难忘又有趣的事。

游泳集训每周有四节课，教我们的彭教练，他是一个表面看上去很严肃的教练，但其实对我们很好，他还有点幽默。下课后我们几个小伙伴都会在一起玩水上游戏，彭教练会在一旁笑着说：“下课啦，同学们快回家。”我们继续玩没有理会彭教练，因为我们觉得很有趣！然后彭教练就会假装严肃地说：“快回家，要不然会着凉。”非得赶我们回去，我们才笑嘻嘻地离开游泳池。

在集训中彭教练还会让我们游泳接力比赛，这也是让我难忘的趣事之一，我们会分小组进行比赛，你追我赶的，谁也不让谁，紧追猛赶的，最先到达终点的我们都会欢呼雀跃。通过比赛也让我们意识到自己的不足之处，在教练的指导下，自己通过练习不断地取得更大的进步。

上完游泳集训，我还参加了全国游泳考级，50米蛙泳取得了1分43秒的成绩，虽然有点遗憾，只差3秒就可以拿到最高一级“金海豚”，我只拿到了二级“银海豚”，我相信明年游泳考级一定可以拿到50米蛙泳和自由泳“金海豚”。这次集训很辛苦，但令人难忘，这个暑假过的很有意义。
