记得有一次，我在家里玩电脑，妈妈在厨房做晚饭。我玩得正高兴呢，妈妈忽然叫我装壶水来烧。我不想去，就说：“妈妈，我等一下再烧水吧，我现在正在玩电脑呢!”

妈妈说：“陈瑜，赶快去烧水!”“不去!”我说。妈妈听到后，便不说了。我以为妈妈不会再叫我了，可是，我玩了没多久，又听见了妈妈的叫喊声：

我有预感，妈妈已经生气了，而且还很生气!所以，我立刻去烧水了。烧好了水后，妈妈终于不生气了，还让我再玩了一会儿电脑呢!

It is generally believed that a high diploma guarantees a promising future. Some people identify high diplomas with profound knowledge and exceptional competence. Companies also tend to emphasize the academic achievement of a job candidate. Like it or not, there does exist a social reality – the higher diplomas one gets, the more popular he becomes。

On the contrary, other people claim that a high diploma doesn’t automatically translate into knowledge. A diploma, in their eyes, is only the acknowledgment of one’s educational experience rather than a guarantee of one’s ability. We all know it is becoming more and more important to protect our environment well.We should stop cutting down trees ,dropping litter everywhere and throwing waste before it is processed.
